- Laura (8/5): Great location, pleasant stay, and very good service. - Very nice apartment with a lovely atmosphere and an excellent location in Tirana. Communication and service were very good, the directions were clear and everything was easy to find. Parking nearby was convenient and affordable, which was also a big plus. A few small details could make the stay even better: the apartment does not get much natural light, and shorter showers worked better for having hot water. Some water tends to go outside the shower area. It would also be helpful to provide a shower mat/towel, soap, and drinking water. We were also a little disappointed that a later checkout required an extra payment.

The appartment was clean and tidy. The appartment doesnt take card payments, takes Euro, GBP, Lek - but conversion rate may hit as I ended up paying around 10 pounds extra. Otherwise all good.

Need to plan in advance for shower if you are multiple people, they have only a small tank but if you know in advance you can plan accordingly and it’s really not that bad

- Hasmik (8/5): - The apartment was stylish, well-equipped, and bright. It was comfortable and conveniently located close to the center of Tirana. The host was always available and helpful. The hot water was limited, so shower time was quite short. The bathroom is also small, especially the shower cabin, which may be uncomfortable for taller or bigger guests. We could also hear some noise from the neighbors.

- Marie (5/5): Gute Lage, ausbaufähig - Die Lage war gut, die generelle Ausstattung der Wohnung und die Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters waren gut Wir haben eine ganz andere Wohnung, mit anderem Standard gebucht, als wir bekommen haben. Das Bad war sehr veraltet, der Wasserhahn tropfte die ganze Zeit und der Boden war sehr nass dadurch. Ebenfalls kein Duschvorhang, sodass bei jeder Dusche das Bad unter Wasser stand. Der Parkhauswächter war sehr unangenehm, er lies uns zuerst nicht ins Parkhaus, verhielt sich sehr aufdringlich und lies uns sehr unwohl fühlen. Sobald wir das Haus verlassen haben, suchte er unseren Kontakt und versperrte den Weg, sehr unangenehm. Zudem forderte der vier Mieter zuerst eine höhere Summe in Bar, als der angebende Preis auf booking.

Zugang nur mit Key Card oder Code schätzen wir nicht, speziell seitdem wir mal woanders von einem längeren Stromausfall betroffen waren. Sehr helle Außenbeleuchtung nachts und Bewegungsmelder mit noch mehr Licht, der nachts häufiger durch Katzen ausgelöst wurde, dies bei mangelnder Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Fenster an der Tür. Gentrifizierter Wohnblock mit wahrscheinlich hauptsächlich Apartments für Touristen, was natürlich Geschmackssache ist.

Todo bien, es un poco difícil de encontrar (como todo en Albania), pero con las indicaciones que envían consigues encontrarlo.

- Marc (9/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt circa 5 Minuten vom Zentrum der Stadt entfernt. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, ruhig und sauber. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Fahrstuhl. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für alle, die Tirana ein paar Tage erkunden wollen. Die Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage ist sehr eng und steil. Mit unserem Skoda Scala mussten wir mehrmals rangieren. Leider gibt es draußen keine Sitzgelegenheiten und das Café sowie die Tiefgarage befinden sich gerade noch im Bau (kein Baulärm).

Proprietario gentile e disponibile, ci ha offerto un altro appartamento più carino di quello che avevamo prenotato perché quest'ultimo era già stato preso. Unica pecca è stata il garage, un po' difficile da risalire e un tantino scivoloso (magari è stato solo un nostro problema). Detto questo, comunque il garage c'era ed è già una notizia. Sarebbe da 8.5 ma non ci sono i mezzi voti purtroppo

- Floh (10/5): Really beautiful and comfortable apartment. - All beautiful, brand new, super confy beds, pillows and blanket, amazing shower, beautiful bathroom. He leaves coffee caps, very nice shampoo, and utensils in general. Remember to bring water, because you cant drink from the sink and there is no water available. Walking distance from all attractions, super walking friendly neighborhood.

- Pegi (10/5): Just the perfect place - Everything was very cleaned , location was just minutes walk from central, mini markets, restaurants etc.. the apartment has everything we needed and extra than just usual apartments, the communication with the owner was so smooth and friendly. I’ll highly recommend this place to anyone.

The host was completely honest and after being open about it, provided us a solution in another apartment from a friend in the same building and covered the difference. I respected that. It would have been a completely different experience if he hadn't been this open about it.

- Giona (10/5): Exceptional - The position is in the center, very handy. The host actually provided a high chair and a baby bed for my daughter. The host was very nice and available for any questions. The kitchen was very well furnished. They have a super cool swing in the kitchen/living room. The bathroom wasn't super clean when we arrived, there were hairs but it wasn't a big deal. The roller shitter in the bedroom got stuck but we fixed it since the host helped us. Maybe the only thing missing was a microwave
