Patalynė nešvari,rankšluoščiai taip pat,per praleista laika turėjau plauti patalyne ,nešti šiukšles, Ir išvis nėra ten Lenas modern aparmens ,nėra jokios iškabos ,tai koka apartamentai,klaidžiojau klausiau vietinių niekas negalėjo pasakyti kur tai yra,galiausiai pagal google maps ,nuėjau į koka apartamentus pasiklausti,registratūroje vyras nieko nežinojo,bet pasakė pagal adresa kad taio tai čia.tiomet buvo nepatenkintas ir pasakė kodėl jie taip daro.Rakto nuo kambario nedavė,kadangi turėjau žaisti žaidima ir pasakyti pin koda,kurį turėjau gauti kažkur nuėjes ,nežinia kur ,žodžiu buvau priverstas klaidžioti naktį po svetima miesta ,po kelionės ilgos,galiausiai radau rokas verde apartamentus gavau koda,tuomet gryžau atgal ,registratūros darbuotojas palydėjo iki kambario durų ,suvedus koda atsidarė dėžutė ir ten buvo raktas.Tokios siaubingos patirties nesu turėjas, ir Booking neturėtų bendradarbiauti su šitais apgavikais,
• Bernard (8/5): - L appartement est très beau, la situation parfaite, la vu sympathique le restaurant le lux 22 délicieux, l accueil de l hôtel souriant. Il y a énormément de bruit, l appartement est hyper sonore, la clef à aller chercher dans un autre hôtel loin pas pratique et les produits de toilette minimalistes, deux serviettes dont une qui a déjà bien vécu pour tout une semaine c est un peu juste.
• Aldons (8/5): It was a decent stay - It’s central, clean and very spacious. The name of the apartment wasn’t clear. I thought I booked Lenas Modenas apartments but it’s actually under Koka apartments. They also ask of 150euro deposit and there is no wifi in the “My Home” office making it difficult for me to access my bank account for the card pin. There is only one towel and one key.
• Camilla (10/5): Lovely views and atmosphere 🌞 very cozy and clean apartment - The apartment was in a convenient location explorin the Playa del Ingles area. Good grocery stores around and shopping center. Public transport stops just down the street and multiple restaurants around.
• Anthony (7/5): Good a apartment location, clean and tidy - The property was a fabulous location , great views over the pool area and a bit of a sea veiw ,apartment was large and clean and tidy bathroom large big shower and washing machine The apartment had some niggles no aircon or Wi-Fi but in the warmer months it would be very warm and may be in cooler months to cool without any heating The apartment could do with a quick paint as walls scuffed etc Bathroom shower head keeps falling off when you put the shower on or off so watch your head if you turn it slowly it’s ok but they the need to replace as it leaks and some rust also black mold on the seal on the floor No welcome pack telling about the local area etc which is a shame as this would be a positive for the apartment Picking the keys up is a bit of issue if you don’t know the area and also the issue when you get to the apartment block the night receptionist not very helpful as no instructions where the apartment was located as it’s on the ground floor but have to walk through the restaurant to get to it so better instructions from the host would be better . Also no the apartments fault a cockreal or peacock making very load noises from 2 am till about 5 am every night kept us awake
• Sergio (9/5): - El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bastante completo de menaje. Actualizado y Bien decorado y la vista a la piscina genial La comodidad de las camas y del sofá.. Y que la televisión no se pudiera conectar al móvil para ver la televisión propia, y un poco la falta de WiFi

• Izaro (3/5): **Estafa con la fianza – cuidado con "My Home"** - --- Estuvimos alojados durante 6 días y todo fue bien hasta el final, cuando intentaron quedarse con los 150 € de fianza. Nos acusaron falsamente de haber roto la placa de inducción porque tenía una raja, cuando esa placa ya estaba visiblemente usada, muy rayada y desgastada. Alegaban que no funcionaba por nuestra culpa y nos mandaron un vídeo en el que supuestamente se veía que no se podía encender… pero en realidad estaban intentando usarla mal, sin saber cómo funcionaba. Además, nos quitaron los 150 € directamente de la tarjeta, cuando en la reserva ponía claramente que la fianza debía ser en efectivo. Al reclamar, nos dijeron que debíamos esperar al servicio técnico (sin fecha concreta) y que ellos valorarían si nos devolvían el dinero o no. También insistían en que no hablásemos con ellos directamente, sino con Booking, a pesar de que la inmobiliaria que gestiona el alojamiento es “My Home”. Dio la impresión de que al vernos jóvenes intentaron aprovecharse de nosotros con una excusa malísima. Por suerte, tras reclamar seriamente tanto nosotros como nuestros padres, conseguimos que nos devolvieran el dinero. Aun así, fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Adjunto fotos de la inmobiliaria, de cómo estaba intentando encender la placa desde las cruces cuando eso simplemente indica que fuego se está utilizando y se enciende de los botones de abajo, y de cómo está la placa de rayones. **Recomendamos tener mucho cuidado con este alojamiento y con cómo gestionan la fianza.**
• Tetyana (10/5): I'm happy with the comfort - The apartment has absolutely all the necessary household items. Very clean. There were three of us staying and it was comfortable. Proximity of dunes and ocean. There are supermarkets and many cafes nearby. Clean warm pool. Sufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas. The staff is in touch on all everyday issues, they helped with excursions and other recommendations with which I was satisfied.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Overall a great presented modern apartment in a good location,, the service company could not have been one helpful. Clean, comfortable, fresh and just an all round good place to spend a number of days in the sun. Nothing to do with this apartment, But the owners or guests of the next apartment along the corridor were very inconsiderate towards other guests, for three days there was a lot of aggressive behaviour towards each other which went on for hours at a time at all hours of the day.. they were spoken to by the night manager with only slight change their behaviour. I saw the manager being much firmer towards other guests, even removing them if needed, but this group was not asked to leave, so may have been the owners of the apartment. However if this issue was addressed by the apartment management correctly, I would still return, as leans apartment is a great to stay.

• Archie1982 (8/5): Koka apartment. - Apartment was in very good condition . Balcony has a beautiful view with a few hours of sun a day , so no need to go to the pool area . Close to local amenities. Lack of internet connection ( was mentioned in the description so no big issue for me ) Freezing water in the pool.

• Morgan (10/5): Very good choice for couples or small families - Excellent apartment in the middle of Playa del Ingles. Everything we need is around: restaurants, beach, shopping centers. 10 min walking to the beach. Beautiful view from the big balcony, even a partial ocean view. Big and clean swimming pool. No problem to get a sunbed. Our kids liked it very much. We used the kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is located in the area where everything happens. Close to the Kasbah? Or few minutes walk to Yumbo. Apartment is a perfect choice and we already talk about going back.
• Davide (8/5): Very good - club right behind the apartment with very loud and rowdy party goers who kept me awake at weekends until 6 a.m.
