• Isabelle (9/5): Sympathique, confortable et calme - L'emplacement en pleine quartier Troana et pas loin à pied des principaux sites d'intérêts et de petits restos typiques du quartier de Triana. le confort, le calme vu que la fenêtre de la chambre n°3 donne sur une cour intérieure. Nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. Quand on est arrivés on a trouvé porte close car pas de personnel d'accueil sur place. Du coup on a dû appeler le proprio qui nous a transmis la procédure pour s'enregistrer par le biais d'une application sur son tel en scannant sa carte d'identité. Bref on a un peu galèré.

O chuveiro e a cama são muito confortáveis, proporcionando uma ótima experiência. Fiquei realmente maravilhada com o lugar — atendeu plenamente a tudo o que eu buscava.

Tres bon rapport qualité prix ! Seule touche négative, ne pas avoir de store / volet ou rideau opaque. Dormir avec de la lumière n'est pas chose facile pour tout le monde... Insonorisation moyenne, on entend tout dans le couloir et dehors.
• Jakub (9/5): Excellent stay near to the city center - The room was clean, modern, big enough and near to the city center. We went on foot to the Setas de Sevilla 15 minutes. Also the location 2-3 minutes from Plaza de Santa Ana with lots of bars with tapas and beer was fantastic. We had a room on the second floor and there is available a terrace where we ate breakfast. Excellent!

L'emplacement est idéal, Triana est un quartier très agréable et authentique, calme et très proche du centre historique. L'odeur de lessive des draps est vraiment agréable même si c'est un détail. La maison typiquement andalouse est vraiment très jolie avec une terrasse au top. Pour finir, il est étrange de ne rencontrer personne mais l'hôte est très réactif par message et ça ne pose aucun problème.

It’s not far from the river, and once you cross the bridge, you reach the liveliest area of Seville. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, making it very convenient for dining and exploring. The room is relatively spacious and well equipped with all the necessary facilities. The surrounding area feels safe. When we first arrived, it was a bit troublesome. There was no one to greet us and no doorbell, so we had to call the host. A few minutes later, a lady came to open the door for us, but she didn’t speak English. It took quite some time to figure out that we needed to retrieve the keys from a lockbox. After that, you shouldn’t expect any further service during your stay. In addition, we could hear knocking or renovation noises from upstairs or next door in the morning. However, since we were planning to get up early anyway, it didn’t really affect us. The nearest parking is in Plaza de Cuba, which is quite expensive.

Non siamo stati fortunati con il meteo, perchè sono stati giorni più freddi e piovosi del solito. Però la casa era un po' umida, con scarsa circolazione di aria in bagno. Purtroppo senza un utilizzo importante del condizionatore, non avevamo molto caldo. Consiglierei di trovare una modalità per aumentare la circolazione d'aria in bagno e magari un maggior isolamento termico verso l'esterno (ma è anche vero che solitamente le temperature sono ben più alte).

La habitación era adecuada, agradable y el baño bueno. Tenía productos de higiene y café como cortesía. Una pena que no hubiera café solo, las cápsulas eran de café con leche. • Damir Berlin (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft für einen Stadtbesuch - Sehr schönes kleines Hotel im historischen Flamenco-Viertel von Sevilla. Einchecken kontaktlos, per Code (wird von der Wirtin per Booking verschickt), Schlüssel befindet sich im Safe (wird erklärt wo genau, es ist einfach zu finden). Im Vorfeld muss man online ein Formular ausfüllen und Fotos von Reisepässe schicken. Das Zimmer ist groß, es gibt einen Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine von Bosch im Zimmer. Badzimmer ist auch großzügig, gute frische Bade- und Handtücher. Im Winter läuft die Heizung über die Klimaanlage, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Mehrere große Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parking auf der Strasse ist so gut wie nicht möglich und auch fraglich sicher, da die Strasse extrem eng ist (und Kontaktparking wird eher als normal gesehen). Parkhaus in der Nähe, 25€ / 24h.

El llit i l'habitació era tot molt còmode, però hagués agraït un llit més gran, 135cm de llit avui en dia ja no s'empra. Com que no pots demanar personalment a ningú vàrem passar fred a la nit i ni sabíem a on demanar més tapament. Això de no tenir cap tipus de relació personal no mereix el preu que posen avui en dia.
