• Nancy (4/5): Lieber was anderes buchen - Schallisoliert, gut geschlafen Überall war es dreckig. Es lagen unzählige haare auf dem Boden im Bad. Auf den Möbeln viel Staub. An den Möbeln löst sich das Furnier. Der Kühlschrank kommt fast herausgefallen. Alles sehr alt und heruntergekommen. Das Bett hat gequietscht. Auf dem WC roch es nach Zigarettenrauch. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Ist sein Geld nicht wert

• Lamichhane (6/5): Pleasant - It was walking distance to dotonburi , so night stroll with kids was fun. Grocery store is next door which was great. The room was not very clean, we found some stain on the sheets and pillow case. No staff were around to ask for change. We bought sheets and use them during our stay.

• Adam (7/5): Nice location but slightly noisy at night - The property is in a nice location close to a lot of train lines. It is pretty spacious for 4 people and has a nice segmented bathroom area. The place was slightly dirty but not too bad. The only real issue is the place is above a 24 hour supermarket so the window opens up to the back of a sign and you’ll have people talking and sometimes yelling outside the window at night.

• Ma (8/5): I’m satisfied overall. I would book again next time I come to Osaka. - Spacious, clean and practical location with near supermarket, convenient stores and restaurants. Near to metro subway and several tourist spots. The noise coming from the roadside.
• Katrina (8/5): Very good - I liked that there was a big enough bath tub for me (not cube like) and a washing machine. The 24hr supermarket was a big plus and the walk to the relevant stores was safe and easy enough to do. Maybe I just didn't know but there was no heater for the room or instructions if there was one. I came in spring and the comforter was not enough to keep the cold out. Floor heating would have been a plus if possible. There weren't enough pans if I ever wanted to cook my own meal. I thought my room would be bigger but what I got was a little bit different than the photos. But if not for these expectations and small discomforts, I would highly recommend this place.

• Krzysztof (5/5): Passable - The location was quite okay, relatively close to the metro by foot. The supermarket is open 24/7. It wasn't clean, especially the kitchen area, including plates, utensils, and a pan. The window was completely blocked and impossible to open.

• Shui (10/5): Great location, roomy and good facilities - Location is excellent and the amenities around it is great. Room size is good and the equipment facilities is great. The only downside is the air-conditioner, only if it was a larger unit that would make this place a perfect place to stay. Because the room is a very decent size so a large air-conditioning unit will fill the room a lot better.

• Kylie (7/5): Great location and nice and spacious. - Spacious and well located near Dotonbori restaurants and shops. Also close to train stations. It would be nice to have tea and coffee, and also some cutlery (knives and forks) in the kitchen.

• Amador (8/5): Accommodation and location was ideal. Detailed entry instructions including pictures would help - The area was great, just a 15 minute walk to Dotonbori. Very clean and comfortable as well! . The instructions state someone will meet but when you arrive at the complex but you need to buzz the staff to let you in the building. The accommodation is more of a residential setting so it was hard to know if you were in the right place.

Good location given the price as walking to Shinsaibashi/Dotonbori is only 10-15 mins by foot. Not much to not like. There were sirens outside one night so sound insulation was a bit low.

• Andrea (9/5): Great value for money, would stay again! - Quite spacious for a usual Japanese hostel. Nearby a supermarket and the host is very helpful. Provided toiletries and plenty of towels. You can cook and store some of your items in the refrigerator. A little bit far from the subway, around 15 min walk. This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't summer season. No complimentary water on the first day (not that it's required).
• Jopay (7/5): Good - I liked how close this is to the most happening and eventful part of osaka. There was a package for me that was sent by mail, the assigned person or front desk did not grant my request to recieve the package. He is not international friendly and dont understand much english. If you are hosting internationally you need to speak a more international even if a little of the mostly used language which is english.

Highly recommended!!!!! if you have a big and heavy luggage, it might be a problem since there are no elevators.
• De (10/5): very good stay, few minute walk to dotonbori - it was near very dotonbori, just a few minutes walk. it also has a supermarket adjacent to it so food was never an issue. our first night hot water ran out while trying to have a soak bath so we rather not take a hot bath and tale a shower instead. after we did that there were no issue anymore
• Janine (9/5): Superb - Affordable and comfortable. Owner was very helpful and carried our luggages. Address was in Japanese characters and had a hard time finding it in google maps. Also it was on 2nd floor and had no lift for heavy luggages.
• Noa (8/5): GREAT - The studio appartment we rented was small but exactly what we expected. Everything was clean and we got some towels, shampoo and toothbrush to make our stay more easy. What really made this accomodation worth it, was the location!! Just a small walk to Dotonbori, or a subway station. And the stations were very easy to understand so getting to other cities was easy peasy The bed could have been a bit softer, but maybe that is a cultural difference
