• Wolfgang (9/5): - Super Lage, nähe Strand und gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Toller Pool. Leider finden momentan Baumaßnahmen auf der anderen Straßenseite statt.

• Julia (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Teneriffa! - Die Lage ist super, um die Insel zu erkunden. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe, einige Restaurants und Bars. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön. Der Ausblick auf den Montaña Roja ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung hat uns gefallen, wenn auch hier und da Verbesserungen möglich sind. Das Mobiliar ist hochwertig und schön. Das Bett ist sehr bequem! Der eigene Parkplatz und die ruhige Anlage, sowie der Poolbereich sind ebenfalls als sehr schön zu erwähnen. Die Kommunikation mit Tania war hervorragend. Kleinere Sachen wie Geschirrhandtücher usw. könnte man ergänzen. Die Wäscheleine ist ein wenig nutzlos 😬 Die Baustelle ist ein wenig nervig, aber dafür kann die Vermieterin nichts.
• Natalja (7/5): Ein ruhiger und entspannter Urlaub🌞 - Die Wohnung war groß und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Die Strandnähe fanden wir super, es gab einen Pool und Autoparkplatz. In der Nähe gibt’s einen Supermarkt und Restaurants. Die Busverbindung zum nächstgelegene Stränden fanden wir auch ganz toll. Der Kontakt mit Tania war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Die Baustelle in der Nähe hat bisschen genervt aber das war nicht weiter schlimm.

• Daniela (9/5): - Appartamento bello e pulito, con vista mare, parcheggio privato e piscina. La proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile nel risolvere un piccolo problema. Il cantiere proprio di fronte all'appartamento, un po' rumoroso fin dal mattino.
• Bernhard (9/5): Hervorragende Unterkunft - It was very nice that everything was there, for example washing-up liquid, cooking oil, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, salt and pepper shakers, coffee powder, clothes pegs, clothes line, tea, napkins. Only few Meters to the beach and restaurants.
• ANNA (10/5): - The apartment is as advertised and photos show. I highly recommend it. Very close to the beach, where there's a local bar. The window overlooks Mount Roja and the ocean. There's a construction site across the street, but it's not very noisy or intrusive. The apartment has access to a pool and a private parking space. The neighborhood is quiet, with a shopping center, restaurants, and a grocery store. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I will definitely use this property again.
• Elena (10/5): Perfetto in ogni dettaglio - Struttura pulita, completa di tutto il necessario per passare un soggiorno comodo e sentirsi come a casa. Ha una vista spettacolare sulla montagna rossa, un accesso comodissimo alla spiaggia che si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi, parcheggio nel cortile privato e un centro commerciale a due passi. Inoltre è vicina a tutti i principali punti d’interesse del sud. Ci tornerò sicuramente

• Antonio Ismael (8/5): Precioso apartamento - El apartamento estaba muy bien situado para ir a la playa de la Tejita y conocer la isla. Los ruidos que generaban la obra que hay justo en frente a ciertas horas.

• Iryna (10/5): The apartment matches the description and location - the holiday was wonderful - The apartment was wonderful, clean, cozy. The owner of the apartment was very responsive and fulfilled all our requests. The welcome surprise was very pleasing😉 Excellent location of the complex - very close to the beach, shops, restaurants and unique sunsets😍 There was a construction site opposite, but it did not spoil the impression of a great holiday. We will definitely come back.
• Chevonne (10/5): Very quiet, relaxed holiday with everything needed nearby and a great host. - The beach itself was a 2 minute walk away with a small bar at the front and an incredible view of Montana roja (mountain). It had a supermarket, bars and restaurants at the end of the road and the apartment itself was very modern, clean and spacious. Tania was a great host, very informative and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here, especially couples as it’s an ideal space and location and also has a shared pool which we were able to make use of. We feel that it had everything we needed and will definitely return in the future.
