• Anastasiya (7/5): A good option with everything you need for a short-term stay - The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay, the shower was clean and there was a welcome gift (a bottle of wine and water). The metro and train station are within walking distance. The apartment is quite compact and some things need cleaning or updating (the decorative pillows on the bed were dirty, there were stains on the towels)
• Monica (5/5): Aceptable para pasar poco días . - El apartamento es bonito con tren cerca y metro . También supermercados . La zona . Y el aparcamiento . Para aparcar cuesta mucho trabajo . No disponía ropa de cama tipo sabanas como se anuncia solo tenia una funda nórdica y un nórdico . El sofá cama igual . Contratamos para 4 personas y no disponía de todos los cubiertos necesarios. Y gual que las toallas solo disponía para dos personas. En el armario de los vasos arriba del todo tenía un vaso sucio lleno de agua . Los vecinos de arriba el penúltimo día de distancia hacían ruido por la noche qunq duro poco tiempo el ruido sobre las 11 de la noche .
• Bogdan (10/5): Tak właśnie miało być. - Mieszkanie to dwie prawie niezależne sekcje: 2 łóżka, 2 małe kuchnie, 2 łazienki, 2 lodówki. A, i 2 telewizory ;-) Bardzo dobre wyposażenie na krótki pobyt: sztućce, talerze, żelazko, maszyna do kawy. Odkurzacza nie widziałem, ale... bez przesady... ;-) Lokalizacja nie jest bardzo turystyczna (co ma swoje wady, ale ma i zalety - zależy, czego kto szuka...). Ale: do stacji Cercanias są 3 kroki, a do stacji metra raptem10 minut piechotą - więc wszędzie blisko :-)

• Nevena (10/5): Comfy and so close to the center by train - So close to train Great water pressure Heat available for cold nights Pretty safe neighborhood. Didn't feel unsafe at all, just a working-class neighborhood. Quiet at night. Bed was great, sofa was okay for 1 person. Big supermarket 3 min walk away. Laundry machine came in very handy Space smaller than expected, okay for 2 people but too small for 4 in my opinion. 6 hangers not enough for longer stays and more people. Could use more pillows or different variety pillow, but I am particular so.

Есть всё необходимое, 2 кровати двуспальных, 2 санузла. .Разрешили заселиться раньше (в 12:00), т.к. никого не было перед нами Варочная панель только на одну комфорку) Одна крышка на все сковороды и кастрюли, которых много.

• MIGUEL ANGEL (10/5): Muy agradable. - La ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren y metro, ya que pudimos acercarnos a Madrid sin problema. Y como casa para el parque Warner es ideal. El dueño tuvo el detalle de regalarnos una botella de vino. Algo pequeño para cuatro personas, pero más que suficiente para mi familia. Las camas cómodas si te gustan que sean duras. Manager brilliant. - After contacting the manager re our disappointment she and her friend came the next morning to help as much as she could. She was in contact by what’s ap often. She was amazing. The location was NOT as advertised. We understood we would be able to walk to town centre. Neighbourhood was AWFUL. We felt most unsafe; we were not out after dark. Bathroom was tiny. Owners did not yell truth re the size of flat. Advertised a “seperate sitting room”, didn’t have it.

El sistema de calefacción por split no consigue mantener el calor si se pone al mínimo por la noche. Las almohadas eran muy bajas y blandas para mi gusto. Una de las dos duchas es demasiado pequeña.

• Daniel (9/5): Lugar acogedor y cómodo, con cocina equipada con menaje y algunos electrodomésticos básicos - La ubicación era excelente respecto a la estación principal de Villaverde, y por suerte para mi lugar de trabajo tambien fue muy buena. El apartamento es acogedor y bien equipado con muchos detalles, el anfitrión muy atento por whatsapp, volvería a repetir. No había nada que no me gustase, el leve inconveniente es aparcar el coche por la zona pero eso no es culpa del anfitrión.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Buena estancia - Zona tranquila, al lado del tren y cerca del metro. En la zona hay todo lo necesario(supermercados, tiendas, bares, …). El apartamento amplio y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Con paciencia y suerte se puede aparcar en la misma calle, sino a menos de 5 minutos está el aparcamiento de la estación del tren. Por poner alguna pega se echó en falta algún paño o algo de cocina y más papel higienico(solo 2rollos). Personalmente preferiría cafetera normal o básica tipo italiana antes que de cápsulas.

The location of the place is sketchy, I travel with my family so it feels ok to walk at night but would not recommend for solo travellers. The place is too small for 4 people. They do not have a kettle which is a disappointment if you love tea like us.

I will repeat! - It was clean and comfortable, it had almost everything a couple could need including towels, a small hair dryer a couple of glasses, mugs, etc even exactly twi coffee capsules. You get the feeling you are in a small hotel. I definitely would like to come back. The air conditioning was difficult to get started in the heat mode almost every time.
• Juri_app (8/5): Cheap option for short stay - I liked the price since Madrid is highly expensive. I liked stable Wi-Fi signal. It's easy to reach the room. Location is distant from city center. There was no kitchen: no electric stove, only microwave. Space was very limited.

• Antonia (10/5): Comfy, clean and everything you need - I stayed for a couple of nights as a solo traveler. The apartment is a comfortable size for up to 2 ppl with all amenities that one needs such as water kettle, coffee machine, washing machine etc. It was super quiet at night and I had a comfortable sleep. I missed buying the tourist ticket for the train which would have included the commuter as well, so I always used my credit card without checking the charge… Turns out one journey to the city centre is only 1.70 € and it really doesn’t take long, so no complaints from my side haha. I would definitely come back! The commuter train doesn’t run throughout the whole night, but it’s normal and I just took an Uber that one time I came back late.

• Linde (9/5): Great stay close to central Madrid. Good value for money away from the crowds. - We had a great stay at Villa Verde. Well equipped, clean and close to station for easy connect to Central Madrid. Supermarket close by. An unexpected gem.in the suburbs, away from the maddening crowds. There was nothing to dislike at this price.

It is very clean and very close from the train station. It's also in a more quiet part of town, so there isn't noise at night.

It had a comfortable amount of space. It was good to have a smart TV. Was close enough to the metro for ease of travel. The air conditioning broke during our visit leaking water. However the host was quick to have it examined and repared while replacing the towels that were used to clean up the water leak.
