Příště to nenabízejte když není uklizeno.
- Sithy (9/5): I would definitely reurn if I ever had the need to be in the area. - It was self-catering and the kitchen facilities was perfect for light meals. But there were many places to eat locally especially at Harrow-on-the-Hill. We also ordered some UberEats. The shower was not working on the first day, but they did fix it immediately so that was no longer a problem. Did not like the area around the front door, looked rather shabby. It could even do with a new front door.
- Michael (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (8/5): Very good -
- Gala (8/5): Very good - The place was very clean ,two kitchen were available which was very easy for my family. The host was very approachable and helpful, heater was not working he did solve it
- Mohammad (7/5): Good - Parking was bang on garden was good could have done with a kids swing Cleaners key box was not secure my kids literally took the keys out I kept them in my room till we left and put them back in their location before leaving could have put complimentary snacks or drink as a bonus but over all a pleasant stay worth its money
- Andrew (7/5): Good -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Graham (4/5): Did not meet expectations. - Good kitchens although we didn’t use I think the word ‘luxury’ needs to be removed. No curtains in one of the rooms, no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, just on sink! No shower gel. No coffee, tea, milk provided. Definitely NOT luxury? Squeaky doors.
- Salma (1/5): Never ever again - Common area was dirty and unsafe Confusing room details provided so guest was unable to find room and could not stay there
- Ben (4/5): The property description did not match what the property actually provided. - We didn’t like much about the property compared to what we thought we were getting based on the description. Two separate flats for a family of four with young children was not suitable. We needed to split the family into one adult in each flat to sleep with each child. The washing machine in flat 5 was not connected to the drain and ‘exploded’ when we put on a load of washing, which used most of our towels to clean up. Despite being told the towels would be replaced, they were not, leaving us with two towels for four people. The list of inclusions that were not in either flat were as follows: coffee machine, cleaning products (no tea towel), tumble dryer, dishwasher, limited media and technology, no access to outdoors areas without a key, etc. etc.
- Dunn (6/5): Few things to consider but mostly good - Location was good. It was an easy walk, that took 20 mins-ish with children, to the tube station so we could get into London. Also plenty of tubes so can get into London early and stay late. The rooms were clean, showers good and the kitchen area had everything needed to cook food. Drive was good to park the car off the road. Kids loved having Netflix on the TV and was good one room has a table and chairs for four so we could eat breakfast together. Heating was good when we needed it. Beds very comfy. Only just enough cutlery between the two kitchens. This room sold as a 2 bed appartment, it isnt. It is 2 separate double rooms upstairs in the property. If our children had been younger one of us would have had to sleep with them. Also on the last morning there was evidence of mice in the cupboard under the sink. Thankfully we'd not put anything in that cupboard so just closed the cupboard and decided not to think too much about it.
- S (10/5): Would definitely rebook - Easy check in, company are understanding and will try to comprise for you. They will ensure you have a pleasant time.
- Regina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Purplepatch (8/5): lovely place to stay if you need to be in the area - very clean and well equipped . felt comfortable ,quiet area needed a kettle in the 2nd room,
- Andrew (7/5): Good - The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Decent kitchen areas in both rooms as well. The other people in the house were quite noisy on the Sunday night, and the traffic was noisy as well throughout the night. The other people also had a habit of leaving the front door unlocked. The lack of a strainer in either of the rooms we had was irritating. The bathroom in the smaller room was very tight.
- Western (4/5): Sadly didn’t meet our expectations of what we thought we had booked - Walkable to the tube stations and car parking space Wasn’t what we had thought we had booked required a 3 bedroom apartment rather than 2 separate apartments. One bed was inflatable mattress
- Jude (7/5): Good -
- Doris (7/5): Overall it was good, just minor things which the management can overcome. - The location was good as it was close to the bus stop and the convenience store was close by as well. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. I booked 2 rooms however only one room had the remote control for the tv, the kettle was not very clean for one of the rooms and the washing machine had one item of clothing left in the washing machine. The bed in one of the bedrooms, had a little dust and strands of hair on it.
- Onit (1/5): i would rather poop in a bag and punch it than use these guys again - These cheeky swines send you a bill for an extra £60 as soon as you book. Also we needed 3 beds. It turns out the third bed is a child sized air bed, theres no pump, and guests are expected to pump it up themselves. Had to book somewhere else as i couldnt ask my 6ft 4 subcontractor to work a long day, blow up his own bed, then sleep on something designed for a child. Fuming there could have been an actual 3rd bed as described in the advert, they could have not send an additional bill for £65 quid upon booking. Avoid like the plague.
- Nicky (8/5): Very good - Great facilities, clean on the inside of the property. Not too far from nearest station (approx 10 min walk to South Harrow station). The outside of the property didn't reflect the inside.
- Abdulrahman (1/5): Absolutely terrible experience - unannounced entry, no water, broken door, and trapped belongings., steer clear! - Nothing really; the carpets are smelly; location is far away from the shops, its an old house renewed to have cheap accommodation but the price is not cheap compare to the experience you might get Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Strongly Advised to Avoid
Review:
I recently booked a two-night stay through booking.com, and to say it was a nightmare would be an understatement. My second night turned into a horror show, as an unidentified person entered our rooms without any notification from the property management. The lack of water was the icing on the cake, leaving my children and family unable to use the toilets. It's astonishing how they could overlook such a basic necessity.
As if that wasn't enough, I promptly reported a broken door in flat 5, only to receive a dismissive response from the property at the ungodly hour of 1 am. They claimed the issue was resolved, but guess what? My flat remained waterless, and their solution? They had the audacity to instruct me to crawl under the sink and fiddle with a deep lever to fix their negligence. Should paying guests be responsible for maintenance work now?
To add insult to injury, when I was checking out the following day, the very same flat I had reported had the door lock malfunction, trapping my belongings inside. I was left waiting for over two agonizing hours until the door was forcibly opened, and even now, it remains stubbornly stuck.
This whole experience has been nothing short of a disaster. I reached out, demanding a refund for that night, but the response I received was lackluster at best. It's astonishing how booking.com, a supposedly reputable platform, could provide such abysmal service. This has, without a doubt, been the worst experience I've ever had with any booking, and I strongly advise others to steer clear.
I expect more than just lip service. A full refund and adequate compensation are the bare minimum to address the distress and inconvenience I had to endure. Trust me, there are far better alternatives out there than risking your sanity and well-being with such property.
- Andi (10/5): Clean comfortable stay - The self check in and out is a great idea. I was actually met by the owner who helped me with my luggage on arrival. The apartments were very clean tidy and spacious. There was plenty of on road parking and parking off road outside the property.
The actual apartments we booked were clean spacious and in an excellent location for our needs.
The facilities were great. Everything you needed for self catering was there in the larger of the two rooms we booked on the first floor
The beds were very comfortable I have raised with the owner that the lights on the landing don't come on when you leave your room on the first floor and this will be addressed.
I was in the smaller of the two rooms and the addition of a kettle and crockery would be a good idea. I had to go to the other room to make a hot drink and get a glass or cup. Which meant waiting til the other people were awake.
- Anthony (1/5): Our stay was extremely disappointing. - nothing Poor location; front door insecure, strong smell of cigarette smoke from downstairs; we were expecting one apartment with two bedrooms; kitchen in one apartment was poorly equipped - two plates, no knives or cutlery; there was an open packet of condoms in one of the drawers of a bedside table
