• Asli (8/5): Mooi appartement maar trappen maken het wat arelaxed. - Mooi ruim. Netjes, schoon, locatie centraal bij OV. Matras waar ik op lag rechts ingezakt. Rioolucht in de gang 3 hele steile stappen voordat je er bent.

• Roos (6/5): Prima - Locatie was top en een ruim appartement. De douche was koud en er hing echt een hele sterke rioollucht in het appartement. Ook was het vrij gehorig.
• Djemilah (3/5): - Location Service and sewer smell. Lock downstairs was broken and follow up by agency was horrible. We first got locked in. When we called for help, were told it was our own fault. When we finally got out, we asked them to fix it that night. They did eventually, but didn’t bother to tell us. So our night out was completely ruined.
• Marius (8/5): Heel fijn wakker worden zo midden in de stad. - Fijne plek, mooi appartement en zeer ruime kamers. Appartement heeft slecht 1 aparte slaapkamer, het tweede tweepersoonsbed stond aan de gang bij de trap naar de woonkamer. Geeft weinig privacy als je met meerdere koppels reist. Bij de bedden heb je geen stoel of kast om wat kleding op de leggen.

• Carla (10/5): highly recommended for anyone who wants a comfortable and centrally located stay in Antwerp! - We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Antwerp. The location is perfect: very central and everything is easy to reach. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The modern, stylish interior creates a relaxed and calm atmosphere, making you feel at home right away. Everything was perfectly arranged. The key handover via the lockbox was very easy and smooth, which made check-in and check-out especially convenient. The apartment is also easy to find, which is always a plus in a city.

• Hester (7/5): Locatie prima, verblijf kon beter. - De locatie en de bereikbaarheid. Het was te warm, geen airco, lawaai van verkeer als je het raam open hebt. Voor het oog lijkt het luxe, maar is het niet. Bed in slaapkamer is vreemd geplaatst, zodat er vrijwel geen doorgang is. Dekbed is synthetisch, kookplaat zat een grote ster in, schroeiplekken op de bank van sigaretten.

• Holger (8/5): Gut für einen Kurztripp nach Antwerpen - Sehr gute Lage und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es gibt übrigens einen riesigen Kleiderschrank und Nachttische im Schlafzimmer (entgegen anderslautender Bewertungen). Der Geruch im Treppenhaus (feucht und nach Kanal). Ich kann nur empfehlen, in der Dusche eine Plastiktüte oder ähnliches über der Abfluss zu legen um den Geruch nicht auch in der Wohnung zu haben.

• Sanneke (4/5): Geen aanrader - De locatie: het appartement ligt op een gunstige locatie. Het is ook echt een ruim appartement. Ik had snel contact met de beheerder van het pand. Het was erg gehorig, waardoor ik tot 4.15 heb wakker gelegen van een buurman die aan het praten was. Daarnaast was er geen gordijn in de badkamer, deden sommige lampen het niet en was de keuken heel ruim, maar ook kapot.

• Vantieghem (7/5): Proper met een beetje lawaai - Ik vond dat de accomodatie zeer proper was en er uitzach zoals op de foto's. Ik vond dat er wat viel lawaai was van de accomodatie boven ons en heel veel lawaai tot in de morgen in de gang, dit komt waarschijnlijk wel door wie er toen op de accomodatie boven ons lag.

• Travel around the world (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und hat Flair. Auch die zentrale Lage macht es zu einem tollen Spot. Ein richtige Küche macht es einfach, auch mal etwas in der Wohnung zu essen.Es könnte etwas mehr an Besteck und Tellern, Tassen sein. Dennoch ist alles da, was man braucht. Sogar ein paar Gewürze. Toll war auch, dass es Kaffee (Pulver und Granulat) sowie Tee gab. Das ist wirklich eher selten. Die Heizung macht sehr schnell die Wohnung warm. Das Bad ist schön hell und die Dusche richtig groß. Punkteabzug gab es jetzt nur wegen der fehlenden Abstellmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer und die Schallübertragung von der Wohnung oben. Ansonsten ist es eine sehr schöne und empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Kommode oder Schrank, wo man seine Kleidung, Koffer ablegen konnte. Nur ein Bett im Raum und sonst nichts. Das ist für einen Aufenthalt von mehreren Tagen wirklich nicht schön. Wir waren im 2. Stock, also mittig. Leider ist die hellhörige Wohnung ganz oben schon störend, wenn man Nachbarn hat, die nicht sehr leise sind. Wir hatten Spanier über uns und waren schon etwas genervt, wie sich das nach unten überträgt. Die Treppe im Haus hat es mit Koffern in der Hand in sich. Im Flur roch es schon extrem nach Abfluß.

• Francis (4/5): Rioollucht enorme domper - Prachtig appartement, maar die stank...! Hele verblijf enorme rioollucht wat de hele ervaring onvoldoende maakt, als deze vieze nare doordringende lucht er niet geweest zou zijn, kreeg dit een dikke 10.

• Cornelius (7/5): Es war... okay. - + Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig und zudem sehr hell. + Zusätzlich hatte unsere Wohnung einen Balkon mit Ausblick auf die Stadt. + Auch die Küche war neu und modern. + Sehr großes und geräumiges Bad. Das WC ist separat. - Die Sauberkeit muss verbessert werden. Oberflächlich ist alles sauber, allerdings waren bspw. Ausziehboxen im Bad und die Besteckschubladen in der Küche nicht sauber. Auch das Besteck war nicht 100%ig sauber. - Der Name Luxury ist falsches Marketing und setzt falsche Voraussetzungen. Das gesamte Mobilar ist sehr günstig und nicht sehr robust, meist von IKEA. - Zu Teilen sehr karg und lieblos. Ein paar Bilder der Stadt und besonders im unteren Stockwerk ein Tisch mit Stühlen wäre wünschenswert. - Bei vier Tagen wäre ein Handtuchwechsel gut. - Die Kurtaxe/City tax musste erst am Tag selbst entrichtet werden und nur nach Zahlungseingang erhielt man den Zugang zur Schlüsselbox. Das sollte vorher abgewickelt werden, sodass man nicht lange auf eine Antwort warten muss. - Mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste sollten diese Wohnung nicht buchen, da die Treppen sehr hoch, schmal sowie steil sind. Das Hinauftragen der Koffer über 3 Stockwerke hinweg ist schon eine Herausforderung.

Schreeuwen, gooie met stoelen, worstelingen, het was verschrikkelijk! De hele nacht wakker gelegen. Het hielp niets om ze te kalmeren. Uiteindelijk kwam de politie. Het heeft ons weekendje goed verpest. We waren gebroken de volgende dag. Nooit meer dit appartement. Nooit’

Aangeklopt bij het appartement op 2de etage. Jonge gast die het ook rook. Later kwam een criend bij hem die het ook vond stinken. Ramen open gedaan en uur later was geur weg. Ben weer gaan slapen met ramen open. Jonge gasten van 2de etage zijn de hele nacht door gegaan met hard praten....

• pham (9/5): genieten - Super mooi ruim appartement. Een hele goede locatie ook, het is minder dan 10 min lopen voor de stad en horecazaken. Ondanks dat je in het centrum ervaarden wij de accomodatie niet als luidruchtig. Service was ook super goed qua contact en snelheid.
• Alessandra (8/5): NO KID FRIENDLY - Posizione centrale e comoda per vistare la città. Appartamento pulitissimo e arredato con molto gusto, provvisto di tutti i comfort NO KID FRIENDLY! L’appartamento si trova al 3º piano con scale ripidissime e all’interno si trova un’ulteriore scala che divide la Zona giorno dalla zona notte. Avevamo un bimbo piccolo ed è stato molto scomodo per noi.

• Fabien (6/5): Good for the price but not "luxury" - L'appartement est grand et très bien situé pour parcourir la ville à pieds et en transport en commun. La chambre est relativement bien isolée du bruit de la rue qui est très passante. "Luxury" n'est que dans le titre. L'appartement a été rénové avec des matériaux bas de gamme et est déjà détérioré : poignée du four, porte-manteau, robinet et pomme de douche ... On apprécierait un moyen de suspendre les serviettes pour qu'elles sèchent.

• Sonia (7/5): Petit appartement-hôte correct, propre et très bien situé. - C'est un petit appartement plus qu'une chambre d'hôtel. Le lit et la salle de bain étaient propres. L'endroit était vraiment bien situé et très près du centre. Quelques petits restos autour, un stationnement payant et même un petit supermarché. La base du lit est à changer. On voit qu'une réparation a été faite, mais la base était cassée. Le gros pommeau de douche parapluie ne fonctionnait pas. Les escaliers sont étroits et il fallait monter beaucoup de marches. Cependant, je comprends que c'est un vieil immeuble et qu'il faut vivre avec ça.

• Marelle (9/5): Mooie, ruime accommodatie op een goede locatie. - De accommodatie ligt op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van het historische centrum en zeer nabij een supermarkt en diverse horeca. De grote slaapkamer ligt aan de straatkant. Omdat dit een wat drukkere straat is is het niet heel stil, maar voor ons was het niet storend. Vermoedelijk is er een nieuwe vloer gelegd, maar hierdoor klemmen de tussendeuren. Dit beschadigt de vloer, maar zorgt ook voor geluidsoverlast.

• Frank (7/5): Jammer van de slaapbank, locatie is top - Locatie , mooi balkon met uitzicht . Mochten onze bagage iets eerder in het appartement zetten Slaapbank had lakens met vlekken en scheuren. Er was een rooklucht in toilet en badkamer. In de trappenhal was een enorme rioollucht.

• Pal (8/5): Nice apartment in a fun part of Antwerp. - Nice modern apartment, newly renovated. It’s in a nice restart of Antwerpen. All amenities are there. Bed could be a bit bigger. There is a smell of mould in the hallway, but definitely not inside the apartment. Seems to be a problem in some Antwerpen old buildings, but nothing in the apartment.

• Floor (6/5): Prachtige locatie centraal in Antwerpen, details in accomodatie ontbreken - De locatie is echt heel erg centraal gelegen, dichtbij verschillende bezienswaardigheden. De straat is gezellig en de accommodatie is goed te bereiken met de auto door de dichtbij gelegen parkeergarage. Ook met OV goed te bereiken. Bij binnenkomst ziet het appartement er heel netjes uit, bij beter kijken zien we dat de kookplaat kapot is (flinke barst), de hendel van de oven kapot is, de meeste latten van de bodem van het bed kapot zijn, de deuren klemmen naar de badkamer en toilet en dat er witte vlekken in de bank zitten. Ook lag het bed erg hard. Wat voor ons het minst prettig was, was de geur binnen. Het rook er constant naar riool en schimmel.

• Israel (9/5): - El apartamento era muy nuevo y espacioso. Cocina de gran tamaño junto al salón y una terraza muy agradable. Las escaleras que dan acceso a la planta superior tiene escalones muy pequeños y no tienen barandilla donde agarrarte. Es un tercero sin ascensor con muchos escalones. Además hay un olor muy desagradable en la entrada al portal.

• Ventura (9/5): - La ubicación, la amplitud de las habitaciones, el salón y la terraza. Se está muy a gusto y está en pleno centro de Amberes. Para las personas que tengan algún problema de movilidad las escaleras de acceso al apartamento pueden ser un problema.

• Tamara (8/5): Ruim appartement op een fijne locatie - Locatie. Midden in het centrum in een fijn deel van Antwerpen De 3 stijle trappen. Wij hadden niet veel bagage bij ons dus dat was prima. Maar ik zou er niet aan moeten denken om met een zwaar koffer op deze smalle stijle trap naar boven te gaan. Ook vond ik het tegenvallen dat 1 bed niet volledig was opgemaakt.
• Andrejus (8/5): Very good - Good place to stay, you will find near parking (~4 eur for 1h). Spacious and good equipped we found all we needed. Very close to city center. Some things were broken like oven knob, wooden bed slats on which the mattress is placed was fallen and we couldn't pull them up so we needed to sleep only on one side of double bed. The shower rail was falling from the wall and water was leaking past the shower head adjustment button.

• Nina (5/5): Noisy but pretty (not so clean) place in need of some maintenance. - The location is perfect and the look at first glance is amazing You can hear every step the upstairs neighbours make (even at 3am) and it will wake you up. No blinds in the living room which is weird while you advertise that someone can sleep in the living room. Kitchen had 2 utensils, cooking plate was cracked and shower wouldn’t stop running.

Rang and told would ring back - none at 1hr - had to rebook for 2 nights. Then email in regard to cancellation to say no availability as booking cancelled yet still 1 available on web site Property good except frying pans don’t work on induction stovetop, cooking pan did. No broom and poor smell of unit unless window open and extractor fans on in toilet and shower room. No microwave and limited utensils Stairs very steep and long, need fitness to manage with full suitcase of 15+kgs
