- Anhtuan (10/5): Overall 9.5/10 - The basement is bigger than I expected. Clean, neat and have enough utilities for long stay. Soundproofing. A bit noisy from upstairs in early morning because the kitchen is above the basement. But in general it’s not a big deal because all houses in Canada make wall with low soundproofing quality
