• Chloe (10/5): Everything - We stayed here for our wedding. Simon was excellent and provided us with the best stay. Massive thank you to Simon for making our wedding stay so special. The villa is at the bottom of a cul de sac, sometimes a little hard for taxi etc to find but you are within an 8-10 min walk of the coral bay strip. The pool is perfect size and always at the right temperature. The views from the bedroom of the villa is exceptional. Couldn’t be happier and no complaints at all. Thank you
• Dawn (9/5): Excellent would happily stay again. - Easy access to all restaurants, shops, day trips. Lovely clean Villa with everything you need. Personal thing but for us the mattress in the master bedroom was quite firm, but we got used to it. Constantly having to clean the pool due to a neighbours palm tree constantly casting its leaves and flowers into the garden. It was like having confetti thrown on you all the time you were outside.

• David (8/5): Fantastic villa - we’d love to come and stay again sometime! - It was very well-equipped, and very comfortable. We loved all the outdoor seating areas, and the balconies. The pool area was lovely too. It was a very quiet, tranquil area too. Nothing, particularly - the only slight downside is that it was slightly overlooked by other properties nearby, but this really wasn’t a big issue.
• Fiona (10/5): Lovely villa with a beautiful pool. - Its a lovely villa which has everything you could possibly need. The owner allowed us to check in early and check out really late as our flight wasn't until 21.45. This made our last day stress free. The pool has lovely planting along one side which was beautiful and helped with privacy. There are other villas all around but most were empty and the in the occupied ones, the people were very quiet. We loved the location, you could walk to the strip but weren't bothered by the noise. Highly recommended. The driveway is quite high so I would suggest only parking there if your car is quite far from the ground! There is plenty of parking just outside so it wasnt a issue.
• Anna (9/5): Beautiful villa with lovely balconies and patios/ garden to enjoy. - A lovely villa; spacious, light, with tasteful decor and furniture. Very clean, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of outdoor furniture/ sun loungers. The private pool is clean and the garden areas are very pretty with well tended flowers. I loved that there were two balconies with sea views (as well as the pool area and a patio) where we could sit - great for eating al fresco. It is at the end of a row of villas, so feels more private. You can walk down to a beach, and also the main strip of bars/ restaurants within 10-15 minutes, and can do longer walks from the door to the main coral bay beaches (which are excellent and also have a lot of parking for those less inclined to walk) and for miles along the coast along good walking tracks, enjoying refreshments at the numerous beach bars/cafes. Also plenty of attractions a short drive away. We had a great few days at the villa. Highly recommended. Not a reflection on the villa itself, but Coral Bay is quite built up so wouldn't suit travellers looking for somewhere very quiet. (We could hear music from the nearby hotel in the evenings until midnight). I think this would be the case in most seaside resorts in Cyprus though. And just a word of warning - unless you're in a jeep, don't try to park on the drive! There is a huge bump and you're liable to get stuck, even if reversing. Parking on the road by the villa is fine though, as it's at the end of a cul-de-sac.
• Andrew (8/5): Pleasant sea views, nice pool. - Lovely sea views, nice pool, short to drive to coral bay beach. Very peaceful during the day. Very noisy in the evenings from nearby hotel complex (playing music and hotel entertainment till at least midnight). Ok if you are out in the evenings yourselves but not great if you have young children or struggle to sleep with noise.

• Lorraine (9/5): Great location for exploring the hidden gems of Cyprus - Villa Felix is in an ideal location. Close to Coral Bay beach, restaurant's and other amenities. The pool was ideal for us, with sun beds that followed the sun or where you could have some shade at the warmest points of the day. The villa has efficient air conditioning and has good amenities and a well equipped kitchen, if you want to eat in. The villa was a great base for us to explore the hidden gems of Cyprus. Our only feedback would be the trouble we had with the internet and TV. However this was eventually solved by Annie and Costa, the day before we left. Also it would have been beneficial if the cleaners could clean the outside patios and the steps down to the pool. These were covered in bird poo, which I understand is inevitable, but if it started clean, that would be a bonus. ..... if I was being picky, I would suggest investing in some new towels for customers.
• Sam (8/5): Great location, clean and tidy. A lovely villa - Great location within easy walking distance of Coral Bay strip. The nice open feel of the living area made it light and airy and great air conditioning for the humid evenings. 2 good sized bedrooms and a walk in shower were all really clean and well equipped. Lovely to be welcomed with water in the fridge and also plenty of clean towels and toilet roll! Good sunbeds by an immaculate pool with the addition of sun parasols was also appreciated when the sun was at its hottest. The outside furniture was a bit old and tatty. The shower pressure was non existent and therefore difficult to shower effectively and the mattress on the bed was very hard making it tricky to get a good nights sleep. The Villa was lovely but could do with a little bit of TLC to elevate it. However for what it cost at this time of year it was perfectly acceptable. With it being down an unlit steep hill - maybe a couple of torches would be a nice addition too.
• Julie (9/5): Very well appointed villa, close to the airport, very close to the strip and beautiful sea views - The villa, only 35 minutes from the airport, was very well appointed, had everything we needed and more really. The view of the sea from the living area and bedroom was superb. The beds were really comfortable and the private swimming pool was great. There were parasols and cushions for sitting out by the pool and various other areas where you could sit outside. Felt very private being at the end of the road and surrounded by trees and pretty bushes. It was under a 10 minute walk to the strip where there were several really nice restaurants. We ate at Corallo, Les Amis, Phidias, and Porto Antico. On the way back to the villa from the strip we would stop at a little outside bar, (part of the Feggari restaurant), and have a drink. There was a really good, big supermarket no more than a 10 minute walk away, had a lovely fish and meat counter. The 615 bus route to Paphos in one direction and Corallia beach in the other was very regular and cost 2 euros. Corallia beach was very sandy and had a very nice restaurant for lunch, Arapis, with lovely views over the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our week at the villa. Thank you Very minor but my son would love to have had the light on in the pool at night, we did send a message to Ann to see if it was possible but did not hear back. The villa next door had the pool lit up and it did look nice. We found the patio doors a bit difficult to open/close and we found we could not park our rental car in the private space as the slope from the road was far too steep to get down so had to park in the road. Found out from the owner next door that everyone parks the way we had. All very minor points, we had a lovely holiday and thought the villa was really nice.

• Cillian (10/5): Villa with a View! - Great location. Lovely Villa with a number of balconies and a great pool. Simon was easy to contact and very helpful to us during our stay. The villa comes with plenty of crockery & cutlery, a nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, shopping bags, bin bags, tea towels, bath towels blankets pillows. One of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the ocean was amazing!

Although we had a hire car, it’s only a 5 minute walk to the main Coral Bay strip. The pool is lovely and private and it was cleaned while we were there. The air conditioning worked really well as did the shower. There were plenty of towels and a change of bedding. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was great.
• Siannan (10/5): Relaxing with stunning views - We had a really lovely, relaxing stay at Villa Felix. The uninterrupted views were amazing. Lots of things at the Villa which made our stay much more pleasant like smart tv, books, floats in the pool, proper day-to- day kitchen equipment. It’s in a great location - only a short walk to the main bars and restaurants. Located at the end of the road so feels slightly more private than the villas near us.

Terrace, garden and the swimming pool was a ideal for true relax and wonderful time with my family. Villa is also fully equipped with all necessary one family or group needs. The place is very silent and sorounded with beautiful vegetation and flowers. I'm sure we will be back some day.

Easy to walk to the lovely beach and the 'strip' with lots of good restaurants and bars to go in. The villa had everything you needed and was spacious. The private pool was a good size Easy to travel into Paphos by car or bus The cleanliness of the villa was not as we would have expected. There were finger prints, cobwebs and stains on windows, sheets and cushions. We personally thought the pool area was too overlooked by the neighbours which you could not tell from the pictures on booking.com It was quiet during the day but at night a hotel hidden behind the trees played loud music until midnight most nights so we couldn't sit and read on the balcony

• Katie-jean (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable, chilled out holiday! - The villa is lovely! Pool is great. Fab position! Kitchen really well equipped. Fab air conditioning in lounge and both bedrooms. Fabulous seating area in the shade outside the lounge with amazing views which was my favourite spot. Huge built in wardrobes in both bedrooms, even plenty of hangers!! (We took extra and didn’t need them!) thoroughly fab 2 weeks!
• Joanne (6/5): Beautiful villa , stunning views - Initially we liked that the villa as it was in a quiet area of coral bay , absolutely stunning views of the sea it was amazing Loud music( could hear every word from below the villa ( towards the sea ) for 2 nights from 3pm-3am, this may not be a problem for most guests it just affected us as we have an autistic son and he couldn’t settle with the noise

• Shane (1/5): Avoid, Avoid Avoid - Location Well when we arrived it was nothing more than a **** hole,.. It was a dirty, smelly, flea ridden bug infested grotto, everything and anything about this property was just awful. It was un cleaned, dirty beds, towels, curtains, sofa, utensils, crumbs on the side, bugs running around, we had sleepless nights as we were constantly being bitten, bird mess everywhere, ripped parasol, we even had builders constantly working next door that we were not informed about that worked everyday from 7 in the morning to 7 at night, we couldn't use the pool or open any curtains on that side of the property for being over looked,, so we had no real privacy.. The property is that bad, That the actual management company got hold of us during our stay and explained to us that we had a water leak in the bathroom?? To which we knew nothing about but later found,.. The list just goes on n on as it was a proper disgrace for rentals n booking. Com itself for promoting this villa.. The property is number 13 and I guess "unlucky 13" for that reason.. But on a good note, the location, coral bay is stunning, and its neighbours, the strip were just fantastic, So if your look for somewhere a little special then this area has it all, just avoid this place. The road itself has 12 other rental villas which you could choose from and you'd probably get a better deal and a nicer villa. I know these are harsh words but we have always used bookig.com, and go by the reviews and have never never had a bad experience or complained, but this time we feel were deceived and miss sold a villa that was just not what was advertised, our pictures don't lie and are of a true account of our stay and believe me there are many I could post, we truly feel let down and all future guest deserves to be prepared,. and hopefully they will not endure what we did Booking. Com are involved and the owners of the property did offer €300 for our troubles but yet nothings been received,..
• Lars (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very nice and super clean villa with a lovely garden and private pool - but best of all was probably the view to the sea. Unfortunately the neighbors was doing some renovation that was a bit noisy. Even though this is something that just happens, the host Simon took it very serious and tried his best to minimize the Impact on our stay

• Ken (9/5): September Sunshine in Cyprus - Stunning views of Coral Bay and located in a quiet cul de sac with very little noise from surrounding hotels. Lovely landscaped garden and well maintained pool deck.Easily within walking distance of the main entertainment and local restaurants. Real 'home from home' feel. Would help if better directions to the villa were provided, the cul de sac is easy to miss. Other than that, it was a great stay.
