- Ali (6/5): Good staff - Location Clean Comfortable Helpful staff Mr Mamoon was of great help At checkout receptionist asked for extra 30 BD, when we questioned him, he said it was a mistake. They keep your ID at reception for the entire stay. In this day and age with credit cards and stuff, that seems unnecessary. They can make a copy and not keep the original ID

- Muhanad (4/5): - The staff were very friendly and cooperative. The room was clean except for the cookware. Starting with the parking garage it has very steep ramps that will easily damage your car If you're not careful, there was absolutely zero security as anyone can access the garage from the street and the elevator in the garage goes up to the guest rooms directly. It's definitely worrisome when you're staying with a family. They also disabled any locks on the apartment doors to deadbolt lock or even a chain lock. All in all the sense of security in that place was poor. There's no pre-authorization option for credit cards for the security deposit you either have to leave your passport with the front desk or you pay a cash deposit. The air conditioning unit needs maintenance as it was creating too much noise.

- Azhar (8/5): - المكان نظيف جدا يلمع من النظافة الستاف مودب ومتعاون المكان هادي وجنبه كل الخدمات النوافذ لا تفتح في الدور العاشر كان الجو بارد وداخل الشقة مرة حار التكييف اشتغل في غرفة وفي الصالة بس في الغرفة الماستر في سبلت وحار بعد المخدات شوي سيئة ابواب الغرفة بلا مفتاح مافي خصوصية

- بندر (4/5): كانت القامه في الفندق سيئه بسبب انقطاع النت - الموظفين وخصوصاً مصطفى النت سئ جداً جداً لا توجد اشاره من بعد المغرب الي الصباح وحولنا مع الأداره كم مره دون جدوه ولا حلو المشكله … المفارش قديمه ولا يوجد منشارغسيل وتلفزيونات قديمه جداً لسيفر حق قناة الجزيره البرتقالي المواقف سئ جداً

- Manal (9/5): نظافه وخدمه .. - الغرف واسعه والشقه نظيفه والموظفين خدومين وبشوشين والاطلاله حلوه .. نزات عندهم قبل سنوات ورجعت هالمره وكنت متخوفه ان مستواهم قل من ناحية النظافه خصوصا لكن ماشاءالله عليهم مازالت الشقق محافظه على نظافتها و شراحتها .. فقط مكيف الغرفه الثانيه مرتبط بمكيف الغرفه الماستر وهذا شي مزعج يعني لو تبرد بوحده من الغرفتين ماتقدر تطفي المكيف لانه يشتغل بالغرفتين وغم وجود اسبيلت في الماستر لكن ماتقدر تستخدمه لان الغرفه الثانيه لازم تشغل لها المكيف .. بالاضافه الى انو المكيف بالغرفه الماستر مقابل للسرير وينفخ بوجه اللي نايم ع السرير ..
