• Monika (2/5): Lokalizacja- rewelacje, pozostałe aspekty pozostawiają wiele do życzenia. - Wielkim atutem tego mieszkania jest jego lokalizacja. Niedaleko do Watykanu, sklepów i metra. Kontakt z recepcją pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Przez cały pobyt w kuchni stał worek z brudnymi rzeczami do prania po poprzednich lokatorach. Nie został usunięty pomimo moich interwencji. Brak odpowiedniego wyposażenia kuchni (mała ilość talerzy lub ich brak) oraz innego wyposażenia np. garnki (był jeden garnek). Trzy głębokie talerze (żadnych miseczek i salaterek) nie wystarczyły na poranny posiłek, jak rownież brak talerzyków (na apartamencie 1 szt.,jedynie talerzy obiadowych było 12 szt.). Apartament z trzema łazienkami i tylko jedna suszarka do włosów. Niewystarczające wyposażenie środków higienicznych w toalecie. Na moja prośbę o uzupełnienie papieru toaletowego usłyszałam że to nie hotel (dopiero po przekazaniu informacji, że zgłoszę to na bloking uzupełniono papier). Płacąc za 10 osób na trzy noce oczekuję, że wszyscy otrzymają wszystko co niezbędne i rano nie będą stały w kolejce do suszarek do włosów.

• Arkadiusz (9/5): Świetny- bardzo blisko Watykanu, stacji metra oraz tanich knajpek. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra i Muzeów Watykańskich. W mieszkaniu są trzy pokoje i trzy łazienki, co sprawiało, że nawet dziesięcioosobowa grupa czuła się komfortowo. Niewielki taras ułatwiał suszenie rzeczy. Obsługa bez problemów dostosowuje się do harmonogramu dnia gości- zwłaszcza w sprawie płatności. W przypadku późnego przyjazdu dostajemy link, za pomocą którego wchodzimy do recepcji, gdzie są pozostawione dla nas klucze. Warto trochę popracować nad systemem otwierania bramy do kamienicy, gdzie znajduje się recepcja, bo innym gościom również sprawiał on pewien problem- akurat to warto poprawić. Żadnego problemu nie stanowi za to fakt, że klucze odbieramy w jednym budynku, a idziemy z nimi do innego- oba są blisko siebie, a instrukcję można przeczytać w informacjach z booking.

• raulprado (1/5): Fotos não condizem com a realidade, não caiam nessa furada. - As fotos não refletem a realidade. A porta principal não para fechada, extremamente inseguro. Fui ameaçado pelo staff sem nenhuma necessidade. Não fiquem nesse lugar de jeito nenhum, vai ser um grande arrependimento. As fotos não condizem com a realidade e a casa está em um péssimo estado de conservação. Não sei por qual motivo, mas deu problema na cobrança do Booking na hospedagem... Eu cheguei era seis da tarde e não quiseram me esperar... No dia seguinte me ligaram surtados, falando que estavam dentro do apartamento, que quebrariam todas as minhas coisas e chamariam a polícia.

• Melisa (10/5): Recomendable, pero que te arreglen la lavadora - La ubicación, la comodidad y lo completo. La limpieza. Que tardaron mucho para el check in, siendo que ya estaban avisado que llegaríamos a ese horario y que ellos nos iban a esperar pero no estaban. El departamento tenía lavadora pero no funcionaba , hablamos para que lo vengan a ver pero el horario que ellos pasaron para arreglarlo fue a las 16 siendo que es un horario en el que estás recorriendo la ciudad.

• betina (7/5): Buen departamento y ubicación, cocina poco funcional. - Espacioso, la cantidad de baños, la ubicación y la limpieza. En el precio estaba incluido un lavarropas, pero no funcionaba, hablé a la administración para que me lo solucionen y no resolvieron el problema, tuvimos que gastar dinero extra para lavar nuestra ropa. En las duchas faltan ganchos y jabonera. La cocina un verdadero problema, no hay utensilios de cocina, la cafetera no puede usarse porque no es utilizable con el tipo de cocina, no podíamos calentar agua. Tampoco hay microondas para solucionarlo.

• Marta (8/5): - L’appartamento è in una posizione eccellente, con la metro a 2min a piedi e molti bus cittadini alla stessa distanza. In 7 siamo stati veramente comodi perchè ci sono tre camere e tre bagni. La cucina era poco attrezzata e prevedeva un tavolo solo per poche persone rispetto al numero dei letti presenti. Se si è in tanti (noi eravamo in 7) è molto difficile usare e sfruttare la zona cucina/pranzo. La reception non risponde sempre nei tempi scritti nell’annuncio.

• DANTASYA (8/5): A great located apartment comminication terrible - The property was clean and the location was exceptional with a great supermarket round corner. A few minutes from Vatican and Basilica. Great for a group We were asleep between 11pm and 6am. The staff enters the property twice during 2 different nights to take and put things inside. As 5 single women we found this so disturbing. Lock the doors from inside. One bathroom lock broke from inside and caused an emergency. On the last day they cut all contact. Refused to help with a left bag and despite agreeing to leave luggage they refused to answer or respond.
• Em (5/5): - Location, near vatican, grocery and affordable resto Wifi turnef off earlier than our check out. Difficult communication with staff esp when your arrival is at night time. Nobody to welcome you and assist you that you just have to get the keys from somewhere. Worst elevatot is not functioning that the whole group has to carry all our luggages 25kg each plus 7kg hand carry bags up to the 2nd floor after 16 hrs of travel.

• Alberto (8/5): Posizione strategica per visitare Musei Vaticani e ben servita dalla metro - Posizione Pulizia Deposito bagagli dopo check-out: nella giornata di domenica era sguarnito ed è stato difficile contattare la reception, posta in altro stabile ( solo risposta telefonica perché in sede non c'era nessuno, nonostante fosse tutto aperto). Li abbiamo lasciati a pagamento in un luogo più sicuro

• Kriscia (3/5): Poor - The place was good very near from the Vatican City. The bed is not clean there’s a bed bugs on the bed. They bite me.
• Gergely (7/5): Location is everything! - The surrounding area is awesome, a lot of quality shops and restaurants, bars, mini markets. The metro is a few steps away, such as the Vatican. The house is well maintained, the apartment is huge, plenty of space for sleeping. The bathrooms have no place to put the basic staff, like shampoo or soap, etc. Not around the sink or in the showers. So its a bit uncomfortable to do the basic washing but its just a minor annoying factor. Also there is no couch or armchairs in the sitting area which is rather the kitchen then a living room.

• Krisztina (8/5): Overall, Air Vatican is a comfortable and clean accommodation in a great location. - Its location is excellent, with the area filled with restaurants and cafes, offering plenty of opportunities for a nice meal or a good coffee. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding, which greatly contributed to a pleasant stay. Additionally, the proximity to public transportation and the ease of access to the accommodation were particularly advantageous for exploring the city. However, there is still room for improvement in some areas. The bathroom is not adequately equipped; there are no shelves or cabinets to place toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, etc.). Moreover, the lack of towel racks was also inconvenient.

• Andrew (8/5): Great location, clean and spacious apartment - Great location, easy reach of Metro and Restaurants. Ideal for our group of 5. Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower rooms. We would have liked to have a more comfortable seating area other than a dinning table. Although we were not planning to eat in, if we had we would have struggled to caterer for our group. Unfortunately the kettle did not work but this did not have any impact on the holiday in any way as so many cafes to grab a lovely coffee. Only recommendation would be is to have clearer communication around when the rental payment will be taken by giving a date for when payment was due.
