• Paweł (5/5): Miejsce na jedną noc podczas transferu przed Wiedeń. - Typowe mieszkanie na jedną noc w przerwie podróży i tą rolę spełnia. Mieszkanie jest niezgodne z opisem. Wybraliśmy ten obiekt ze względu na dostępność balkonu i miejsca garażowego. Na miejscu się okazało , że miejsce garażowe jest już zajęte a balkonu nie ma.

Ich musste jedoch wenige Stunden vor Ankunft noch um die Check In Infos bitten, das wur - Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden - Das Badezimmer stinkt nach Abfluss - Lift im Gebäude ist defekt, Appartment ist aber im 4ten Stock - Mobiliar sehr abgenutzt und lieblos angerichtet

Jest to podzielony 1 duży pokój na 2 sypialnie ścianami dzialowymi bez drzwi, więc mało prywatności. Przestronna łazienka, dobry kontakt poprzez WhatsApp z właścicielem. Podziemny parking zaraz obok apartamentu (koszt 15e za dobe) Jak na Wiedeń uczciwa cena za tą jakość i lokalizacje. Brakuje szafy lub jakichś mebli do przechowywania ubran. Stol i krzesła mają lata świetności za sobą Ekspres do kawy nie do końca robi kawę (nie takie kapsulki)
• Marina (5/5): Încă - Apartamentul a fost curat, spațios și bine poziționat, iar condițiile au fost în general bune pentru șederea noastră. Din păcate, experiența cu persoana de contact nu a fost la același nivel. Comunicarea a fost destul de dificilă și am fi apreciat mai multă promptitudine și claritate în răspunsuri, mai ales în ceea ce privește detaliile legate de check-in și parcare! Cu puțină mai multă atenție la comunicare, experiența ar putea fi mult mai plăcută pentru oaspeți. -

• Éva (8/5): - Metro, villamosra közelben, és egy nagyon pékség is ahol finom reggelit tudtunk venni. Szép, tiszta, nagy fürdőszoba van a lakásban. Mélygarázsban tudtunk parkolni, aminek nagyon örültünk. Ez szintén az utcában volt. NyIkorgott az egyik ágy, de megoldottuk. Egy törölközőt tettünk az ágykeret és a rács közé és rendben volt. 😀 Volt pár porcica a plafon, de ez nem volt probléma.

Falls an Sonn- oder Feiertag Lebensmittel eingekauft werden müssen, ist der Spar-Supermarkt in der Klinik AKH Wien tagsüber geöffnet. Sehr ruhige Lage. Bei geöffneter Balkontür konnte man (in den super bequemen Betten) richtig erholt schlafen. Ein gut ausgestattetes Appartment mit einer sehr guten Lage, um Wien zu erkunden.

• Henri (5/5): Pour famille avec 2 enfants - Le parking payant est à 15 €, ce qui est bien car les parkings publics sont très chers. Appartement assez neuf, propre. Près d'une ligne de métro et bus. Cet appartement est plutôt destiné à un couple avec 1 ou 2 enfants. Nous étions 4 Adultes et il nous a manqué de l'intimité. Oreilles mous, draps de lit avec bords abîmés. Manquait des ustensiles de cuisine ( peu de couverts, peu de plats une seule grande casserole, l'hôte nous en a amené 2 autres après avoir insisté.) Peu de commodités pour accrocher les vêtements ou dans la salle de bains.

D - Lage war recht zentral und per Öffis gut erreichbar. - Toilettenabfluss verdreckt - Jalousien ohne Funktion - versprochener und per Foto beworbener Balkon nicht vorhanden - keine Geschirrhandtücher - verdreckter Aufzug - keine 2 Zimmer, sondern 1-Zimmer-Appartment mit Trennwänden ohne Türen. Gerade bei Buchung mit Kindern völlig ungeeignet - kein beworbener Hochstuhl - Küche entgegen der Fotos ohne Theke / Sitzmöglichkeit - Ceranfeld zu schwach, um Nudelwasser nach Zugabe der Nudeln kochend zu halten - offener ehemaliger Anschluss der Waschmaschine im Bad - kein Duschvorhang in der Badewanne - verrosteter Deckel beim Abfalleimer im Bad - keine Halterung für Toilettenpapier

• Giovanni (7/5): Ottima posizione, scarsa accoglienza e cura dell' appartamento - La posizione. Appartamento molto vicino alla metropolitana U6. Accoglienza insufficiente: siamo arrivati all' appartamento, non c'era nessuno ad accoglierci, non c'era un' insegna o un nome indicativo sul citofono, la persona di riferimento non era conosciuta nella casa. Dopo molte telefonate al titolare, dopo più di mezz'ora abbiamo ricevuto indicazioni via whatsapp su come entrare nell' appartamento. All' interno abbiamo riscontrato elettrodomestici poco curati, allestimento di una camera da letto matrimoniale anziché 2 (c'erano in aggiunta 2 letti singoli). Nell' appartamento c'era uno scalino interno che separava la cucina dalla zona notte, un po' pericoloso. L'appartamento mancava di TV e un armadio X appendere vestiti.

• Vojtěch (7/5): - Poloha blízko tramvajové zastávky a centra, klidný dům i ulice, klíče ve schránce Parkování lze zajistit v garáži v ulici za výhodnějších podmínek než od ubytování, při příjezdu byla na pokoji zima, okny táhne, v oddělené části pokoje není světlo, kuchyně je málo vybavená, 4 lidi nemohou společně sedět u stolu - jsou tam jen dvě židle, v obrovské koupelně chybí sušák, ve velké komoře je jen nepořádek - šla by využít na odkládání oblečení, bot, zavazadel...

Prilikom otvaranja zamrzivača otpala su unutrašnja vrata od lednice. Prilikom dolaska u apartman bio je strašno hladan (kao da su znali da idemo na Advent). Apartman se ne sastoji od nekoliko soba, već od jedne sobe.

Bed squeaking, broaken toalet sit, no shower curtain, door to the freezer in the fridge doesn't work and keeps falling because it is full of ice, dining chair seats are leaning forward so they aren't comfortable, two salts, but no sugar (my kid was sad because coffee was bitter)
• Vahan (10/5): Definitely recommended! - We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for daily life. The kitchen had everything you need for a family trip, including a dishwasher, gas stove, and full set of cooking utensils. The bathroom was large and modern, and plenty of fresh towels were provided. The heating system worked perfectly and made the space very cozy. The check-in process with the host was smooth and organized, location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the metro. As a small note, there are no supermarkets directly next to the building, but it wasn’t a big issue since there are stores on the way back from the metro.

• Oleksandr (9/5): - Очень удобная мебель, отличная длинная ванная, много места, на 4х взрослых и 1го ребенка было удобно. С тем, что близко к центру, но район был довольно тихий. Для любителей бегать по утрам в 2х километрах потрясающий парк. Трамвайная остановка прям за домом и можно быстро добраться до центра. Ключи забирали и оставляли в боксе с кодом. Паркинг отличный, находится на против апартаментов в соседнем доме, но платить за него отдельно и только наличными €15 за 1 день. Потрясающая кухня со всей посудой, кофемашина, посудомойка, духовка. Так же бил новый утюг, гладильная доска, фен. По два полотенца на каждого. Шампунь, гель и мыла. Остались довольны! На люстре паутина, под кроватью пиль, твердые матрацы, нет стиральной машины и микроволновки.

Chociaż są 2 pokoje, to są oddzielone od siebie tylko ścianką działową bez drzwi, brak TV

That’s all that’s good and authentic about the advertisement This advertisement of two bedroom apartment is fake! There is only one bedroom split in small partitions without even doors isolating or offering any privacy. This property should not offered to more than 4 people and especially if there are more than 2 adults. The advertisement lists and show sofa which is not there and the bathroom pictures are not real too.

• Grace (6/5): It was an okay place to stay for one night in Vienna. - The apartment was pretty clean. It’s pretty close to tram stops. The shower was broken and there was only 1 trundle bed, not 2 like the photos show. Location is farther out and not much around the area in terms of food or stores.

• Katarina (9/5): Superb - The location is great, in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the subway and trams. Easy self check-in and a parking place in a garage very close by for 15€/day. The apartment was well equipped with all the basics and the host was very helpful. One day there was a problem with the building door, but when we contacted him, he came straight away and fixed it. The bed was broken on one side and there were some damaged bathroom tiles, but everything else was great.

No instructions on how to use some of the facilities. It's one big room essentially, which wasn't clear from the listing, so it houses 5 people but no separation.

• Igor (7/5): It is possible to live for 2 days for this money, but no more than that. Broken shower. - Location - more than an hour's walk to the main interesting places/sightseeing. Not good for tourism - very far from everything. It's a good thing the room was warm. It is a very uncomfortable shower - is the fixture broken off? That's how the shower attaches to the wall. You can see the marks from the mount - it was there, but no one bothered to fix it. There is no number written on the front door - you have to go around the whole floor to find your number 309. All apartments on the floor are signed, but these are not. Is it really that hard to put a readable number on the door? There is a dishwasher but no detergent for it - should I have brought it with me? - if you take into account that there are no normal stores nearby, you can't buy anything. You must get your shower fixed.

• Gattuso (10/5): Wonderful Wien - Bright, spacious, cozy, easy check in, very comfortable beds. We found coffee, tea, sugar, very welcome. Cleaning ok. Convenient location to reach the center by metro and bus. Free wifi and excellent reception. Nearby supermarket and a small bar at the entrance of the metro for breakfast. Recommended.

• Alexandros (9/5): Superb - We liked that the presentation on the pictures wasn't something different from reality. Very nice and helpful Host. Location with one of the cheapest parking garages in vienna nearby. Many transportation solutions are near around. University Hospital of vienna is very close, which always plays an important role in our trips (just in case). Elevator big enough for easy transport of baggages. Nice quiet neighborhood. Didn't like that the wall that separates the two sleeping areas doesn't close with doors, which can be easily fixed in the future with a door and some extra walling. That there is not closer to the building to park. That we didn't find a big variety of stores in close area for all needs but can also beeing regulated by a supermarket trip as long as you have a car so you don't carry to far. The kitchen air vent wasn't working, so when we cooked, all the smell and smoke circulated in the house went out the balcony door. But sure can be fixed.
• Louis (7/5): Starter apartment in a safe and quite part of town / 23 minute tram ride from city center - The apartment is a 23 minutes by Tram to the city center / Christmas markets. Only a 3 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and 6 minute walk to the metro. Our airport taxi dropped us right off at the door, we retrieved the key from a lock box, and were in the apartment within 5 minutes using the video instructions sent by the landlord. The apartment is in a quite location and felt very safe. There was a restaurant nearby, Asia Garten, that was amazing and fed the entire family at 11pm when we arrived for cheap. Great food and staff. Also highly recommend getting the WienMobil App that allows for the digital purchase of 24/48/72 hour public transportation tickets and serves as an easy guide to get around the city. Room(s) were not actually separated. It is one room with the master bed in the living/dining area with a half wall separating the kids area with a twin bed and trundle bed. There wasn't a washer/dryer in the room which would have been nice during the times that it rained and snowed while we were there. There were radiators in the room to hang our clothes near to help them dry. Furnishings are basic and the apartment had a starter vibe to it. Recommend updating with some storage/dressers and with better pillows and linen for comfort. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a last minute booking.
