Dos colchas de cama pequeña para una cama de matrimonio , las almuadas de reserva estaban sucias y tuvimos que comprar unas de un chino, poco menaje y muy estropeado , también faltaban un par de almuadones para el sofá,el baño estaba sucia la ducha y la taza del wáter tenía una mancha de regla muy asquerosa. Menos mal que si te Ia productos de limpieza y lo pude limpiar.

• alan dennis (10/5): Excellent would stay again. - Location was excellent right on the beach and restaurants. Fully fitted kitchen all you need. Big smart TV. WiFi was the best I have had before in a apartment. Good shower. Nice balcony looking over the beach. Only thing I would mention. It's on the 3 Rd floor no lift so a lot of stairs. But all these types of old building s are the same. It's definitely worth the view.

• Philip (5/5): Top Lage, leider nicht wie auf den Bildern erwartet - Top Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Gute Bars und Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Man wacht mit Blick auf das Meer auf, wenn man auf der ausklappbaren Couch schläft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und schnell. Die Ausstattung ist schon arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung wirkte muffelig, zahlreiche Ameisen krabbelten über die Arbeitsfläche der Küche. Trotz Info an den Eigentümer blieb dies jedoch unbehandelt. Die Fugen der Dusche schimmeln, die Duschtüren waren defekt, Badschränkchen aufgequollen. Hinter dem Spiegel im Wohnzimmer blätterte die Farbe ab. Es wirkte, als stände der Spiegel dort nicht ohne Grund.

• Lesage (10/5): Appartement recommandé ! - L'emplacement est au cœur de la jolie ville de La Vila Joiosa, accès direct sur la plage et possibilité de parking gratuit à proximité (en novembre pour notre part). Soleil du matin directement dans la pièce principale et vue imprenable sur la mer ! Des oreillers ergonomiques sont à disposition, un vrai plus pour de bonnes nuits. Appartement confortable et agréable, accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Juste un petit détail : il n'y a qu'une seule petite cuillère, un seul mug, et pas de torchon à disposition mais cela ne nous a pas empêché d'apprécier notre séjour !

Z pewnością będę tam wracać ♥️ Tylko jeden kubek do herbaty i dwa malutkie do kawy. Jedna łyżeczka do herbaty. Jeden leżak dobry, dwa zepsute.

• Lara (7/5): - Lo que mas me gustó fue la ubicación en frente de la playa La mampara estaba rota, no había casi utensilios de cocina, (3 cucharillas, 4 el tenedores y muy pocas cosas) Había un descorchon enorme en la pared tapado con un espejo apoyado. La cama y el sofá cama no eran muy comodos

The presence of a beach umbrella and lounge chairs in the apartment was a pleasant surprise. We happened to be in the city during the Festival of Saint Marta, and from the balcony, it felt like we had front-row seats. We highly recommend staying in this charming apartment, close to the beach and right in the heart of a traditional neighborhood filled with colorful fishermen’s houses.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic locatioand Matteo was lovely, he met us at the door and gave us some recommendations for restaurants. The only thing that let it down was the parking. We could not get parked neat the apartment , but if you havnt got a car it's fantastic, right on the beach.

There was no cups or mugs although there was coffee pods and machine, the owner said he didn't have cups I said he should for visitors, he said I could buy some in a shop, disappointing but I asked at the local cafe if I could purchase some but the lady gave me two cups as she is a sister of the owner so atleast we got to enjoy our coffee and tea.
• Maria (10/5): Just a lovely location and just a few metres from beach with an amazing view. Will be recommending - Matteo was very helpful and showed us everything in the apartment. Nothing, excellent all around and a few hand towels in the bathroom would be helpful. The big towels did the job but smaller would be helpful.

• Ari (7/5): Nice stay by the beach - The location is right at the beach. The view is perfect for sunrise. Communication with the host. Clean. Free parking (if available) few hundred meters away. Good for two people, limitations for four. The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping and needs to be replaced asap. The third floor might be difficult to access for elderly or with big luggage.

• Ndidi (7/5): Ideal for just one night, not comfortable for a long stay! - Perfect beach front location. The toilet had a terrible stench coming out from it probably from a leakage which made it nearly impossible for my spouse and I to sleep at night.

• Susan (9/5): Superb - We loved the location, directly overlooking the beach and promenade. Exceptional value for money. The host met us and showed us the property and how everything worked, he recommended a restaurant, T Class, which was excellent. We will definitely be back soon! The bedroom was a little small but didn't affect our comfort.
