The house itself was very comfy, the backyard and spa was amazing, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. I'd really recommend staying here if you have kids because everything felt safe and we didn't have to do any toddler-proofing before we felt like we could relax and enjoy our holiday.
We stayed here with two families, and it was fantastic to have two separate bathrooms. The kids bedroom with the hand-painted underwater mural on the walls was EXTRA special, the kids loved it!

Great backyard - spa was great Weather š¤£rained entire weekend
- Kay (9/5): - Nice beachy feel, the spa bath and child friendly back area. Beds were comfy and kitchen well decked out. Suggest blind in kitchen would be good in summer, to darken and make less glarey. But not a big deal.
- Stephen (6/5): House enabled a family of 7 to stay in same place but bedding was only average - We needed a place for 7 adults.
Nina was a good host and communicated well.
She met us at the property. Bed in 2nd bedroom was not a king bed. Probably a queen bed.
2 single beds in very small 3rd bedroom were too small for adults.
House is suitable for only 4 adults and 2 children.
Location was further from Kiama than we expected although we should have known that from the map.
Ironing board was small and broken.

- Robert (8/5): Comfortable stay and pet friendly. - Property was clean and tidy with lots of extras, such as tea, coffee, Tim Tams, condiments etc., and well equipped kitchen, coffee machine etc. Everything you need for trip away. Comfortable beds. Appreciate that we could have dogs with a secure yard area. Easy walk to the golf club, local shops and beach. Property backs onto railway line, but noise was not an issue at all. Owner manager was easy to deal with, friendly and responsive. Property is starting to look a bit tired, worn and dated around the edges compared to the photos, so could do with some basic routine maintenance and maybe some furniture updates, but still represents reasonable value.
