Ams (3/5): Promised so much but failed so badly - Location and proximity to the mall. Property does not have a fitness centre on site as advertised. Property does not provide daily or more frequent cleaning services; only once in 4 days and so was cleaned once in my 7 days stay. The bin got full and had to put trash in shopping bags as no extra bin bags were provided. Property had no working internet for over 3 days and I had to buy my own internet as the host could not resolved the problem. The property had no DSTV set up on its smart TV. I had to watch my beloved football on my own iPad and using my own DSTV subscription and internet. Further, I had to buy my own wine glasses (which I left for the property) and corkscrew.
