• Lucia (1/5): Verschrikkelijk dit maakt het begin van een verlof kapot - Niets Wij kregen pas 30 min voor aankomst dat er een probleem was met de sleutels en konden er niet verblijven . Dit enkel vie bericht en toen we contact wouden nemen kregen we geen antwoord via gsm . Wij mochten dan maar naar een ander hotel zoeken . Hopelijk krijgen we ons geld terug .
• Bk6449 (3/5): Nie wiede - Die Nähe zum Tunnel. Stau umfahren. Das Bett ein schmales Doppelbett mit nur einer Decke mit 135cm Breite. Für 2 Erwachsene total unzureichend. Das Nichtraucherzimmer stank nach Qualm. Der ganze Ort ausgestorben. Das einzige Restaurant mit horrenden Preisen. Wir sind nach 2 Stunden wieder ausgezogen aus dem Zimmer, obwohl wir bereits gezahlt hatten. Wir sind 2 Stunden weiter gefahren nach Mailand. Dort haben wir für weniger € mehr Komfort mit Frühstück gefunden. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Gruselig

• Ingrid (6/5): Ein Abenteuer für uns mit viel Humor !!!!! - Günstig zur Weiterfahrt am nächsten Tag und sehr gut fanden wir, dass Kleinigkeiten für ein Essen vorhanden waren….. Für meinen Mann und mich, schon etwas älter, war es eine sportliche Herausforderung das obere Bett zu erreichen..,,,
• Karsten (4/5): Zentrale Lage aber keine Rechnung. - Für den benötigten Zweck, war die Unterkunft ganz in Ordnung. Die Lage ist zentral und gut erreichbar. Parkplätze standen zur Verfügung. Dadurch, dass der Check in und Check out kontaktlos verläuft (es gibt keine Rezeption) gibt es keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Dies ist besonders ärgerlich, da mir bis heute keine Rechnung für die Übernachtung ausgestellt wurde. Versuche über Telefon oder SMS in Kontakt zu treten und eine Rechnung zu erhalten, bleiben unbeantwortet.
• Giulia (8/5): Easy, clean and comfortable - Very straight forward check in. Quick and clear communication from host. Comfortable and clean room with very good facilities and comfortable beds. As it was a late, unplanned booking and the only shop in the village was already shut, it was lovely to find some pasta and sauce in the room! The stairs in the room are really steep and slippery so one needs to be mindful of that. I wish there was a curtain upstairs as the window is nice and wide but there's no blinds.
• Chiara (9/5): - Easy stay near Ghottard tunnel for a last minute booking during heavy traffic. Responsive staff . Clean apartment with all you need (inclusive coffee and pasta in our case!! Ahah : ) Very nice room under the roof with a mezzanine, but not all small roof windows have curtains . You might need a sleeping mask ;)
• Anna (8/5): Gut für 1 Nacht für ein Skifahrwochenende in Andermatt - Das Zimmer war gemütlich und perfekt für 1 Nacht für zwei Personen, eine gute Alternative auf dem Weg zum Skifahren nach Andermatt. Es war auch mit dem ÖV zu erreichen (Achtung, Bus von Göschenen fährt nur stündlich). Obwohl es an der Strasse liegt war es sehr ruhig, da sehr wenig (bis kein) Verkehr durch den Ort gab. Das Bad war gross und modern. Plus: Wassserkocher und kleiner Herd für eine schnelle Mahlzeit. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war etwas langsam.. Informationen zum Checkin erst auf zweimaliges Nachfragen und keine Infos zum Check -Out.... die Nachricht blieb unbeantwortet.. der Checkin war selber unkompliziert mit Schlüsselbox. Es gab fast kein Besteck im Apartment sowie keine Dunstabzugshaube über der Einsteckherdplatte.

• Petra (9/5): Für den Preis in der teuren Schweiz absolut in Ordnung! - Ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einer interessanten Leiter zum Schlafbereich- toll war, dass es Kaffee, Tee und sogar Spaghetti und eine Tomaten/ Gemüsesauce gab, um noch was essen zu können. Sogar eine Spülmaschine war da! Einziges Manko war der Geruch nach Gülle, der aus dem eigentlich sehr schönen Bad kam.

• Rolan (7/5): Ideaal voor een overnachting op doorreis. - accommodatie is schoon en goed uitgerust. Ideaal voor een tussenstop. Een simpele maaltijd kan eenvoudig bereid worden. Locatie is zeer geschikt om de volgende dag als 1 van de eerste de Gotthardtunnel door te gaan. Suggestie neem afslag 38 - Amsteg en rij het laatste stukje secundair om een eventuele file voor de tunnel te omzeilen. Kamer is spartaans ingericht, verwacht geen 'gezellige' hotelkamer met zithoek ed. Onze kamer had 2 1-persoonsbedden op 2 verdiepingen en op de bovenverdieping hing geen gordijn voor het raam.

Geen gordijnen, wel luiken die niet goed sloten, direct aan drukke weg, lamp kapot, geen kast aanwezig, wel keukenblokje. Twee maal mijn hoofd fors gestoten in het trappenhuis door zeer laag plafond ( ik ben 1,83 m ). Een gekleurde strip zou een oplossing zijn.

Sehr unangenehm: bis kurz vor Anreise bleibt man im Unklaren, ob bzw. von wem man den Code für den Schlüsselsave erhält. Eine Bitte um Rückruf während des Aufenthalts (erneut aufs Band) blieb gänzlich unbeantwortet.
• Bakker (7/5): gordijnloos en lawaaig! - heb er redelijk goed geslapen. Na wat reviews gelezen te hebben over dit hotel, kan ik het een en ander bevestigen. Er waren geen gordijnen voor het raam. Raam openen levert veel verkeerslawaai op. beperkte parkeergelegenheid. (3 plekken voor 8 kamers!!!)

• Miguel Angel (9/5): - La ubicación es a pie de carretera por lo que se llega con facilidad. La habitación estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario. El parking es en la puerta del mismo hotel pero no está cerrado.
• palomares (8/5): - Que la cama se encontraba en una especie de buhardilla cuya ventana estaba a la altura de la cama y del edificio de enfrente, la ventana se encontraba a la otra punta y a unos 3/4m de altura (altura de la buhardilla) era de imposible acceso y no tenia ningún estor o cortina para poder cerrarla y tener privacidad. En resumen, los vecinos te ven durmiendo.
• David (2/5): This place smells of sewage. - Not much. We had to call 3 times on arrival to get into the place. There are no staff there. There are no instructions on what to do on arrival. When we entered our room it stank of sewage. We opened all windows wide and it helped a little but soon found out the bathroom has no window and no ventilation and was the source of the problem. But the smell radiated through the place. Disgusting. There were cobwebs in the bathroom too. All for CH160. We will never go again.

La griglie esterne non si chiudono .mancano armadio e appendi abiti, abbiamo messo tt sulle sedie

Praticamente non si riesce a dormire. Con le finestre sulla strada principale che attraversa il paese si sentono passare moto e auto di continuo. Passato una pessima nottata. 😩

• Matthias (3/5): Lieber Feldbett und Blumsklo - Das wir ein Dach überm Kopf hatten. Der Check in hat gut funktioniert obwohl das hier des öfteren bemängelt wurde. Ganz, ganz übel riechendes Bad. Kein Fenster, keine Lüftung gar nichts. Es stinkt nach vermodert. Alles in allem ist alles etwas schmuddelig und unschön.

Bella zona stupenda Odore orrendo nel bagno e all’ingresso della struttura. Il bagno davvero una puzza tremenda , ingestibile. Da stare male …. Forse un problema alle tubature ? Non c’è comunque areazione nel bagno forse questo è il vero motivo.

The host was slow in responding to our questions. I had to ask multiple of times a question then he responds. The parking lot instructions were not clear. I wasn't sure that I can park my car Infront of the main door. The towels we're not clean. The apartment didn't have an electric boiling water catyl.
