Adeogun (1/5): Terrible - Nothing Everything. The rooms are pest infested. I’m severely bitten by bedbugs. The cleaner doesn’t clean and it leaves unpleasant smell all over the place. We are not provided with toiletries, whereas this is listed in the facility online. The space is extremely untidy and I now have severe swelling all over my body because of the bugs.

Bohdan (1/5): Bad - THIS MESSAGE IS FOR EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO RENT THIS ROOM!!! I do not recommend doing this in any way, you will be disappointed in any case, there is absolutely nothing here that will make you happy. I can give many examples such as: small area, bad Wi-Fi, terrible kitchen where you have to "fight" for plates and spoons, terrible dirty bathrooms and toilets that are absolutely not suitable for use and many other things that will ruin your stay.

Helmy (5/5): The good and the bad - Near to the underground station and just walking distance to abbey road crossing/studio.. No television inside the room and no laundry powder provided.. Another thing the name of the stay different to the actual one name carlton mansion.. I nearly lost to find the place.. Thats something very bad to happened.
Elizabeth (1/5): Terrible service and room - Everything was bad! The room was very small and dirty. It had no ventilation and opening the windows attracted many flies in. There was no fan or air-conditioning. I was locked out of my room for more than 3 hours because the electricity was down, and all the digital keys and appliances could not work. The customer service was terrible because the staff took very long to respond - they were not serious about helping quickly at all. I will definitely never recommend anyone to stay here. The room had no tables and chairs, just a tiny space with a bed and wardrobe. There wasn't even enough space to open my luggage fully. It was very disappointing because I paid so much for this. The photos online are not accurate at all.

Thomas (7/5): Pleasant Spot in London - Good location, slightly away from the centre of London so is quieter but close to a tube station with a short ride to Oxford Circus, also a 10 minute walk to an overground train station which goes to Euston. Good Wi-Fi, clean, two toilet rooms. There isn't a dining room, there was a small table to eat at but at the time of my visit it was very close to the entrance door. No TV but could watch on my phone. Slightly smelly fridge. Lack of space.
