• Natalia (4/5): 6 euro di tassa di soggiorno senza acqua calda!! - La doccia un disastro! C'era scritto che tra una doccia e l'altra bisognava aspettare tra 15 e 20 minuti in modo che l"acqua si riscaldasse, abbiamo aspettato di più ma comunque ho dovuto fare la doccia con acqua non fredda ma freddissima!! Ho presso pure un raffreddore. Soltanto la prima persona a fare la doccia riesce a farla con l'acqua calda ma non è calda sennò bollente. Pessimo. Ci hanno pagare una TASSA DI SOGGIORNO DI 6 EURO al posto di 3.50 come si dovrebbe pagare a Roma. Da quanto ho letto 6 euro corrisponde a soggiorni di 3 stelle ma se fosse stato un soggiorno di 3 stelle la doccia dovrebbe funzionare come si deve. Inoltre la spazzatura la devono portare fuori pure gli ospiti, bisogna lavare i piatti usati. È un tre stelle molto particolare!!! SCONSIGLIATO!!!

• Jessica (9/5): Good - Locatio is really nice and the host is also nice. We can go anywhere from here. comfortable stay😁 I was worried about using a shower but it had no problem! We should pay city tax ONLY CASH!👍 Nothing especially, but the washing machine spin was weak. It would be even better if there was a microwave.

• Antoniou (5/5): Disappointing and unrelaxing place - Location. Space. Light. Incomplete information and no-human contact. Carpet with stains, di not feel very clean. Kitchen well-equipped. Heating not available or not obvious - with a an old electric heater on the wall with no instructions. TV had only few channels and no radio or if not, no instructions were provided. Bathroom smelt strongly of humidity. Shower tiny and could not fit if plastic doors were closed, Shower short cable. Host insisted of paying 24 EUR for visitors tax instead of 12 as I traveled solo (while indeed the booking was for 2). No information on GDPR and what will happen to the photos of my id provided to a What' sup number. About 20 minutes walk to Termini, Noisy listening to trains. Lined and towels very clean. Expensive for what it offered.
• Mariela (7/5): Gran ubicación, buena atención, mal wifi - I loved the location and has everything we needed as tourists Wifi connection was very unstable, would disappear at times.

• Alicja (7/5): It was ok - The place is new, rather comfy. Unfortunately the place is not very comfortable. A bit cold and not very clean. But cheap. :)

• Mahdi (7/5): Good - Very clean, nice terrace, the mattress is confortable, the location is good close to restaurants shops and transportation, the check-in and out is great no need to meet anybod and you can arrive anytime. The wifi is so weak, water heater doesn't provide sufficient hot water for long shower, very narrow, noise of the old tramway, the bed is superimposed.
• Zydre (9/5): Superb - Very cozy, neat room. The bunk bed, 4 people could live there. There is very little space in the shower and problems with warm water ( only for one person enough)
• Sebastien (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartment, close to the metro. Restaurants around the corner. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed fully equipped. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable.
