• Inalegwu (10/5): - Amazing host, very accommodating, there to welcome us for our stay. Well stocked kitchen, great for cooking meals if you are looking at saving a little money. Very close to the main strip in PDC, so a short walk back after a night out/meal. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and left us feeling very well rested. The rest of the beds in the apartment were great too

• Brid (9/5): Would recommend to a friend! - Spacious Clean Size Facilities Hot shower Close to a little shop Host - big shout out to Roberto 👏🏻 exceptional helpful It was on a residential street, BUT it was very quiet and overall the location is good, quite central and no hills. Just to be aware of this, but it did not bother us as it was only a 5 minute walk to the strip and we didn’t need access to a pool etc and it totally met our needs and we would return.

• Meindl (1/5): Katastrophal - Nichts!! Das Apartment war sehr verschmutzt und in einem desolaten Zustand. In der Küche standen gebrauchte Gläser, es fehlte an diversen Küchenutensilien, das Bad war schimmelig und viele Bohrlöcher in den Fliesen. Das Wohnzimmersofa war gebrochen, u.s.w. Nach 2 Tagen zogen wir aus.
• Julie (10/5): - I loved the location it was just a 3minute walk to the main strip,the bed was the most comfortable bed I have had in lanzarote,the host was amazing nothing is to much trouble they could be contacted anytime and you got an instant reply!! The apartment was clean and had everything you needed for your stay!! There was a supermarket opposite which was handy that supplied most things!! The shower was very hot which was brilliant.i would highly recommend this host and the apartment and I will definitely will be booking to stay here in the near future!! There was nothing i didn't like about my stay!!
• marian (8/5): Well situated for access to beach and main area of PDC - The apartment was situated not far from a small shop where we could get most of what we needed it was only a short walk to main strip of puerto del carmen and beach it was equipped with everything we needed for self catering it was clean and roberto met us with keys on arrival there was enough towels for the 2 weeks and some extra sheets roberto was helpful and offered to order a taxi for our return journey which we didn't need but thanks anyway It's based on a busy road we didn't sit out on balcony because of this and fumes from traffic the apt is fine a toaster would be handy as when we tried to use the grill in the oven the electricity tripped our extra sheet turned out to be for a single bed but we managed nothing too major to complain about

Met us late at night , also helped us with all questions and recommended a great restaurant😋😊 The flat was very clean, comfortable beds. And has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, with everything you need. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the promenade , there are many restaurants , shops . The flat is very quiet and there are no extraneous sounds. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart. We will definitely be back 😊 Thank you There is also a beautiful beach 5 minutes walk away.

• Ann (9/5): Excellent property in excellent location. - The location of this property is excellent, 5 mins from the beach and promenade, bus-stops, shops. Faciilities were very good for a working vacation. The property is accessed from an external stairway which gives great privacy, however this stairway is not lit. On arrival on a late flight, it was difficult to navigate with luggage and find the key safe. The taxi driver, booked through booking.com, was very helpful. He ensured that we had access to the property before he left, used the light on his mobile phone to guide us.
• Fiona (10/5): Fantastic A+++ - Property was in a fantastic location, 2 mins from a supermarket and then 5 mins to Spar, beach is across the road from spar also…. Everything clean, tidy, washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board, iron hair straighteners. Everything a family would need….
