• Kelly (10/5): Luxury apartment in a great location. The building was also beautiful. Highly recommended. - The location was great - an easy walk into the centre through Via Dei Neri which has great food outlets. There was a supermarket at the bottom of the building. The apartment was enormous - plenty of room for a party of 6. There was only 2 sets of keys available which for such a large apartment is surprising. A third or even forth set would have been very helpful

• Rachel (9/5): Amazing apartment - The location was good and the apartment is beautiful. Beds were so comfy. Small things - There was not much soap and almost no hand soap besides small 20ml hand soap. If the group was all females there would have not been enough toilet paper. There should be two keys - in a group of five it was incredibly hard to organise to let people in. It is quite noisy. The communication leading up to the booking wasn’t great but it got better!!

• Augustinus (6/5): Decent.location made it worth it’s while - Location and roominess Poor WiFi only good in one place (kitchen). Provided with only one set of keys for two families. Asked to take away our own trash around the corner of the street.
• Andrea (9/5): Superb - As someone who’s been catfished by rentals before, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment looks just like the photos: very spacious, beautiful, and CLEAN! The linens are nice, and the beds are very large and comfy. My daughters especially loved the painted ceilings in two of the rooms. The location is within walking distance to everything, which was perfect for us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. A baking pan to heat food up in the oven would have been nice.
• Martyn (8/5): Really enjoyed Florence and staying in this apartment. Would recommend - Apartment was a really good size and the 3 bedrooms were more than adequate for size. The location was fantastic as we could walk to all the sights. The women in our group felt the heating could have been adjustable to our needs as at night it did get a little chilly. Maybe a blanket or 2 could have been left in a cupboard and spare pillows.
• Paige (9/5): Loved it and would definitely stay here again! - Loved the large space for our family of 5, 3 BR, 2.5 baths. It was perfect for our 5 night stay in Florence! Easy walking distance to anywhere in Florence. Nothing!
• Margaret (7/5): Roomy and Bright - The property was spacious and bright. It was located just minutes from the Arno River and a 6-7 walk to the Ponte Vechio, and a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Good location. The property could have been cleaner and the manager, Alessandro was combative whenever I mentioned any problems within the apartment. For example, the apartment was advertised as a three bedroom three bath, when we arrived, we found that it was three bedrooms, and only 2 1/2 baths. His response to me was that I should have looked at the pictures, meanwhile, the description stated three bathrooms with shower and bidet. They have since updated the listing on Booking.com to reflect 2 1/2 bathrooms. Also, one of the bathrooms had mold in the shower and the other bathroom had an electrical problem with the light fixture. The light kept flickering on and off every 15 seconds and that shower was extremely dark to begin with, so it made it even more difficult with the light flickering on and off. I had complained to Alessandro about this, and he accused me of being hostile. I found it to be a safety issue because a light fixture shouldn’t be flickering on and off for no reason, so there could be an electrical problem. Upon our departure, he sent me an email thanking me for, treating his house with great care and he was appreciative of that. He also told me that he would address the electricity or lighting issue in that bathroom. Wifi worked intermittently- although there were two separate routers, due to the size and design of the apartment the wifi signal kept dropping. Overall, not a bad place, but definitely not the best in my opinion.
• Ryan (10/5): Fantastic place to stay at visiting Florence short term - It’s massive historic with all the amenities. Location is excellent for both Ponte Vecchia, restaurants and the Piazza Duomo

• Novak (10/5): Excellent space, clean, walking to everything. Loved it! - Space, lots of space. Clean. Walking distance to everything. Kitchen clean. Only catch the wifi does not work in all spaces but we had eSIMs so it was ok for us. Also lounge on opposite end to kitchen and wifi does not work in lounge. Minor hiccups. Overall amazing space.
