- Nassos (5/5): Επαρκές κατάλυμα - Ικανοποιητικές παροχές… αρκετά μικρό μπάνιο ! Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτήτες! Ηταν ημιυπόγειο με αρκετή υγρασία στην ατμόσφαιρα, πράγμα που δύσκολα διορθώθηκε με την παροχή απ το κατάλυμα του αφυγραντηρα.

- Marek (9/5): Great for hopping around the sights in Athens - It was easy to understand instructions to get to the property and the basement apartment was in very good condition and with a well supplied kitchen. Subway was close enough for sights around Athens and the local area was quiet and residential. The wi-fi could be better, it was a little glitchy and the shower is a little tight (even for a skinny guy like me).
- Gerard (5/5): Too small and pricey for comfort - The bed was comfortable I stayed 18 days and every second day I found a cockroach ! The kitchen is small and uncomfortable, especially the table. The shower is really far too small. The curtain sticks all the time to your body and without curtain you can swim in the bathroom after showering !

As a bonus, I had some cockroaches! As you can see in the photos! If you're looking for an unforgettable experience of sharing your room with cockroaches, then this is the perfect apartment for you! Upon arriving, you'll be pleasantly surprised to find out that the apartment is located in a basement. However, the biggest surprise is yet to come! You'll be greeted by your new pet cockroach, along with their kids and friends. What a fantastic way to start your day! Although the manager claims that they can't prevent them from entering, there is a solution - thorough cleaning and disinfection.
- Ioannis (5/5): No wifi, did not know the room was lower ground, comfortable bed - Comfortable bed No wifi signal although I had expressly asked about this as I required it in order to work from the room. I was required to work from the nearest cafe during the day as the wifi connection/speed was unacceptable.
