• Stephanie (9/5): Huge apartment in a great location with lots of authentic charm - Perfect location and great views from every window. Great little bars and restaurants around the corner. A real gem. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed for a perfect stay. They also accommodated arriving two hours early. Can highly recommend Not much to dislike at all other than a couple of small things. The sink in the bathroom was blocked and although reported on the first day no one came to sort it. We couldn’t get any of the plugs to work so ended up using the extension lead in the kitchen to charge phones, dry hair etc. The door lock to the apartment is tricky, there’s a knack to the lock which we mastered on the last day. Don’t let this put you off staying, just a few small things.

• Petra (7/5): - Vynikající lokalita, centrum města, překrásné okolí. Byt je prostorný, s balkonem, v krásné historické budově. V bytě nefungovalo topení, prý až po 15.10., přitom noční teploty dost nízké, v bytě i přes den mnohem chladněji než venku. Musely jsme použít dvě rezervní deky v noci, abychom se zahřály. Sprcha v koupelně funguje špatně, příliš sofistikovaný a problematický systém.

• BRUNO (7/5): Un grand appartement peu cher pour des gens peu exigeants. - La taille de l’appartement. Son emplacement. Les vues. Le prix. L’équipement très pauvre: pas une seule casserole, pas de papier toilette, pas de kleenex. Une douche en mauvais état. Des canapés en skai peu confortables. Des draps trop petits pour le grand lit. Un éclairage insuffisant et sinistre. Le fait de trouver une touffe de cheveux et de poussière sur le tapis de la salle de bains le jour de l’arrivée. Cet appartement pourrait être merveilleux mais ne fait l’objet d’aucun soin. Je pense l’avoir laissé mieux rangé qu’il ne l’était à mon arrivée.

• Cathy (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in Venice and the apartment was great. Bepi was attentive and hospitable. Communication was excellen - Property was spacious. Good location. Nice views of canals. Small bedroom could benefit from bedside table with reading lamp and a wardrobe

Value for money last year was the hotel we stayed in, the breakfast w - very spacious and good kitchen facilities it was cold and needed some extra electric heaters as it is a large space to heat. 2nd bedroom very small and dark compared to the one big double. No wardrobe to hang anything and beds were not particularly comfortable. TV also not working no satellite signal.

• Anne (5/5): It was a useful base but not somewhere for relaxing. - great location nicely off the beaten track very austere and dark. Not very comfortable. very masculine I would suggest. Only one air conditioning unit in the hall. ok if you want to sleep there but useless particularly for the second bedroom.
