• Mateo (10/5): Agradable - la ubicación es privilegiada sobre todo si lo que quieres conocer el es casco histórico y las mezquitas mas representativas (azul y santa sofía) No tiene ascensor y no está aclarado en la publicación. Mis padres tienen 65 y 70 años y nos toco piso 4 y 5 y la escalera era bastante estrecha fue un tema el subir y bajar

• Karen (7/5): Great location and good views from balcony - The location was perfect and literally around the corner from the Blue Mosque and many other attractions. The views from one end of the balcony were good. Very close to restaurants and shops. The air con unit for the apartment below is on the small balcony and so this caused lots of noise and heat when the neighbors downstairs had it on. Luckily they were out a lot. The apartment is bit tired/worn but adequate enough for a short stay. The kitchen could have a few more items and a toaster would have been nice!

• Valentin (4/5): Economic accommodation near old town center (*) - Good location in relation to the old town center and main objectives. Enough space for all your needs, even had a small bed for our infant baby. Good price in relation to the location and square meterage. Fully equipped kitchen. (*) Apartment is old and smells bad sometimes, disturbing sounds made by the A.C units located on the ventilation shaft, no window for the bedroom. Very close to a mosque which delivers very loud calls to prayer 5 times a day. We also had an unpleasant encounter with bed bugs which pretty much ruined our mood most of the days.
• Theodora (7/5): Relaxing 7 days in Istanbul in an okay apartment - The property was very central - a 5-10 min walk to the Blue Mosque and quite easy to access with public transport. There adw also some great restaurants nearby. The property lacked a bit in cleaning, it was clean on the surface, but when you looked closer it was a bit dirty. Also, we paid for an upgrade and we never received it.

• Wan (7/5): We have a great vacation and will come back again to this apartment provided all facilities function well. - The location is great especially near to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and other places. It’s clean and spacious for my family (4 adults). They also allow us to check in at 10.30 am. We really appreciate it. We book ground floor but the aircond cannot be used at the living rooms. We were asked to stay at second floor. The new apartment is bigger than the ground floor but the washing machine cannot be used . Washing machine is more important to us because we just came back from Cappadocia. There are lots of miscommunication within me and Mrs Lia because she cannot speak English. Owner can prepare a manual , it’s a lot easier.

• Badulescu (6/5): Refurbished needed - I like the fact that it was close to the Sultanahmet area where both Hagia Sofia and Blue Mosque are. Also, you can easily reach Basilica Cistern and Grand Bazar as it is pretty close. You have plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and public transport is also close to this location. If you have an apartment from the 3rd to the 4th floor, you have an amazing view as well of the seaside.AC was working, which was a plus, considering that was very hot 🔥 🥵 There's plenty to say here, unfortunately 😕 We stayed on the 3rd floor, and it was so hard to climb the narrow staircase that this building had. The pictures that this property has on Bookings have nothing to do with reality. The sofa bed in the living room area has a big gap, and you can't sleep properly. All the cutlery pots are old, and they need to be changed. Everything in the apartment is old and dated, and the apartment needs a proper refurbishment. The view from our bedrooms was creepy.

• Hanim (9/5): Our stay in Istanbul - Location, location and location. The apartment also equiped for basic cooking and washing. Also dish washer is a bonus. We love staying here as we felt instantly at home. One of the bed is broken. They need to fix it asap.
• Hanim (8/5): Very good - Location, location and location. It is close to Blue Mosque, 4 mins walk, 8 mins to Hagia Sofea, and close to Sultanmehmet city..tram, we enjoyed our night walk. And going back to hotel is just 6 mins walk. One of the bed was broken. So we need to make do to get a flat and straight bed, else it is bended a bit.
• Ovidiu (1/5): Bad - Try to avoid this guy! He is asking for full payment upfront and for the first night he is not answering the phone. Does not worth the risk. Most if the peoples in Istanbul are honest, but the host if this unit is a liar.

• Robert (7/5): It worked for us. - Location is excellent. Walking distance to the major sites in the Old City without crazy crowds Facilities all worked well. Able to buy groceries close by. Several nice rooftop restaurants are nearby Narrow spiral staircase makes bringing things in and out challenging. 4th floor balcony made it worth it however not for young children. Room spacious but basic.
• Yasmin (5/5): Great host but accommodation did not meet expectations - location communications with the host - really polite second keys were provided upon request late check in was arranged upon request We were really disappointed with the condition of the property as we paid almost three times more for this property than what we paid for our apartment last year, thinking it was going to be a special treat. The pictures did not reflect the condition. The furniture and kitchen utensils were old and soiled. We were quite uncomfortable with the stay and using the facilities. We even had to cover the kitchen table with a bed sheet so we could sit and eat on it. The outside area was really small and didn’t even have the table seating area as shown in the images. The air con didn’t work properly, the bedding was soiled and when we asked the apartment assistant for support she tutted and pulled faces clearly showing her annoyance. She did not speak English and this also made communication difficult. The kitchen also did not have the basic necessities required for a self catering apartment. We also arrived at the property really late around 1am and we were shocked to find that the shops had closed and there was not even a bottle of complimentary water for us to drink from until we were able to purchase our own. I hate to leave a negative review but the property is in dire need of improvements.
• Alin (7/5): Good value for the money. - Great Location. Good value for the money, enough space for a family with 2 kids. Good appliances in the kitchen. The description does not really match the reality. Instead of extended sofa, there were two folding beds. Not the cleanest bathroom...
