• Emilian (10/5): - Very nice location and apartment, especially if you are traveling with a toddler. The kitchen is very well equiped and you can enjoy some drinks on the terrace Some noise from the neighbours who are renovating. Not very disturbing anyway

• Eddie (10/5): - Eric manages the house and is a true gentleman. All the way through the booking to departure process Eric was hands on , friendly , informative and helpful . Eric met us on arrival and was there to see us off at the end of our stay. The location of the property was ideal for us as right beside two fine beaches , multiple restaurants, bars and shops and is ideal for exploring the lengthy promenade. Not long enough stay
• Svetlin (5/5): Disturbed holiday by major refurbishment next door. Host ignoring the problem. - The location was good, just 10min walk to the beach. There is a massive balcony which is very pleasant by itself. Unfortunately the view out of it is disturbed by the many air conditioners and random cables, including cut and abandoned ones on top of the shops underneath. The flat was also clean and quite spacious, with cable TV providing channels from most EU countries. There was horrible noise from the refurbishment of the flat next door. Tradesmen were drilling into the concrete floor all the time as they were dismantling it completely. We complained to the host who dismissed the problem with 'they are another property and we cannot do anything'. However the noise was so disturbing that they should have not let the flat at all during such major refurbishment next door. We could not sleep in the mornings neither we could relax daytime in the flat. Nevertheless we had to pay full price and no discount was offered.

• Daniel (9/5): El Bungalow - Perfekte Adresse in Costa Adeje für Selbstversorger - Der Bungalow liegt an perfekter Lage mit einer sehr grossen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als genügend und die Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Auch in der Küche ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Auch mit dem Besitzer, Eric, verstand ich mich gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise hat problemlos geklappt. Auch die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz, mit Schranke gesichert, ist ein Highlight. Alles in allem eine Top Adresse!! Da fällt mir bei besten Willen nichts ein.
