• Olav (10/5): Besser kann ein Kurztrip nach Athen nicht sein wenn man so eine tolle Unterkunft hat. - Die Lage war absolut fantastisch. Wir waren zu fünft und haben das Iron Maiden Konzert besucht und viel Kultur gesehen. Die Räume waren sehr sauber, sehr großzügig und sehr gemütlich. Die große Küche haben wir nicht genutzt den es gibt sehr viele tolle Restaurants in direkter Nähe Hier fällt mir nichts ein.
• Jocelyne (10/5): - La disponibilité de nos hôtes pour compléter les équipements. La situation du logement parfait pour visiter les alentours à pied, pour l'animation du quartier et la proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Appartement parfait pour 4 ou 5 personnes, un peu juste pour 6.

• Kaan (10/5): Spacious apartment in the center - The location is excellent, very central. The apartment is very large, easily can fit more than a couple people. Comfortable beds, fast wifi, elevator, easy check-in, good sound isolation make this a great choice. Nothing.

• Charita T (10/5): Superb appartment in a great location - The apartment is very spacious, furnished with all amenities needed. The location is excellent. Very close to Monastiraki square and other places of interest. The owner met all our needs very quckly and very suffiently. Nothing.

• Simela (9/5): Affordable, accomodating and comfortable. - Very large, spacious and clean. Great communication with the owner. Amazing views (up 3 flights of stairs on rooftop). Great at night too. Although there was aircon, might need a stronger one to cool down the apartment quicker. It was an always around 23-25 deg. The record player was just for looks.

• Hadir (8/5): Very good - This apartment is very spacious and offers a comfortable living space. It is spotlessly clean, making it a pleasant place to stay. The location is excellent, as it is close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation.
• Travon (5/5): Athens was nice...this apartment was not - Walking distance from everything. Large apartment. Cool AC. Thin walls. Upstairs guest and cleaning lady were loud. The street noise was awful. Sometimes until 1-3am. Then at 7-8am construction noise. I didn't sleep for the whole week I was there. The washing machine had mold and mildew growing inside of the soap dispenser. I had to clean and disinfect it prior to use. The drain for the washing machine spilled onto the floor after one wash. I had to clean it up. There was black mold growing in the shower. The shower drain backed up and water spilled onto the floor. I had to use all of my clean towels to clean it up. There was no toilet paper provided upon check in, I had to buy my own. The sheets were too small for the bed and kept coming off. This place needs maintenance and more attention to detail.

• Sarah (9/5): An easy, comfortable base for exploring Athens. - A large apartment with plenty of space for a family of four. We really appreciated the washing machine. Perfect location for exploring Athens, and only a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis entrance. Plenty of food options around. Great communication and instructions for self checkin/checkout. Recommended.
• Margaret (9/5): Well located and spacious apartment! - It was a very good location, near Monastiraki with many restaurants and cafes in the area, Not to mention supermarkets so it's very convenient place to be. Owner was friendly and attentive and very helpful. We love the apartment as it's spacious and comfortable and we really can relax after a day of exploring. There's also a lift as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Kitchen facilities are all there if you wanted to cook. Very good shower and it has a Middle East Bidet! At first, It just took time for us to locate the apartment but it was really accessible from the main road

• Tiffany (8/5): Great location - Good location. Near main attractions, restaurants, supermarket. Washing machine was a big help. Rooms are big and comfortable. Kettle smelt chlorine in it. TV was working but no program worked, so can't watch TV. One window didn't close properly. One person came in the apartment during the second day while we were not there. There was water on bathroom floor going to main bedroom, we just had to close the toilet tap properly and clean up.
• Dena (9/5): Luxe and asthetically pleasing. Good for family. Close to everything. - Very comfortable and large. Lots of options for sleeping. Excellent location and easy to access. Elevator. Pedestrian street. Good windows with screens and shutters for noise/light. No dedicated computer work space. No balcony. Could use more kitchen supplies like mixing bowls, knives, etc. No clothes dryer or access to outside to dry clothes however owner states balcony is being built.
• Pieternel (8/5): Excellent location, a lot of facilities and a very friendly and welcoming host - The location was perfect, in the city centre and close to many restaurants and a supermarket. It's a comfortable apartment with a very nice sofa to lounge on. The availability of airconditioning, blinding curtains, a game (Monopoly), the kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, good working refridgerator and freezer, oven and so on), rain shower and TV were very nice extra's for our family. The host is extremely friendly and will go the extra mile. We asked for a baby bed, which he forgot, but luckily it was located downstairs. He also provided us with baby bed sheets and a blanket when we asked. We could use a baby bath and high chair and on the last day he let us use the apartment longer (there was no booking), so our little one was able to nap before we flew home. We could use the washing machine, which was really nice. There were some yoghurts and a bottle of water in the fridge, which was a relief because we arrived late at night. The (small) elevator is great, because 4 stairs with luggage would be exhausting. Some things needed to be repaired (the shower rack and toilet roll holder for example). One window didn't close well, but we lowered the blindings, so that was solved. There was no dishwasher, but an empty closet where it has been in the past. Cleanness is a thing, maybe our standards are high (we're from The Netherlands), but we didn't like the mold in the shower and the glue might be replaced behind the sink. Also we found dust, hair, chewinggum and a rubber band under the bed (our little one was crawling there). Some very dirty cleaning cloths were hidden under the sink, we obviously washed them before we used them. Unfortunately the apartment is not soundproof, we could hear people walk on the stairs and a couple of times we woke up from the noise of sweeper trucks and garbage trucks in the middle of the night or very early in the morning.
• Florina (10/5): Had a wonderful stay - Excellent location - 5 min from Monastiraki square (on a street that is well lit with a nice and safe entry). Spacious bedrooms, window blinds all over that help with the noise from outside (to be expected due to it being in the heart of the city). Elevator is a plus as the apartment is on the 4th floor. Strong wifi and a large TV in the livingroom. The young man that help with a situation with our bedlinens was nice and outgoing. They were ok with us leaving our backpacks until later the day of checkout as we had an afternoon flight back home. A lot of restaurants (seating or fast food), a supermarket and shops near by. The kitchen pots and pans need to be changed as they are really burned and scratched, a bit more attention to cleaning the cabinets (dusty inside) and the coffee machine works but was difficult to use (previous users tried to use wrong coffee capsules and broke to sliding mechanism of the Nespresso).

The owner of the property is allways available and helps us a lot. We will come again.I recomend. Every thing was perfect!!! We were very satisfied there.

• Suzanne (10/5): My son and I had a great few days at the appartment. It was faultless. We loved Athens, and we will be back again. - The property was spacious, clean and had excellent facilities. It is located in an excellent position for the station, the sights and to get a real feel for the city and it’s energy. Nothing at all, although a welcome book to explain how to use the TV and Air Con and washing machine if required. We had no use for them really so was not an issue for us as such. But would have been useful.
