• Guest (9/5): Still it was pleasant to stay - It was very clean and easy to access around attractions. We had to share the shower and the toilet with other guests who srayed other room. The washroom was very busy.

• Maximiliano (9/5): Visita Domus Conte 2025 - La habitación era grande, el AA funciona correctamente, las instalaciones compartidas bien equipadas. La zona si bien esta cerca de la estación Termini y del parque del coliseo, está llena de borrachos y vagabundos a toda hora.
• Karolina (10/5): - The personnel was graet and very helpfull- they answered very qucickle without any problem. The big andventage is that you can leave the luggage in the shared space in the apartament. The apartament is next to the busy street, so you have to have it in mind.

Cerca de una estación de Metro, lo que permitía movilizarse con facilidad. Cerca de algunos restaurantes y bares. La atención estuvo perfecta, atentos desde antes que llegásemos, toda la ayuda remota para ingresar y hasta enviaron un mapa personalizado con sugerencias de restaurantes y bares de la zona. Es complicado compartir el baño con otras dos habitaciones, ya que a veces los otros huéspedes lo dejan mojado o con cabellos en el piso o lo ocupan durante mucho tiempo. El Aire acondicionado botaba agua al piso, por lo que preferimos ya no ocuparlo. Había muchos vagabundos por la zona.

• Liying (1/5): Bad value for money - Close to the street, very noisy. No in-person check-in. No AC, just a portable ac which requires window to be open to let the pipe out, and we ended up with many bites from mosquitoes the next morning. Finally, please always book near check-in date, I booked months in advance, finding the price I paid is much higher than the price on the day before check in date. And it is not possible to request a price match. Also please note there is also city taxes to pay. For such a price I only got a noisy mosquito room with Shared bathroom. What a deal

Furthermore, the most significant problem was that there was no electricity for an entire night. For tourists who can navigate the entire city by relying on their phone navigation, having no electricity overnight until 10 a.m. the next morning was unacceptable. We requested immediate assistance. The landlord promised to take care of it immediately, but when we woke up the next morning, there was still no power. And it didn't come back on until around 10 a.m., when the cleaning staff arrived. Half the day had passed by the time we charged our phones, showered, and left.

• Azimova (3/5): Our stay was ruined by the lack of basic necessities and inadequate support. - We had a very unpleasant experience during our stay. As tourists, we weren’t even spending the day inside the property — we simply checked in, dropped off our luggage, and went out to explore the city. When we returned at night, tired and sweaty, we were looking forward to taking a shower and resting. But in a matter of minutes, the electricity went out completely. From that point on, we weren’t able to meet even our most basic needs — no shower, no hot water, no way to charge our phones, and no way to use the toilet. In the extreme summer heat, this created a truly unbearable situation — especially for my 69-year-old mother, who experienced serious discomfort and health complications due to the conditions. The outage occurred after another guest used the air conditioner, causing what seemed to be an overloaded system. Despite reaching out for help, we were not given proper support. We were asked to fix the issue ourselves and were incorrectly told that the electric meter was behind the entrance door. In reality, as the maintenance worker confirmed in the morning, the meter was hidden behind a wall portrait — something completely impossible for us to locate, especially in total darkness. We also couldn’t open the windows due to heavy street noise, making it even harder to cope with the heat. We couldn’t shower, make hot water, or use any appliances. Even by morning, the electricity was not restored — it was only fixed after our checkout time, so we did not benefit from the repair at all. The owner acknowledged the issue and offered only a €25 refund and a 15% discount voucher for future bookings. We repeatedly asked for a fair refund and clearly explained that we do not want a discount, as we won’t be visiting Italy again in the future. Despite this, the decision remained unchanged, which we found unfair given the seriousness of the situation.

• Berna (7/5): YETERLİ - Konumu çok iyi, metroya yürüyerek 5 dk.da gidebiliyorsunuz. Odalarda haliyle ses izolasyonu yok ve komşularınız kaba ve gürültücü ise bu çok dayanılmaz olabiliyor. Kaldığım odanın en büyük handikapı banyo ile ortak duvarı olması idi. Sesler olduğu gibi odada.

Рядом есть метро станция, есть маленькие продуктовые магазины и куча ресторанов правда Азиатской кухни. Владелец постоянно на связи, обычно отвечал в течение минуты. Спасибо за все!

• kods (1/5): How come Booking works with such an hotel , if we can call it so? RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN - If I was not shocked I could have taken picture and you'd see there is nothing to like there, not safe , not clean horrible I’ll never forget this travel experience — and not in a good way. I ended up paying for the full stay without even using the hotel, just to get away from what honestly felt like the worst place I’ve ever been. The neighborhood felt completely unsafe, dirty , definitely not somewhere you'd want to walk around and this is not especially at night for but the whole day. As soon as I got to the hotel, I had the urge to turn around and leave. The check-in process was a mess. They sent me a door code and apartment number through a link, and when I got there, it was just a strange building full of apartments with sketchy activity going on. They said I had to pay in cash, but then they still charged me online anyway. Inside, it got worse. The bathroom, kitchen, and living space were all shared — and honestly, they felt creepy and unclean. I never felt safe or comfortable for a second. The door to my room barely worked, and it got stuck so badly they had to send someone over just to get it open. It felt like I might get locked in forever. In the end, I chose to lose the money rather than stay even one night. The customer service was completely unhelpful and even seemed to laugh at my concerns. The whole area was dirty and rundown. No one deserves to go through what I experienced — this was in May 2025, and I still can’t believe it happened.

On our arrival, we and one more family couldn't get in using the given code for opening the two main doors, that was annoying. Anyway, the host communicated quickly and once we got in the appartment. we got the keys. We were a bit afraid of 1 bathroom for 3 rooms, but we were usually arriving and departing at different times so it was okay.

My husband had to pull off the road and stop to deal with the stress and figure out what to do next.

• Oleksandra (10/5): Хороший просторий номер з близьким розташуванням до центру - В цьому гестхаусі зупинились на одну ніч. Дуже рекомендую, оскільки місце розташування дуже близько до центру, в 15 хвилинах пішки від колізею, що дає можливість не витрачати час на довгий шлях транспортом. Дуже затишне місце, чисті номери, постіль, рушники. Є спільна кухня на три номери. Але і спільна ванна кімната. Але не дивлячись на це, це не стало для нас мінусом, чистота всюди. Кімнати досить просторі з високою стелею, новими меблями, додатковими ковдрами, великі шафи, тумби. Не очікувано від того, що бачили на фото. Дуже хороший варіант за свою ціну. Попередній раз ми за таку ціну знімали в годині їзди від центру. Щодо господарів, взагалі сервіс на вищому рівні, ще до заїзду написали в месенджер, пояснили, як дістатися, де ключі, порадили ресторани і знижку, відповідали дуже швидко на всі питання, привітність і турбота вразила. Порада взяти з собою лише тапочки, все інше є в вашому розпорядженні. Занотувала собі це місце на майбутнє для себе і буду радити друзям, хто буде планувати подорож в Рим. Єдине порекомендую власникам ще додати одноразові тапочки, хай навіть це збільшить вартість перебування. Це буде добрим плюсом, оскільки дуже рідко береш їх з собою в подорож.

• MARIO (8/5): Gradevole esperienza a Roma - La struttura, trovata per caso cercando un alloggio vicino la stazione Termini, si è rivelata una piacevole sorpresa in relazione al rapporto qualità /prezzo. La pulizia era impeccabile, così come il bagno comune. Ha delle buone potenzialità per raggiungere un livello superiore, curando alcuni piccoli dettagli come aggiungere un cestino in camera, spostare l'interruttore della luce da fuori la camera a dentro e vicino la porta, magari posizionare il condizionatore con il getto non in direzione del letto (essendoci tanto spazio ad es. dal lato armadio...), curare meglio la profumazione della camera e dello spazio comune, mettere una tv che risponda subito ai comandi dal telecomando senza impallarsi spesso...In ogni caso l'esperienza non è stata negativa e comunque consiglierei la struttura a chi è alla ricerca di una sistemazione comoda (ed economica) per la stazione ed al contempo non inserita nella bolgia delle immediate vicinanze della stessa.

Not this places issue but was a lot. There seems to be another apartment above with rooms that shares the kitchen and bathroom with the lower flat, so is a queue issue with the bathroom. Unfortunately there must have been a bit of miscommunication with the cleaner as all of our food was taken out of the fridge on our second day (we were staying 4 nights). Accommodation was apologetic and was going to reimburse us the money, unfortunately they didn’t mention they were leaving cash in the key box for us, so we left without knowing that. A bit sucky as we are on a tight budget and it was at least 4 meals of lunch/breakfast for us.
