- Ines (8/5): - Die Lage war für uns super, man ist auch schnell mit dem Auto in Dresden. Das Appartement ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, wir wurden mit mehreren kleinen Goodies empfangen, welches wir sehr nett fanden. Das Bett ist angenehm groß und bequem. Super ist auch der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Check-in hat super geklappt. Alle notwendigen Infos gab es rechtzeitig, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Ein bisschen mehr Abstellfläche im Bad wäre schön.
- Uwe (8/5): Gerne wieder - Sehr schöne modern eingerichtete FeWo (1-Raum-Wohnung) in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Tiefgaragenstellplatz inkl. Wohnung und Bad ausreichend groß für einen Kurzaufenthalt übers Wochenende. Sehr einfache Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer zwechs Check In. Für die FeWo hätte man 10 Punkte geben können, aber ... Die Wohnungseingangstür bietet NULL Schallschutz. Und so denkt man früh morgens 7 Uhr, der Hund des Nachbarn sitzt vorm Bett. Deshalb müssen wir hier auf "Sehr gut" abstufen.

- Marc Wa. (10/5): Modernes und gemütliches Apartment gut für Selbstversorger. - Super Ausstattung, modernes Ambiente und dennoch gemütlich. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, was wirklich Luxus ist vor allem im Winter. Man hat einen guten Schlaf. Die Betreuung von Anfang bis Ende super. Gebäude etwas hellhörig aber zur Schlafenszeit keine Störungen.
