• Reynolds (2/5): Disappointed😪 - The location perfect. Manager Olga very helpful. Very quiet. Very large comfortable bed. Very big shower and bathroom. The apartment says with Terrace. I booked it because I believed the terrace was on top floor as the information says pool view, Landmark view, City view, innercourt yard view. Yes if you go to the 3rd floor and stand on the roof. The terrace is a very small area in outside area a room converted to a terrace type thing..impossible to sit and relax out there. Furniture old and rusty also. Ventalation to the apartment comes from an open skylight way up on top of the 3rd story building. There are two big windows looking on to the terrace straight on to a painted brick wall. The terrace part is pretty to look at due to the quirkyness of it but thats all. Oh when it rains the skylight is open and the rain goes into the little paddle pool thing in the centre of terrace. No ventilation in bathroom (bathroom/showerroom)very big, and very nice) so the condensation has to go somewhere hence mould smell in the bedroom area I think. Lighting very limited in every room, no natural light, but situated to give impression of incoming light. The rooms were very clean. I cannot speak for the other apartments in the building, room 1, was where we stayed.

• Hiva (9/5): Wonderful - We had a wonderful stay in Seville and couldn’t have picked a better place. The location was absolutely perfect; central enough to walk everywhere, yet still peaceful and comfortable after long days exploring the city. What really made the experience special, though, was the warmth and kindness of the host. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared that we experienced the best of Seville. Her food recommendations were excellent and ended up being some of our favourite meals of the trip; authentic places we never would have found ourselves. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after busy days wandering through the city. Overall, this stay added so much to our experience of Seville and we would absolutely come back again. Highly recommended! One area for improvement would be the mosquitoes at night. We unfortunately got quite a few bites during our stay. It would really help to have mosquito protection on the windows or stronger mosquito sprays/repellents available in the apartment, especially during warmer months.

• Janine (10/5): We had a truly wonderful time and would 100% revisit stay at the CH Apartments again. - Olga was the perfect host - wonderfully welcoming and helpful, with such a friendly manner. We had everything we needed in the stunning apartment; it was extremely clean and very well furnished, and the location was amazing for anywhere we wanted to walk to within the main city and its tourist attractions, bars and restaurants, public transport, etc. The rooftop sun terrace with pool was a huge added bonus. I can think of nothing that could have been improved or that did not meet our requirements. Olga provided details of local attractions and was always around to help or very quick to respond to any request. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying in this apartment building.

Además el trato y las atenciones de Olga fueron fenomenales. Siempre disponible para cualquier ayuda. Este lugar tiene detalles muy bien cuidados y prácticos que no he encontrado en otros lugares. Nous voulions un appartement typique des vieux quartiers,mais avec un certain confort. Malheureusement, cet appartement a besoin d’un bon coup de jeunesse et cela en vaudrait la peine, étant donné son emplacement plus que génial. Les éclairages sont à revoir à défaut de pouvoir agrandir le fenestrage. Le sèche-linge ne fonctionnait pas. La climatisation était déficiente dans un appartement relativement humide. Le mobilier était défraîchie. Il y avait une petite terrasse avec un bain tourbillon, mais qui ne fonctionnait pas. Loin de nous l’idée de nuire aux propriétaires, mais nous avons quand même payé 400$ la nuit,et à ce prix,nous nous attendions à des prestations bien supérieures.

• Eva (10/5): Außergewöhnliche Atmosphäre, herzlichste Olga der Welt. - Die Atmosphäre der Unterkunft ist ganz wunderbar. Alles ist unglaublich liebevoll und ästhetisch gestaltet. Daher der ideale Ort für Menschen, die auf Achtsamkeit Wert legen, vom Eingangsbereich bis zu den Zimmern. Sehr viele außergewöhnliche Details. Inspirierend! Das Apartment liegt in einer Gasse an einem kleinen Platz, super zentral in der Stadt.Von hier aus ist alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und ein Aldi in der Nähe. In der Küche gibt es Geschirr, Besteck, einen Wassekocher, einen Toster, eine Kapselkaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank, eine Waschmaschine, Spülmittel und ein Schwämmchen. Man kann sich selbst Frühstück machen oder auch etwas vorab bestellen und dann kommen lassen. Im Schrank ist außerdem ein Bügeleisen und ein Wäscheständer. Wichtig: Auf den Balkon außen darf nichts zum Trocknen aufgehängt werden. Das Bad hat wunderschöne gestaltete Steinfliesen. Handtücher, Duschgel und Haarshampoo sowie Bodylotion und Flüssigseife sowie ein Föhn (im Schlafzimmerschrank) sind da. Für warmes Wasser in der Dusche muß man etwas Geduld haben, es dauert ein wenig bis es warm wird. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel, die Decke gross genug für Zwei. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Ledersofa einen kleinen Glastisch und einen prima Fernseher. Olga, hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns das kostenlose WLAN eingestellt und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Sie hat uns auch ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert. (Taxi:29 Euro) Das war auch zuverlässig dann da. Jedenfalls: wir würden sofort wieder hierher kommen. Wir waren Ende März da und hatten 4 wundervolle Tage mit unglaublichen Eindrücken. Danke Olga!!!! Uns hat wirklich alles super gut gefallen. Ein Schneidbrett und ein persönliches Geschirrtuch würde ich nächstes Mal mitbringen. Das gab es aus hygienischen Gründen dort nicht. Die Dachterrasse öffnet erst im April. Für uns war das aber kein Problem.Wer darauf Wert legt, sollte das beachten.

• Matthew (10/5): We have travelled a lot and we hit the Jackpot with CH Apartments… Love love loved it! - I can not say enough good things about CH Apartments and Olga who hosted us. We had the top floor apartment and it was the most amazing place we have stayed. . . It wasn’t a brand new place, it was the highest experience. We loved it. A lift opening into our apartment, a rooftop terrace to ourselves, with two levels, a beautiful view over the plaza and a beautiful church right outside our bedroom window/door (don’t worry the bells don’t ring overnight). There are markets and supermarkets nearby and we were self contained for breakfast which we loved (but the option is there if you want it provided). And the best feature was Olga who is not only lovely and welcoming but every single recommendation for food, drink and sights (and where not to go) were 110% spot on. Thank you Olga, we miss you!! We miss Saville. I have no bad words! It was excellent and all our needs were met and Olga was always available to us for any needs.

• Jane (10/5): Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Seville with an elegant, luxurious feel and a warm welcome. - It’s a beautiful place. Very centrally located and handy for all the sites. It feels very elegant and historic but has all of the modern day conveniences you could want. We liked everything about the property. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were beautiful, the bathroom luxurious and elegant. Olga was so welcoming and warm, incredibly helpful and going above and beyond to provide advice, suggestions for restaurants and sights to see, and answering any question. Her attention to detail and care for her guests is wonderful.

The views over the square from both the living room and bedroom were so lovely. Olga is an extremely nice host and made sure we knew the best places to see in Seville. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Within easy walking distance to all the monuments. Olga was exceptional and very helpful and recommended us lots of places to eat and drink. She made us feel very welcome and we would highly recommend staying here. We can’t fault the property…

Everything truly is within walking distance, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The property itself is very well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully cared for. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and inviting, adding to an overall wonderful stay. The staff were consistently friendly, warm, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We stayed on the top floor, and all the windows faced the terraces — a very cozy attic room under the roof. The kitchen has everything you need, and there is a large, comfortable bathroom. The terrace offers a view over Seville. All the main attractions are within walking distance, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.

• David (10/5): Supreme location, breathtaking views from spacious and lovely rooms in a beautiful building. - Just the best area - in the centre of the old city, but in a lovely quiet and elegant square. The building is exceptionally beautiful, and Olga is the most hospitable and charming of hosts. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and look forward to returning. The views are marvellous, the spaces excellent, and the bed extremely comfortable. Too busy enjoying the space to ask the question...

• Laurence (8/5): - The hostess was wonderful. Our luggage went missing and she went out of her way to help us. The place has a lot of character, is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with walk in shower and little private courtyard with a jacuzzi ! Very central and gives over a lovely pedestrian plaza with nice cafes. There are several flats in the house. We had the ground floor one which is quite dark (better for the summer). It is the only reason why i did not give a 10. If you want more light, ask for a flat with balcony.

• JUAN MIGUEL (9/5): Se nos ha hecho muy corto ... estancia de 10 - El edificio está en una zona muy céntrica, perfectamente amueblado, con electrodomésticos nuevos, menajes suficiente, cafetera, todo con mucho gusto, con todo lo necesario. La posibilidad de aparcar en el parking La Concordia es un plus sin ninguna duda. Olga, la propietaria, es una persona muy cercana, que te ayuda y te hace todo mucho más fácil. El sofá cama es un sofá cama, y uno no puede aspirar nunca a que se descanse como en la cama, pero ya sería perfecto si este punto lo mejoraran un poco.

• A (10/5): A lovely decorated apartment in a great location for Seville! - Olga organized to meet us at the property after we landed and updated us to let us know when she was there. She was a lovely welcoming host, we gave us plenty of recommendations of what to do and where to go in Seville, including a map to show us the area! The apartment was lovely and perfect for our trip, with a pretty balcony overlooking the square and a kitchenette with fridge and other facilities. You cannot get a taxi to drop you directly at the apartment as it is pedestrianized area but they can drop you very close which we did not mind. Bed was very comfy and very big!
