• ann (10/5): - Everything. Brilliant location 2mins to supermarket , beach and the restaurants n bars..All the facilities you need like a home from home. Oven, freezer and dishwasher for longer stays. Comfortable beds. Good communication from Carmen. Highly recommend Casa Carmen. Would stay again when I visit lanzarote. Welcome pack a bonus. Nothing.

A very helpful host. - The property has everything you need to actually feel like a home from home experience 😊 Very comfortable and spacious living accommodation. The location is perfect very close to all restaurants/ bars. The host is very helpful with excellent communications.

• Ruby (10/5): Perfect location! - Beautiful apartment - has everything you need there. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything and away from noise. Literally a 30 second walk to the beach and main strip. We had a late flight/check in and Carmen accommodated this for us with no problem. Absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again — perfect for what we wanted!

• Terry (10/5): This is a great little, clean, affordable property. I will return. - The landlords english was as good as my spanish. We eventually managed to communicate and get the jeys to the property. Better directions. A Map, more details on where the proprty was. Perhaps a landmark? Pubs are always good landmarks as everyone knows them.

Perfect location with 2 minute walk to everything from sun and sea to bars and restaurants and still quiet at night. Great to meet Carmen and family and will definitely return. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with tea, coffee etc so fully functional. Thanks for fitting us in last minute, very kind of you. Happy New Year! Moritz family x We couldn't work out the hot water so remember to ensure valve (keys) on the hot water tank is turned on! No issue though as eventually worked it out.

• James (9/5): enjoyed the stay and easy access to shops and just a short walk to the beach - Location of the property clean tidy and any question we asked the vender was very helpful the property was clean tidy all facility's easy to operate and very comfortable

• Paul (7/5): Good - No stairs. All appliances, iron etc, extra pillows and blankets. Carmen was very nice and let us stay in the room later on checkout day. Had to hold shower head up, hot water boiler not big enough to shower two people, no safe, small bedroom, busy road outside the bedroom.

It was spotless clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, the shower room was nice and spacious with washing machine and hairdryer and all cleaning products and toilet essentials plus plenty of towels, the bedroom had two single beds with plenty of extra sheets and pillows and good wardrobe space and chest drawers space with iron and ironing board, the lounge area was well laid out and spacious with tv and very good internet connection worked all the time very good, patio area was lovely to sit out in the morning to have a lovely cup of coffee. The complex was secure and safe with friendly neighbours from all nationalities, just two minutes walk away from the strip and beach and bus stop and taxi ranks, we would highly recommend this apartment 👍😃😎 we had a very enjoyable holiday for the three weeks we were there for. The host carmen was a pleasure to deal with very nice lady 👏. Their was nothing for us to dislike about this apartment. This complex has no pool we knew this when we booked it. This wasn’t a problem for us as we are beach lovers and adventurers.
