• Michael (1/5): FIND ANOTHER PROPERTY - THEY DID NOT GIVE ME MY ROOM. Many problems. I was told I could check in at noon and confirmed it. Booking can check the messages. When I got there they said 1:00. The address was very unclear. If you use Google Maps, Olympia Rooms is non-existent. I went to the corner, which was the given address, but NOT A SINGLE PERSON I ASKED KNEW WHERE THIS PLACE WAS. I messaged them from 12-12:30 (again, BOOKING can verify that on the messages) and they didn’t respond. Finally, I get there because a place called Olympia Tours (possibly a related business?) answered the phone number I had and sent someone to take me to the property. This was when the person at the desk said my check-in wasn’t until 1:00 even though I showed him the messages. When I complained and said I’m giving this place a poor review, he didn’t give me my room. In addition, I sent a message booking.com about it and their chat said I’d be contacted within 24 hours. I’m still waiting almost four days later for customer service to contact me. The ignorant staff member. And I’m being charitable with that description.
