• Ali Riza (10/5): Mükemmel - Bu otelde ikinci kez konaklıyorum ve her şey yine mükemmeldi! Bir ay önce ilk ziyaretimden sonra 10 puan vermiştim ve bu sefer de aynı memnuniyeti yaşadım. Otelin konumu gerçekten mükemmel; her şey el altında, ulaşım çok kolay ve çevre muhteşem. Oda temizliği, personelin güler yüzlülüğü, kahvaltının zenginliği... Her detay özenle düşünülmüş. Erdem Hotel gerçekten Antalya'nın en iyi seçeneklerinden biri. Bu ikinci konaklamam kesinlikle son olmayacak!

• Nadezhda (1/5): Грязно в номерах и сильно пахнет сигаретами и канализацией, грязное постельное белье. Плохие завтраки. Очень шумно. - Грязные прокуренные номера. Вся мягкая обивка на мебели очень грязная и в следах от сигарет. Простыни с дырками. Наволочки и пододеяльники не меняют, только выворачивают на изнанку, пододеяльники сильно воняют и видны следы от использования. Стойкий запах табака и канализации во всех номерах. На первом этаже в номерах тараканы🤯 Унитазы в номерах шатаются, кнопки от унитазов просто держатся на честном слове. Фурнитура в санузлах сломана (нет ни крючков, ни полочек - от них остались только обломанные части, в одном номере был один крючок в ванной, но он крутился и полотенце с него постоянно падало), в некоторых номерах не работало переключение с тропического душа на лейку, душ постоянно подкапывает, чем тоже бесил даже с закрытой в ванную дверью, фен в ванной и тот с обрезанной и заизолированной вилкой🤦🏽‍♀️, шторы очень грязные и с дырками, окна тоже грязные. Под окнами до часа ночи играет караоке, так что если планируете спать раньше, то не получится даже с закрытыми и зашторенными окнами. Завтраки были очень скудные. Из съедобного были только вареные яйца и чай, всё остальное было густо залито майонезом и выглядело старым и не очень пригодным в пищу. Ни питьевой воды, ни соков не было, только чай, вареные яйца, 3-4 вида сыра (не все рискнули попробовать, так как были заветренными), подсохшие кусочки кекса и в один из дней была зелень. В общем, это было худшее размещение в Турции за наше большое путешествие. Мы ездили большой компанией и снимали в этом отеле 7 номеров разного класса, так что получили полное представление о гостинице. Цена неоправданно завышена: в гостиницах по соседству цена ниже, но номера лучше (мы ходили смотреть, так как хотели переехать из-за грязных номеров и шума под окнами, но в этой гостинице возврат денег не предусмотрен, пришлось жить у них). Персонал (кроме одного мужчины) не говорит на английском, даже базовые вопросы приходилось переводить на турецкий.
• Arzu (10/5): Kusursuz - Personel inanılmaz derecede güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her zaman yardımsever. Bizi memnun etmek ve unutulmaz bir tatil geçirmemizi sağlamak için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Gerçekten evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik! Kahvaltı muhteşemdi, deniz manzarasıyla yemek yemek ayrı bir keyif! Konum mükemmel, Konyaaltı sahiline yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar temiz ve konforlu. O kadar sevdik ki Antalya'daki tüm tatillerimiz için buraya döneceğiz! Her şey mükemmeldi!
• Степаненко (2/5): - The location and view are truly wonderful, which makes it unfortunate that the overall maintenance and service did not match the hotel’s potential. We booked three rooms for one night, choosing the hotel mainly for its excellent seaside location and beautiful view. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Two of the rooms had a strong cigarette smell, and although we requested replacements, we were accommodated differently than originally booked. Cleanliness in general, including the bathroom, could be improved. Breakfast was included, but the selection and freshness of the food were disappointing, and the coffee machine was not working. We were also unable to connect to the Wi-Fi during our stay. It was very unpleasant and even disgusting to see, at the entrance next to the Turkish flag, the flag of the terrorist country russia...

• ALEKSEI (1/5): Улучшайте условия проживания - Широкая кровать. Наличие кулера с водой на 4- м этаже.Рядом море и набережная.Вежливые люди на ресепшен. 1. Ввёл указанный адрес, он меня привёл совершенно не туда, к заброшенному отелю. Пришлось вводить название отеля, чтобы найти его уже тот 2. Завтраки невкусные, абсолютно нечего есть. Вся еда химическая гарантирующая расстройство желудка, изжогу, понос. Достаточно сварить любую кашу и заварить травяной чай, чтобы не испортить день. 3. Были проблемы с Вай-фаем, куча сетей с названием отеля, правильно не объясняют как подключатся. Пишут что-то на бумажке только при обращении( можно в номере повесить в рамку пароль и сеть) 4. Довольно шумно( музыка, машины, рядом дороги) 5. Старый обшарпанный отель требующий ремонта. 6. Кондиционер забитый пылью, при включении очень ощущается несвежий воздух. 7. Отсутствие шторки, дверцы в душевой. Также нет крючков для одежды. Следы плесени. Течёт вода под раковиной.
• Iryna (5/5): - Класне розташування біля моря, 2хв йти до прогулочноі зони набережної з пляжами та купою кафешок Сніданок був нормальний, відповідний ціні для 3* готелю Номер - був жах, просто кошмар як не працював бачок туалету, неприємний запах в самому номер, відпадали ручки всіх дверей А персонал - це окрема історія, коли попросили допомогти/виправити- не виявляли жодної залученості. Дуже здивовані чому такі високі оцінки попередніх туристів

Tasty breakfast , (but if you come late there is not too much choice) . It's possible to smoke inside the rooms,there is an ashtray in the room and the smoke detectors are covered with some plastic. Close yo many restaurants. The windows were not soundproof and we heard everything from the outside till late hours . Coffee machine was not working well and it was a powder something like kakao. Network was not working too well. Not too much variety for breakfast. Only one light was working in the bathroom and generally it was dark in the room

• Sergei (7/5): Good - 1st line, sea view, very nice and helpful staff! We (2 adults with 3 kids and a baby) were staying in Family room and it was the perfect fit. The windows are not soundproof and you can hear every sound from the street. Though all family members maganed to sleep well, except me:( Breakfast could have been better, but you won't starve.
• Anupras (1/5): Overall pathetic - Nothing There was no luggage assistance. We had checked in at three rooms. Electricity problems in couple of rooms. They were very very small and poorly designed. The wardrobes couldn’t be opened. Breakfast spread was negligible and they even denied omlette to half of the guests even though there was a live counter.

• Oleg (6/5): Good value for money for 2 night stay off-season. - I was travelling off-season to participate in Runtalya Marathon. Spent just 2 nights. Good location, easy to access, free parking lots around. Couple of small local grocery shops (Tekel) and Turkish street food downstairs. Seaside, restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast at terrace, friendly staff. Very noisy even at night, location is just on the main road and there are lots of venues around full of people. So, take your ear plugs if you want to be in bed early and have a good rest.

The rooms were recently renovated, showcasing a modern, clean, and bright atmosphere. The price for this stay was truly remarkable. The bathroom was exceptionally compact, and if one wasn't careful, the shower drainage could become problematic.

• Sya (3/5): Need to overhaul operation services - We do have to agree the location is great. Just a minute walk to the beach. We had 5 rooms for the group and 4 had multiple issues from plumbing, AC, bed sheet, pillow cover etc. And each request for service had the same respond, will let you know an hour. So we had to wait an hour for each request to find out if there are service repair coming. It took 24 hours to get a replacement of pillow cover and bedsheet. We had to show picture of spots and dirt on each.
• Suada (9/5): Superb - Location was great - directly across the street from the beach. They have a convenient taxi call button in the lobby. Staff was wonderful, especially Luon who provided some awesome restaurant recommendations. Breakfast could use variety like fresh fruit.
