• Broux (5/5): Malgrés des points à revoir, le séjour était bien agréable dans cette belle capitale. - emplacement parfait , proche de 2 lignes de métro et quartier bien animé. Bonne insonorisation de l'appartement. L'appartement était propre Plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas bien (30 mn pour faire un café) elle chauffe un peu et s'éteind sans arrêt. odeur d'égouts a l'arrivée mais les fenetres ouvertes ont suffit a enlever l'odeur. Gros problème pour monter dans le lit manque de sécurité et pas facilement accessible. Une barrière de sécurité serait a envisager
• Diana (8/5): Muy bien - la ubicación, el piso mismo es lindo y amplio, el diseño y decoración, etc. la escalera al segundo piso tiene sus dificultades y la entrada principal no se abre sin internet, creo que no es bueno asumir que todos tienen red disponible (deberían asegurar wifi desde la puerta)
• Stefania (6/5): Mini appartamento carino - Posizione ottima per girare a piedi il centro e vicina alla metro. Quartiere vivace. L'edificio in cui si trova l'appartamento ha il suo fascino. C'era cattivo odore. Poca privacy quando fai la doccia perchè c'è una finestra che affaccia sul salotto. La salita al soppalco non è agevole per la presenza di una trave ma il letto è comodo!

Hot water for the shower didn't last very long, only enough for 1 1/2 showers. Door code did not work to get in. Physical difficulty getting to the bed due to wooden beam in the way.

• Ourania (8/5): Night time adventures possible - Great location and funky use of space. We had a really great stay. You had to climb a ladder to the loft to get to bed, which can be an adventure depending on your state of mind. If you have had a few drinks, are feeling hungover, tend to make frequent nighttime trips to the toilet or don't like the idea of climbing up and down ladders while you are still half asleep, I would think twice about booking here. The neighbourhood has a super cool buzz with alternative boutiques and cosy bars. We found a great place for snails, a few minutes' walk from the apartment. I was surprised to find we had to pay a €250 security deposit before we could access the passcode (maybe I didn't read the small print). This was already after the payment for our stay was deducted from my credit card, so we had already paid in full. For various security reasons, I was travelling and unable to use any of my cards to pay the security deposit, so I had to find another way to pay. A source of several hours of unnecessary anxiety. The person at the other end of the help line wasn't much help. I realise this isn't a charity, and I didn't expect to be treated like a charity case, but a bit of empathy would have been nice.
• Natalia (6/5): Było okej dopiero 2 dnia wieczorem, kiedy udało się już ogrzaćpokój - Lokalizacja była świetna Kiedy weszliśmy wieczorem do obiektu w pokoju było 7 stopni Celsjusza (styczeń), a więc czuliśmy, że cieplej było na zewnątrz, to był największy minus, bo po prostu nikt nie włączył wcześniej ogrzewania.
• Damiano (1/5): Arnaque totale - L'appartement est bien situé, en plein centre d'un quartier dynamique. L'immeuble est très sympathique, proche du métro. Je me suis fait volé 250€ par cet établissement suite à une arnaque lié à une fuite de leur données. Booking refuse de me répondre alors que la responsabilité est la leur. Eviter cet établissement, les données sont soit volées, soit revendus. Jamais plus vous ne me reverrez

• Daniel (8/5): Estancia agridulce. - La localización en el centro de La Latina. Apartamento reformado con todo lo necesario. El acceso a la cama en la buhardilla es complicado, con una escalera muy pendiente y un travesaño de madera interpuesto en medio. El césped artificial debajo del colchón de la cama no resulta agradable.
• Giovanni (9/5): Bello! Un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere - La posizione è centrale, comoda e in un attimo, a piedi, si arriva a Plaza Major. La domenica basta scendere in strada e ti trovi nel folkloristico e bel mercato de "El Rastro" L'appartamento è molto bello, curato, luminoso e nonostante la misura ridotta ha tutte le comodità (manca una tendina alla finestra della cucina per la privacy) . Il problema che abbiamo riscontrato è l'accesso al soppalco per raggiungere il letto, dovuto ad una trave che limita il passaggio (bisogna essere "atletici")

• Francisco (8/5): Excelente ubicación, el estudio es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para unos días en Madrid. Ideal si planeas pasar - La ubicación es una maravilla. El estudio es pequeño, pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Madrid. Ten en cuenta que probablemente estarás fuera la mayor parte del tiempo. Lo único es que la cama está en un altillo y tiene una viga justo en el medio, lo que hace un poco difícil el acceso. No lo recomendaría para una persona mayor o con algún problema físico.

• Nuria (10/5): El sitio perfecto para explorar Madrid - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, una zona tranquila pero muy céntrica y bien conectada. Tanto para pasear a pie como para usar el metro para desplazarse está genial. El propio apartamento me encantó, tiene mucha personalidad y poder dormir en una buhardilla es algo que me gustaría poder hacer cada día. Además es muy agradable tener un espacio completamente para uno mismo, con cocina, baño, salón y todo lo necesario para disfrutar de Madrid como si fuese tu propia ciudad. Estoy deseando volver :)

• Lindsay (10/5): An excellent choice to stay - Excellent location. Cute little niche in the centre I’d just mention as an idea to put blinds/curtains on the kitchen windows, as there’s little privacy especially usually in the evenings when the lights are on, you can see straight in

• Catherine (9/5): charming accommodation in a great location with some quirks - great location, pretty building, quiet area and nice kitchen and eating/living area. really good water pressure in the shower too. the bed was just a mattress on a patch of fake grass in the loft which was a bit of a weird vibe. the loft is quite large so it felt spaced out but still with a low ceiling. maybe a bed could fit somewhere else in the room? also a few of the lights didn’t work which wasn’t ideal. I had climb up and down the ladder (very acrobatically) to turn off the light at night which isn’t great in the dark.
• Beatrice (7/5): It was a good stay, some things could have been worse, others better but summed up we weren’t in the apartment for long - I liked the position that was perfect The bed was really uncomfortable because it was just a mattress and also the water turned cold really quickly
• Madhuja (8/5): A great location, the apartment is in a gorgeous building, and the owners are very helpful. - First, it is one of the best locations, you can walk around the neighbourhood and the places to visit are easily accessible . Also the metro station La Latina is just a few metres away. I loved the building too, and the best part was the fair that was set up on Sunday morning just outside the door. Most important, the place is memorable. the bed in the attic ! the steps to the bed are really risky for big people, for kids and if you are slightly 'tipsy'. The room is big enough -- with dinning table & sofa -- and they can easily put a queen's size bed there.
