- Lauriane (4/5): Não vale a pena. - o lugar é facil de conseguir uber, proximo de supermercado e restaurante. Não tem ar condicionado, não tem como guardar suas roupas da mala, ventilador de teto faz muito barulho, estava com filtração no vaso santário, tomava banho ou descarga e saia debaixo do vaso, tive que gastar com pano de chão para colocar no rente ao vaso sanitário, comprar pano de pia da pia, sabonete, Anfitriã demorava de mais para responder e resolver o problema, tinha teia de aranha no teto e tava quebrado o suporte de sabonete, valor alto por pouquissimo conforto.
