• Miguel (10/5): Lugar ideal para desconectarse - La ubicación es excelente, al lado del terminal de buses, metro, supermercados, metro y el Plan de Valparaiso. El lugar tiene de todo, bien equipado, decorado lindamente y muy acogedor, excelente para descansar y relajarse. Para una escapada romántica es simplemente perfecto. Nada, todo fue perfecto y cómodo.

• Carmen (6/5): Great apartment in a bad area. - The apartment was great, modern and fresh, just as shown on the pics. The bed was very comfortable and the towels soft and fluffy. The roof terrace is just amazing and has bbq, taps and everything to have an al fresco dinner. There are 24h concierges that are lovely and made me feel safe in the flat and the building. The area is well communicated with public transport with the city centre and surrounding towns. The area is tatty and dirty, there were homeless, druggies and suspiciously looking people on the street and on the surroundings of the flat, specially in the evening. I felt unsafe as a solo traveller (I would still have felt unsafe as a pair in the night). I was recommended by several people not to go out after dark, so no going out for dinner. The flat is noisy, as it faces a busy road with bikes and cars moving around most of the night.

• mguerra75 (7/5): Bonito lugar - Todo muy limpio y había lo necesario La constante bulla de la calle en la madrugada, gritos, lo que no nos permitió dormir la primera noche.
• Vasquez (10/5): Un lugar con las 3B - El departamento es precioso, cuenta con todas las comodidades para disfrutar de la estancia. Una de las cosas que más destaco es la comodidad de la cama, no daban ni ganas de levantarse. Al principio estaba un poco reacia por lo que comentaban otros huéspedes sobre la seguridad del barrio, pero contrario a lo que dicen nosotros lo encontramos bastante tranquilo por las noches. El conserje del edificio nos contó además que hace unos meses la municipalidad había realizado una “limpieza” de la zona por lo que todos los rucos y gente en situación de calle ya no están, queda uno que otro pero para nada generan un ambiente de inseguridad. Pueden venir con total tranquilidad y disfrutar de todos los lugares que ofrece este lugar tan céntrico. Nada, todo fue perfecto.

• Chris (8/5): Enjoyable stay in a very pleasant apartment. - It was modern, well equipped and comfortable. There was a balcony with a decent view and a nice roof terrace upstairs. Close to main road so some traffic noise. Ear plugs solved the problem.
