• Samira (5/5): - Zimmer reicht für eine Nacht zum Schlafen. Zentral mit schönem Ausblick auf den See und direkt an der Schiffsstation. Zimmer sehr klein, kein Ganzkörperspiegel. Spülung hat alle 15 Minuten ein lautes Geräusch gemacht und war ein wenig mühsam.

• Dunja (1/5): Katastrophe! Man müsste das viele Geld für eine Übernachtung zurückfordern, aber Aufwand hoch. - Nichts! Es gab kein Personal: weder beim Check in, noch beim Check out. Das machte den Bezug der Zimmers schwierig. An beide Mobilnummern, die an der Rezeption aushingen ging niemand ran und es gab auch keinen Rückruf. Erst beim dritten Mal nahm jemand ab. Dusche und WC drängten sich auf 2 qm. Daher musst das Waschbecken ins Zimmer verlagert werden. Schublade unter dem Waschbecken kaputt. Es gab keine Handtücher. Damit war das Duschen für uns nicht möglich. Der benutzte Aschenbecher vom Vorgänger stand noch auf dem Balkon.

• Astrid (5/5): Preis-leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. - Alles war vorhanden. Wir waren auch angenehm überrascht, dass das Zimmer renoviert war. Nur die kaffekapseln passten nicht zur Kaffeemaschine. Schade, wir hatten uns auf den Kaffee gefreut. Keine WC-Türe und halt ringhörig, da es ein älteres Haus ist.

Da ich nicht wusste wie es mit dem Code vom Zimmer geht, ging ich im Restaurant fragen und leider war die Antwort eher unfreundlich. Habe es nachher selber heraus gefunden.

• Konstantinos (4/5): We wouldn't choose this hotel again. - The room was fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great, right next to the lake. The fact that the bathroom doesn't have a door to separate it from the bed area is unacceptable. The toilet was in full view of the rest of the room. The blinds on the balcony door were broken and were kept in place by a piece of fabric, and they wouldn't close well, letting light in in the morning. The room needed some serious renovations and upgrades. There was no elevator in the property, making it hard to reach the room with luggage.

• Jason (7/5): Enjoy stunning lake views right from the balcony. - An inconvenience is that the room’s toilet has no door or any form of privacy cover.
• Denis (6/5): If you don’t mind not having a bathroom door and walking up 2 flights of stairs, then it is fine - Location was great. On the lake, right next to the bus stop and the ferry terminal. The room was clean. No door on the bathroom. The blinds on door and window were broken so if you wanted to go out on the balcony, you had to grab the bottom of the blinds, lift them up, hold them as you passed through, then lower them back down. The picture in the posting doesn’t represent the room we stayed in. No elevator. Had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs
• Pon-an (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing neighbourhood with beautiful view of lake Thun. There was a wasp nest lingering in the balcony and a lot of them got in. Talked to the hotel and got no response.

We only got there and had to call them on the phone ourselves to ask what the process is No instructions or communication with the gosts. Open washroom, no door to the washroom, very uncomfortable with family. No light in the washroom, dirty room. Broken baby crib provided to us by the property. Unable to open balcony door due to door latch being broken Dirty balcony with cobwebs. Will never book it again. On the messages they said they have baggage storage but in reality not available, also not available is any form of any iron or iron stand. The ad is full of lies. Do not book it.

• Veronica (2/5): Facilities very basic - perfect if you are very tall, have no clothes, and have cutlery and cups. - The bed was comfortable. No breakfast, no wardrobe or drawers, nowhere to hang clothes, no soap, mirror and socket in the bathroom ideally placed for a GIANT, no spoon for tea, only one paper cup, and VERY noisy neighbours (above) all night!!! You could hear everything! I got very little sleep. Not a restful or relaxing stay.

• Vikas (10/5): A charming stay with breathtaking views and perfect location. - I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet-style property. The location is absolutely stunning — nestled between the mountains and the lake, it offers a postcard-perfect view right from the window. My room was cozy yet modern, with a comfy bed, a large TV, and a lovely balcony furnished with wooden chairs — perfect for soaking in the breathtaking views of both the lake and the surrounding Alps. The property itself has a charming, old-world wooden chalet design, giving it a warm and inviting atmosphere. Despite the traditional style, the room was very well-maintained and felt fresh and comfortable. Getting to the property is super easy — it’s just a 4-minute bus ride from Spiez Bahnhof on the B60 bus, and the bus stop is conveniently located right across the street. The same bus line also takes you directly to Interlaken in the other direction, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The lake nearby is truly mesmerizing, perfect for a peaceful walk or just relaxing by the water. There’s even a lovely Greek restaurant just a short walk from the property, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and scenic getaway in the Swiss Alps.

• Victoria (1/5): Terrible unsafe not useable & not given even though hotel & booking.com agreed but hotel conveniently didn’t com - There was a flood downstairs, and water turned off without any notice unable to use toilet or sink or shower so had to leave hotel & find alternative facilities. No one on site at all, a note left on reception had to call manager. Building feels unsafe wouldnt step on wooden balcony either, water running through electrics. Needs a complete overhaul to make safe and useable. Avoid.
