• Jodie (7/5): - Great location, had everything we needed. Host was very accommodating. Place was clean when we arrived but poor ventilation ment it had a wet smell after awhile. No fan or ventilation in the bathroom. used the sofa bed in the launge room for a child and it was a little broken. It drooped at the head end.

La ubicación es muy buena: está muy céntrico y cerca de todo, lo que hizo que moverme por la ciudad fuera muy fácil y cómodo. Pude llegar caminando a muchos de los principales puntos de interés. El alojamiento estaba limpio, bien cuidado y tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Además, el host fue muy atento y siempre estuvo disponible para ayudar con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, lo recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Roma con comodidad y en una ubicación privilegiada. Volvería a quedarme aquí sin pensarlo.
• Luis (8/5): Apartamento cerca del Vaticano con facilidad al aeropuerto. - La ubicación muy cerca del Vaticano. Además cercano a una pararada de bus directo al Aeropuerto. La falta de personal físico. Todo era a través de whatsapp y la parte de la cocina no estaba muy equipada. Algunas camas no eran cómodas.

• Antonio (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente. La parada del bus que va al aeropuerto es muy cerca. Igualmente todo el centro histórico de Roma está cerca. En el salón del sofá cama hace falta un armario para colgar la ropa y elementos de apoyo para las maletas en las dos habitaciones. En la cocina faltó rollo de papel para limpiar y algunos elementos básicos para cocinar.
• Beatriz (8/5): Estancia familiar cómoda y práctica - Estuvimos cómodos, la ubicación estupenda para ir a todos lados, espacios amplios y atención por parte de Federica impecable, super amable y pendiente de todo. Las camas, sabanas y toallas suficientes y en buenas condiciones, el sofá del salón mejorable, pero dormimos bien. Como puntos a mejorar, principalmente, la limpieza del apartamento, el suelo no estaba limpio, la ducha necesitaba una limpieza a fondo y las hormigas por la cocina fueron un poco molestas. También que el día de salida los chicos de la limpieza llamaron al timbre antes de la hora de check out. Esperaron hasta nuestra salida, justo a las 10, lógicamente para entrar, pero es algo a mejorar, si el check out es a las 10, no es de recibo que te toquen a la puerta para meter prisa antes.

• Krzysztof (10/5): best choice, great location, super clean. I recommend - The apartment looks just like the photos, even better. It's worth the price. It's very warm inside (in winter). You'll find everything you need for life. The windows overlook the street. It's close to a bus stop. It's a bright location between the Vatican and the fountain. Breakfast is always available at Antico Caffe 1919—everything delicious there is Italian, and coffee or tea is available within 100 meters of the apartment. I rate the communication and cooperation with Francesco a 10. He answered every question and was helpful in planning your stay or choosing a restaurant. I highly recommend it.

• Joanna (7/5): - Lokalizacja super do wszystkich atrakcji chodziliśmy pieszo. Ciepło w apartamencie. Dobry kontakt z Francesco. Niewygodne łóżka, male okna przez co jest ciemno w pokojach, widok na śmietniki.

Appartamento ideale per essere vicini ai principali punti turistiche di Roma. Le finestre affacciano direttamente su dei cassonetti dell'immondizia. Quindi aprire le finestre può rappresentare una sfida... Inoltre il divano letto matrimoniale non è assolutamente comodo (materassino quasi inesistente e inclinazione del letto troppo accentuata).

• Will (10/5): Excelente la verdad el lugar muy lindo todo super súper bien lo demás . - Todo el lugar muy lindo, la verdad súper excelente 😊 Que me cobró 6 euros por cada día por persona, y como éramos 4 por 4 días pues son 96 euros a mayores aparte de lo pagado en booking y eso no los esperaba, me dice que fue por turista algo así, cabe mencionar que hice el chek in a las 10 y ahí decía que después de las 3 entonces no sé si fue por eso o esos 6 euros por cada día los cobran en todo lado y otra cosa los colchones pero al igual son pasables.

• alice (7/5): Roma a piedi - Comodità per ogni posto, con il bus si arriva direttamente dalla stazione e in 10 minuti a piedi sei in centro. Camera principale molto spaziosa e accogliente. Accoglienza ottima La cura dei dettagli internamente non era il massimo.
• MARGARIDA (5/5): A cidade é maravilhosa e pudemos visita-la bastante graças à localização do alojamento! - Localização excelente, aproximadamente 15-20m a pé de qualquer atração turística, Vaticano, Fontana Trevi, castel Sant Ângelo e outras! O apartamento um pouco antigo, as camas das crianças bastante desconfortáveis! As toalhas de banho eram muito pequenas! O apartamento estava limpo, mas sem cheirar a limpo! Aspecto razoável!

The sofa bed mattress was of very poor quality and sunken in parts. We had to get a maintenance man out twice to fix the toilet flush and with 5 people in the apartment needing to use the toilet wasn’t good at all when couldn’t flush it.

• Elijah (6/5): Pleasant - It was disappointing to have shown up and the entire property was not cleaned, leaving us to have to leave the apartment for the afternoon and not be able to check in until night.

• Krupa (9/5): Lovely stay, friendly host. - Close to the city, near a bus station and lovely neighbourhood. The room was clean, fresh, all facilities were available as mentioned. Host was very friendly. The communication through Whatsapp was easy and convenient. It's a bit of a walk from the train station, so would suggest taking the bus. The only thing missing was the view through the windows. We had to look out on the garbages. So we kept our curtains closed. But that's about it.
• Benjamin (9/5): Amazing location and quite comfortable - Absolutely incredible location for the cost. Walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, and if you like long walks, the Colosseum. Very clean and pretty spacious even with 5 people. Lot's of good food options minutes walk away. The only issue we faced was internet access. Data signal in the apartment was very weak or non-existent, and the WiFi failed on multiple occasions. However, the hosts were responsive and relatively quick to help resolve the issue.
• Erin (7/5): Overall great place to stay in Rome. A/C was CLUTCH in July! - Close to everything, great location, clean, and great price. I’d recommend this apartment for everyone. One bathroom was a little tough, but nothing too bad. Beds were not great.

• Janice (10/5): Great location to explore Rome by foot. - Location was central to all major tourist stops - Colosseum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Trastevere were all within 15-32 minute walk from the apartment. Very clean. Enough towels provided. Dishwasher and washing machine were in the apartment. Clothes drying rack present. Sofa bed in living room was very uncomfortable. Could use a board to go underneath. Bed in bedroom was okay, but would benefit from a mattress topper.
• Melissa (6/5): Great location but dirty - The location is great. We walked everywhere. The beds are uncomfortable and the mattress in the pull-out couch is dirty, the floors were really dirty and some of the pots and pans didn’t work on the induction stove (the converter plates were warped and didn’t work) which made it difficult to cook for a family of 5.
• Anonymous (8/5): A great base close to many of the famous places in Rome. - Was able to have 5 people in total across two different spacious rooms which was great. Had cooking facilities so we were able to make breakfast in the morning. Location was perfect for travelling to famous landmarks such as the Vatican and Castel Sant’Angelo. Air conditioning was also a lifesaver for the summer heat. Second door was a bit difficult to operate.
• Pawan (8/5): A value for money stay - The apartment is decent size, clean and well furnished. The location is just near the river and at walkable distance to several tourist attractions like Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps etc. The supermarket, restaurants and shopping area are all nearby. The hosts were there to hand over the keys to us at checkin time. They also explained details about the apartment. The apartment was on first floor with staircase access and hence needed suitcases to be lifted up. There is a washing machine but no dryer or cloth stand to dry the clothes.

• Paul (6/5): Pleasant - The location was ok because it’s close to the city centre. The view from the bedroom overlooked the bins. I believe it would have been nice to be informed that during the weekend music would be played until midnight if not longer, making it impossible to have a good nights sleep. Especially because I specifically asked for an apartment in a quite area. The pull out bed in the living room was uncomfortable. The bathroom at times had an uncomfortable smell.

• Jessica (9/5): Very nice and clean Apartment in the center of Rome - The Apartment had enough space for the 3 of us. We are all keen on a clean apartment and noone of us had any complaints on the cleanliness. It was very clean and confortable. The Airconditioning in the bed and living room made a big change. It was a relieve to come into the cooled apartment after a day in 32 degeers C. The apartment is located in the center of Rome and we walked everywhere from here. we spend 3 nights and didnr need to take a taxi or bus once. Also a lot of restaurants and shops close by. We would defined book the Apartment again and refer it to our friends and family. The card payment did not work for us but the owner showed very trustful and communication was great so figuring put the payment was no problem.
