• Birute (7/5): - Place was greate, in the center, near to metro The shower is inconvenient. The whole room fills with water. There is also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. There are no outlets near the stove or the microwave either. To use them, you have to run an extension cord across the entire room.

• László (6/5): Autentikus - Nápoly szívében található. Kényelmes az ágy, viszonylag jól felszerelt. Volt vendégváró apróság az asztalon. Sajnos sehogysem sikerült fűtést bekapcsolni. Kissé fénytelen, de sokat nem voltunk a lakásban. Mikró jó lenne és valamiféle filcpapucs esetleg, de ez csak ötlet.

Además nos dejaron algunas cosas para desayunar y tambien nos permitieron dejar los bolsos antes de tiempo El apartamento en si es muy oscuro y, al estar en pleno centro, es bastante ruidoso. Además tuvimos un problema con el lavavo qué perdía agua y dando vueltas nunca lo vinieron a resolver, mas alla de eso disfrutamos de nuestra estadia

Sehr nette Personal , total aufmerksam , schnelle Kommunikation auch über WhatsApp . wir sind nachts eingereist und es war kein Problem , die haben alles dafür organisiert damit wir selbst einchecken könnten. Man hat alles gehabt, was man brauchen könnte, frische Handtücher, Küche war mit wichtigste Sachen ausgestattet, wir haben 2 Räume bekommen, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Es war typische Altbau was für Touristen interessant ist. Da es sehr zentral war, war nachts sehr laut , aber dafür kann Vermieter nichts tun. -Wir könnten Klima nicht einschalten - das Bad sollte vielleicht repariert werden, da es nach Duschen Wasser im ganzen Bad gelaufen ist und musste man jedes Mal ganze Bad putzen

Communication with the host was excellent – they were always reachable, incredibly helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The apartment is right in the heart of the city, yet located on a quiet street and secured with an extra gate, which made it feel very safe (for a female traveller). The place was spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation and would happily return on my next visit to Napoli.

• Laura (7/5): Good - Great location in the middle of Spaccanapoli: we could easily reach everything. The bed was quite comfy and the bathroom recently renovated with a nice shower. Nice biscuits and jams were available and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials -just missing a kitchen towel. We never met the host but he was always available to answer questions via whatsapp and very affable. He also provided many useful tips about places to visit and restaurants to try. The check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We really appreciated the flexibility about check-in and check-out hours. The flat could use a more thorough cleaning - kitchen area and bathroom especially. The bathroom was missing hangers and/or shelves for towels and toiletry bags. The neighbors were often very noisy at night -luckily I had some earplugs with me.

I was there in 30+ degree weather so there being an AC was amazing. Self check in and the owners responses to messages were very fast! Thanks again! On of those building where you can hear everything going on outside, so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper!

One bedroom with small kitchen, in the middle of the pedestrian aera of Napoli City Center. Really a Key Location. The access with Code to the flat was very easy & good. Explanation s by what s app precious too. Unfortunatly the bathroom with toilets was extremly small. No possibility to move as 2-3 m2.

Excellent recommendations from host for local food/drink/activities. Those with mobility issues may struggle with stairs and low doorways.

Walk up the steps to the room was tough, but that's the nature of the buildings. Hot water was non-existent and the cold water is very very cold.

The bathroom could have some more privacy and the - Location, good conditioning system, comfortable bed, the apartment owner was very nice and friendly, was always ready to help. The shower is a bit small, the drain in the bathroom needed everyday cleaning so water could go down to sewerage. Also we didn’t find any sharp knives for cutting food.

You get an authentic experience of Napoletana life living here. The neighbours are lovely. The shower is a bit cramped but get over it, the location is too good to miss.

Everything needed for a short stay - coffee, treats, small kitchen, good wi-fi connection, hair dryer, iron, etc. Easy contactless check-in/check-out process and a polite, kind and responsive host who gave us some good recommendations. The room and some of the amenities are a bit old, but it is still good value for money.

• Valentina (7/5): Good - the host was a really cool, down-to-heart and flexible guy. He gave us some good pieces of advice and he made all he could to meet our needs. It went all swimmingly smooth! Cannot really complain about anything in particular :) the thing that struck me the most was neighbourhood: they were super curious yet respectful. Cool people! the property was just fine :) The only thing I can say it’s to follow the host tips so that you avoid tourist traps. But beware of the prices and ‘unwritten rules’ (e.g. grabbing coffee the Italian way and not sitting - coz they’ll rip you off!). Other than that, enjoy your vaccay!
• Alison (10/5): Perfect place for a few days in Naples. - We loved this apartment. The location was excellent. The small appartment was clean and well equipped. We were grateful for the air con as even in September it was very hot! It was good value for money. It felt like an authentic Neapolitan experience. Excellent communication from the host who helped me with some logistics and advice. Nothing. The apartment is perfect for a few days in the city. It's up some steep stairs which felt hard going at times but we managed fine.
• Didier (4/5): The price is too expensive for the quality. - very well located. good climatization. SPOILER: IT’S NOT A PALAZZO just a simply flat !! There wasnt hot water in the bathroom, we had to take shower with really cold water and the bathtub was really tiny, and it was dangerous to wash himself. The breakfast was really light for the price (184€/2 days +10€ (tax)) From the sofa-bed, we see the exterior. There is no intimity at all, we heard everything and everyone can hear us.
