• Ernest (7/5): - El apartamento es acogedor, limpio y está más o menos cerca del centro. La atención del personal es muy buena a través de WhatsApp y el acceso al piso es muy cómodo con la app. No me gustó la dificultad para encontrar aparcamiento, la ducha minúscula, la tostadora la enchufamos y saltó la luz... Por no decir que no hubo manera de hacer funcionar la calefacción, pasamos un poco de frío.
• Maria (9/5): - La llegada autónoma y la ubicación La calefacción no estaba encendida y nos dimos cuenta fuera de horario de atención. No fue dramático pues conseguimos encontrar la manera de encenderla tras un rato. Pero dado que todavía hace frío hubiera estado bien encontrarla encendida o que hubiera indicaciones de cómo encenderla/apagarla.
• Karl-Heinz (7/5): Tolle Lage aber extrem laut - Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum war toll. Die Wohnung ist extrem laut, sowohl im Haus als auch außerhalb...fast jede Nacht zwischen 0 und 2 Uhr wurden direkt am Haus Container gewechselt. Das Bett in einem Schlafzimmer knarrt bei jeder Bewegung total laut. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen...es schließt keine Innentür normal. Die Heizung war ausgeschaltet und in der Wohnung leider keine Instruktion zur Inbetriebnahme...die Kommunikation zur Inbetriebnahme war etwas umständlich und zeitaufwendig ( dabei hätte der Hinweis auf der Betätigung des Mode Button gereicht ). Der TV hatte leider nur spanische Programme und die auch ohne einen Sportkanal...vielleicht lassen sich wenigstens für deutsche Touristen ARD und ZDF einrichten.
• Carolina (10/5): - Buena ubicación, piso muy acogedor y hogareño El primer día al salir del alojamiento y regresar me di cuenta que la cerradura automática no habría . Así que abri con la física . Supone que por eso habrían dejado la física en el recibidor . Muy bonito ese estilo de todo automatizado pero siempre se debe tener como opción usar a total dispositivos las llaves físicas

• Ana Paula Sol (8/5): Amplio y equipado pero cama incómoda - El apartamento era amplio y estaba muy bien equipado Las camas eran incómodas. Colchón deformado y rechinaban las camas
• Sofia (9/5): Apartamento ideal - La ubicación es excelente, el apartamento es muy cómodo. La cocina cuenta con todos los implementos. Tiene dos balcones. Queda muy central en un barrio residencial con supermercados, restaurantes, lavanderias y medios de transporte cerca. Los anfitriones son muy atentos y la llegada es autónoma. Volveria sin duda! La luz es muy blanca, preferiría luces un poco más cálidas, pero es un gusto personal. De resto todo está muy bien :)

• Jessica (8/5): Apartamento limpio y céntrico - El apartamento está limpio y bien cuidado. La ubicación es céntrica. Las camas son cómodas, pero hacen mucho ruido. Las camas hacen mucho ruido y el suelo de parquet también. No apto para gente con el sueño ligero.

• Kevin (8/5): A great holiday in a very good apartment. - Location very good, great supermarkets close by, also bakeries and small cafes. Staff polite and patient. Apartment is in a very community based area. There is an underground metro stop nearby and also a bus stop. City centre about fifteen minutes walk. Very clean area . Apartment is very well maintained. Some steep hills to get to property, if you're walking. But there are street escalators available to help you up.Can be noisy early morning when rubbish and recycle bins are emptied. Bathroom is compact.
• Josephine (5/5): You paid for location and a bit of space. - The location is conveniently located near the pedestrian escalator, so it's easy access coming up from Old Town. While location is convenient, the first floor apartment is really noisy. Perhaps this is a feature of Bilbao city, rubbish trunk were collecting rubbish all the time and any time of the day. The noise of the trunk, the noise of the motor lifting the garbage boxes, and the shouting of the workers... It was really really loud even if you close the windows. And it's August, hot summer, you can't really close all windows to sleep... And all the beds in the house were squeaking...

• Gai (9/5): - Appartamento accogliente vicino a due supermercati e vicinissimo alla fermata dell'autobus il nr.28 che porta al centro( dalxsalotto si vede la fermata) e della metro. Appartamento accessoriato di tutto.

• Corelius (7/5): Clean, cosy, tough location on the hilltop, very convenient in relation to metro and city centre. - The location in relation to the city centre and other attractions was good. The place was neat, clean and very tidy. It had all the necessary equipment. Very close to the Uribarri Metro Station. Very noisy location with the rubbish bins just outside the window being emptied at 02:00 in the morning and lots of people talking loudly on the pavements. Double glaze windows would've been better. Located on a hill with a steep incline - tough to get there with large suitcases. Very small shower!
• Agnes (9/5): A perfect base for a Bilbao discovery break - A lovely apartment close to the centre but quiet enough to get rest. Very clean, nice touch of coffee, tea and little chocolates, thank you. Excellent communication throughout. N/A, we were very happy costumers. Of note the shower is for a normal weight guest. Anyone significantly overweight may find it a tight squeeze.
• Ioanna (10/5): Lovely stay in Bilbao - Just a gorgeous little apartment that is surprisingly spacious, really clean, and nicely decorated. We really had everything we needed. The location is actually quite nice because you can just walk to the old town easily by foot or take a bus. There are also many elevators in Bilbao, so even coming back at night by foot while being a little tired is not a problem.
• Adora (9/5): Superb - It's clean and kitchen has basic stuff we needed to make home cooked meals. There is a fish market, fresh fruit and vegetables and a supermarket all within minutes away. It is a busy area so a bit noisy most specially at night but we managed to sleep well. You can walk anywhere from here all within reasonable distance but there is also a bus stop and metro station close to the property. Communication with owner is.via whatsapp and they responded to quiries quickly.

Apartment was spotless , little extra touches like umbrellas ( which were very necessary!) chocolates, coffee capsules were appreciated. Great communication and a very good tip to use urban lockers to store baggage between vacating and going to the airport If I'm picky then shower was a bit of a challenge but that's the way the apartment was designed so can't really complain and I'm not particularly big so not much of a problem
• Eamonn (8/5): Comfortable and functional apartment for a short stay - Liked the apartment, the locale, the various bars and restaurants nearby. It was only up one flight of stairs but for those with cases (or knee problems) there’s also a lift. The virtual door key was the first time I’d encountered such a facility but it worked well. Apartment has two fine bedrooms with double beds, a small living room and decent, well-appointed kitchen. It’s up a hill so be aware of that if on foot. One way of accessing it though, provides a handy escalator (if crossing the river near the town hall). Otherwise there is a metro station round the corner. Once you’re familiar with the entrances to these stations, you’ll recognise it (I walked past it several times initially). It will require changing lines at Casco Viejo - a simple matter for anyone familiar with metro systems. On foot or public transport, it is child’s play to get to the apartment or to exit for the day to visit Bilbao itself. Everything was absolutely fine except for the shower. It’s quite tiny and the shower head faces away from you. Try as you might, no matter how many times you turn it to spray you, it will defiantly turn back and wash the wall instead. A small matter but one which needs addressed.
• Julie (9/5): A wonderful short break in a small city that is very easy to get around. I would be happy to return. - The apartment was well located in a residential area but only 15 mins walk downhill to the old town. On the walk back up one of the street has 4 escalators at the steeper point so it was effortless. The apartment was spotlessly clean with highly polished wood floors, comfortable beds and wonderful cosy bedding. Plenty of drawer space and a hanging rail in one of the bedrooms.The windows all had outside metal roller blinds which meant the rooms could be kept very dark. It was warm and cosy and the heating worked well (we travelled in February). Everything needed for a short stay was provided, there was a kettle, microwave and hob, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and board, coffee pods and milk, all cleaning products (washing up liquid and cloths), shampoo, hand wash and shower gel and lots of fluffy towels. I can't think of anything that was missing apart from tea bags (but being British I took my own anyway!). I was worried about the instructions to access the apartment as they seemed complicated but it was actually easy to get in using the digital key but you do need to use your smart phone at this point. Once in the apartment a set of keys were provided. The apartment was located on the corner of two roads which created some noise from pedestrians passing underneath but the roads are not busy and there was little traffic.
• Patricia (6/5): Shower drain clogged - The furniture was new. The shower drain was clogged. The water was in the ankle and it was disgusting to see the water overflowing. On the first day in the apartment we reported to the staff and sent pictures about the problem. He said that he would fix it, but nothing happened. I reported each day about this issue in the apartment, however the staff completely ignored me and we had to take a shower under that condition. There was only one fan in the apartment, and it was too warm. We asked for a second fan as we were in two bedrooms and apartment. Also this request was ignored.
