• Jordan (10/5): Great place, great host! - The accomodation was amazing value for money and only 5 minutes from the metro station. The host was also so helpful and friendly, allowing us to exceed the checkout time! Definitely recommend staying here! No complaints whatsoever!

• Eduardo Tomazzoni (3/5): Very disappointing; the place fell far short of our expectations due to too many issues. - The mattress was large and very comfortable. Also, the location was excelent for the purpose of our trip. The bathroom towels were new and of great quality. Unfortunately, we experienced a series of issues during our stay that affected our comfort and overall enjoyment: To begin with, the listing implies that it's a full private space with a bedroom and bathroom, but it's actually a room connected to the house where the host lives. The photos and description don’t make this clear, and even create a misleading impression by stating that “each room includes a tea and coffee maker” while showing a picture of the coffee pot in a nice little sitting area, which turned out to be a shared entrance hall. Another issue was when the host told us not to worry about closing the curtains on the large glass wall in the bedroom and bathroom, because the glass was mirrored on the outside. We checked, and that was not true at all. Even during the day, you could see part of the bedroom and bathroom from the street if the curtains were raised. It also really bothered me that at night we could hear the host’s television on until after midnight, and there was light coming in from another room through a high interior window above the bed until 1am. We had to get up early the next day, and this disrupted our night. To make matters worse, when my wife went to take a shower in the morning, the water was freezing. I had taken a perfectly normal hot shower the night before, so I found it strange. I turned it off and on and let the water run for a long time, but it still didn’t heat up. I tried contacting the host, but nothing. I sent messages and even called her twice, but got no answer. I didn’t get a response until literally more than 10 hours after we had checked out. On top of that, even though the listing says “non-smoking rooms,” the entrance hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, likely coming from elsewhere in the house. And in the end we also had no access to the coffee and tea facilities mentioned in the listing.

• María (9/5): Great stay! Our host allowed us to leave bags before checkin and also after checkout! She was very responsive to our nee - Good location No kitchen available, just a bedroom in a shared apartment
• Marc-andré (7/5): Good value place in Milan - We only stayed one night (short stay). The host was very friendly, responsive in messages as well. Gave us recommendations where to eat, etc. and punctual. The place was very clean, everything as stated. The place smell quite a bit of cigarette despite claiming non-smoking. I am unsure if because of previous guests or other reason. Unfortunately it was difficult because of my allergy. That’s the only negative.

• Mihai (7/5): Good - Locations was good, close to Metro/tramway Comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice towels Host was nice, helpful Good WIFI The room is on the ground floor, so you can hear any noise from the street, every person walking and talking. If you want to have a rest good sleep this is not it :(
