• Bahia Pereira (10/5): - Um dos flats melhor equipados que já estivemos. O prédio é antigo, mas o interior do apartamento é completamente reformado. A escolha foi pela localização, que te permite estar muito perto de bons restaurantes a noite, e a cerca de 20-30min de caminhada dos melhores monumentos (sem contar que no caminho se vê muitas outras atrações). A anfitriã foi super solícita. É preciso ter em mente que trata-se de um flat, e não de um hotel. Fizemos compras em supermercado próximo para preparar nosso café da manhã e um jantar. Nada a reclamar.
• Nalencia (9/5): Lovely - Extremely clean, well maintained apartment. We loved the location, Trastevere is a fantastic place to stay. We thought it was a good walkable distance from all major sites. If you aren’t able to climb stairs with your luggage it might be difficult, but this wasn’t an issue for us

• Rebeca (10/5): - La comunicación fue muy fácil y rápida. Estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado (al menos para nosotros, que somos muy activos y no nos importa caminar mucho para hacer turismo). Las instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones, además de ser muy cómodas y estar muy muy limpias.
• Özkan (10/5): wir sind so glücklich die wohnung gefunden zu haben, wenn wir dürfen kommen wir gerne wieder.. - perfekte lage, zu fuss fast alles erreichbar, über whatsapp gruppe hatten wir immer support.. wir wurden vom flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder zum flughafen gebracht. super ruhig und bequem zum schlafen. die wohnung war sehr sauber, wir haben uns richtig zu hause gefühlt.

El proceso de check-in fue muy sencillo y la comunicación con las anfitrionas fue excelente en todo momento. La ubicación era muy buena y todo estaba bien organizado. • sarah (9/5): - Gorgeous apartment ultra modern with all facilities you could need.Loved the extra bits like the slippers and umberellas...Having the bath after a tiring day in rome made it extra special The property wasnt as near to the attractions as we thought so walking took longer than anticipated we got ubers a lot just something to bear in mind if you have tickets booked
• Michael (10/5): Fantastic apartment in a great location. - Superb apartment, nicely decorated with good facilities. Bed was comfortable, location was fantastic - close to major sites and very close to a large restaurant area. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I asked for clean towels on my second day as they were still wet and was told they are usually only changed every three days. Hosts accommodated anyway but quizzed me as to why I needed new towels.

• Sanela (10/5): 10/10 - We loved everything! Communication was 10/10. Patty and Veronica allowed us to store our luggage and check in earlier as our flight was super early. They also organized us a private transport back to the airport which was so comfortable and amazing. Patty and Veronica leave a very amazing list of where to eat which we utilized and were not disappointed. All the food was superb. The flat was clean, Comfortable with the most luxurious towels. Keysless entry very easy to use. Location is perfect and very quiete at night. We walked everywhere. 10/10 recommend.

Place looks exactly like the pictures, peaceful, luxury feel and clean! Very short walk to many great food places in the lovely Trastevere area!!! If your looking for a place that feels like home, has pretty much everything you need with a short walk to many attractions and wonderful hosts that care about your stay..... this is it!! many stairs to go up to unit with big luggage and no lift. Lights were off in hallway at night so had to use phone to see, maybe I missed the switch.
• Adrien (10/5): Séjour fabuleux, dans un cadre parfait - Un logement très qualitatif à la hauteur de nos attentes, Patrizia et Veronica seront au petit soins pour vous. En plus de son emplacement idéal dans le quartier de Trastevere, les équipements sont neufs, l’appartement est propre et décoré avec gout. Une ambiance cocooning où il fait bon vivre et qui nous donne envie d’y retourner dès que possible. Rien à redire, tout était parfait.
• Maria (10/5): Die wirklich beste Unterkunft in Rom wenn man abseits des Trubels wohnen möchte und dennoch in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum - Die Wohnung ist total ruhig, absolut modern, extrem sauber und in 5 Minuten ist man mitten im Geschehen. Wir wurden schon während der Anreise mit dem Check in betreut. Alles klappte wunderbar. Mit der WhatsApp Gruppe hatten wir unsere Gastgeber Patty und Veronica immer bei uns. • Philipp (10/5): Lovely privately owned apartment - We had a great stay here in hot, crowded July. The hosts were there for us if we needed them with some good local knowledge and advice but not intrusive. Still felt good to know they're available in case we did have issues. Place itself is just as nice as the pictures suggest. Freshly renovated, great AC, fridge (no freezer), nice tub+ shower. Basic amenities (soap/shower gel/shampoo, coffee/tea) provided. Location is decent we used both busses and taxis and it wasnt too long of a walk to get to various bus stops. Trastevere is quite close and nice. Neighborhood is quiet and nice. We escaped the heat around noon here every day and then headed out again for the late afternoon. Really no complaints. U can tell the hosts put some effort into making it comfortable and at the price point it felt hugely more luxurious than the hotels. No issues with the key app/website although u do have to submit some data it is legit and works fine

• Maria (10/5): Great place and great hosts - One of the major USPs for this place is the location. It is literally a max 30 minute walk from most major attractions. There's an abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars at your doorstep too. The apartment itself is quiet, super clean, modern and beautifully decorated. A very comfortable bed too. The hosts for us were a particular highlight - Patty and Veronica were very responsive before and throughout our stay for any queries we had. They went above and beyond in assisting us on checkout day with our luggage. I would definitely come back! Nothing.
• Eric (10/5): Incredible flat in a great location. - The flat looks to have been recently renovated to an incredible finish. Everything looks new inside and very modern. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it did look like it contained everything you needed should you wish to cook. Everything was great, literally not one complaint. The hosts were contactable via WhatsApp and made us feel welcome and provided many recommendations. The location was really good too, we walked from the flat everywhere, plus a few great options right around the corner. If I visit Rome again, I'll definitely book here again without a doubt. Thank you so much! Nothing to mention at all.

• Amelia (9/5): Superb - Good: - perfect location (walking distance of most of the attractions) - Short walk to restaurants and bars - The apartment is very nice and clean - host very responsive Small thing: - took a bit of time to link to open the door work (the host needed to let us in since on the night of our arrival the link to open the door wasn't working) - but once it was fixed (the next day morning), there, there were no other issues.

Hosts were above and beyond. Aways available for any problems. Stayed in 5 cities across spain, france, italy on this trip. This place was easily the best. Highly recommend.
• Brigid (10/5): Lovely, inspiring & stimulating visit to Rome. Felt welcomed & looked after by our hosts in TRASTEVERE Urban sui - Bright, airy spacious apartment with the luxury of a large bath. Apartment is well equipped & very clean. Felt very secure & safe. Our hosts Patty & Veronica were very helpful with travel & local advise & ensuring that everything was satisfactory in the apartment. Location in TRASTEVERE is wonderful for exploring the cobblestone streets, restaurants & local cuisine. What’s not to like!! Third floor wasn’t an issue for us, yet! But would be challenging for someone with mobility issues…. as there isn’t a lift.

Great communication from the hosts, a really pleasant stay! Nothing really. A few stairs to go up with luggage but that’s about it.

The location was perfect, quiet street just a 5 min wal - Great location on a quiet street, very spacious, responsive hosts with great local suggestions, well stocked, easy entry, AC worked great Everything was great aside from the pillows, fluffier pillows / extra choices would be great!
• Kerry (7/5): Clean and well appointed property in a decent location. - The property was very clean and well appointed and the abundance of coffee pods was much appreciated. Gaining entry was over complicated. The owner greeted us which was much appreciated but as we innocently wheeled our bags in we were criticised for leaving wheel marks on the floor! I get and appreciate being house proud but given the property is offered to travellers I found that interesting.

There were no problems with check-in or check-out. Veronica and Potty were great hosts, always ready to help. Overall, that was lovely time at the place. :) No issues.
• Errol (10/5): wonderful location to river ,restaurants, transport, beautiful area everything walking distance - The location was fabulous apt design very classy ,the rooms were spacious spotlessly clean so quiet for sleeping with windows closed, great aircon, Netflix and large tv a bonus, the security on front door was excellent on apt easy to use, neighbours were loverly bed spacious and very comfortable loved the internet chargers supplied communication with host was easy and friendly also info left about area was great! Have to say we would have liked to have been informed we were overlooking a jail we had keep one window closed facing it due to the noise and privacy we had no idea there was visual into apt until I googled the jail after excepting the jail next door we had no problem settling in.Safe supplied was useless due it not been attached to anything could be picked easily to remove Just a note luv tea and coffee ect left but NO milk arriving late not knowing area we had buy from cafe would have been a nice touch as other BNBS we've stayed before!

Host was incredibly helpful making sure we had everything we needed, and even booked us a private driver to the airport when we left.

• Anonymous (10/5): Fantastic! - There was such good communication from the host, always available to help with anything, including public transport; restaurant recommendations etc. The facilities were stunning & definitely catered for our coffee needs (enough pods & machine provided). The property is very well located (close to Trastevere & popular sight) and so easy to get to and from.
• Juliana (10/5): It’s even better than the pictures! - There is no better word to describe Patty’s suite and her service than flawless: she had thought about everything. The suite is beautiful and wonderfully kept: clean, every appliance working great, and very easy check in. Patty was really helpful and even arranged towel change and cleaning service since we stayed for more than a week. Trastevere is a very nice neighborhood. In less than 20/30 min walk you can get to most tourist attractions in Rome and still come back to a peaceful and not crowded area to rest. I’d recommend to anyone, specially someone that aims to work and travel like me. Though to answer, since everything was perfect . Just a very minor comment: while the apartment is fully renovated, the entrance of the building is quite old and not well kept. A better lightening arrangement and some paint would do great
• Havneet (10/5): Exceptional - We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed at the urban suite. The owners were great and always made sure we had everything we needed from transportation to restaurant recommendations in the area. The unit was clean and had everything you could need. The location is also great, just steps from many great restaurants. Highly recommend staying here. Rome is a difficult city to catch a taxi so expect to walk a lot which we did not mind. The suite is close to the main road which is a plus. The suite requires a key to enter the building so do not forget the key in the suite or risk being locked out. However, the owners can buzz you in.
• Husna (10/5): Exceptional - The host was the best part about rhis apartment she made us feel so welcome and was really helpful and quickly attending to what ever we needed help with and went the extra mile to help us when we faced with a difficulty The aprtment was very charming with lovely little touches like the bedroom slippers and a list of restaurants nearby to try and itinerary of things to do in rome and a box of snacks The apartment had everything you needed also the large flat screen tv witch had netflix prime video and YouTube was a definite plus The location was superb it was a very lively area with people our and about and little restaurants and bars ipen till late so it felt very safe also withing walking distance to almost all of the sights The booking sight should mention that there is no elevator and that the apartment is on the 3rd floor but the host semt someone to help us out with the luggage

• Coralie (10/5): Exceptional - The position of the apartment was very convenient for bars, restaurants and sightseeing. It was also within easy walking distance for visiting our son. Trastevere is such a vibrant and evocative area. The apartment is exceptionally well appointed and stylish. The air-conditioning was particularly welcome in the heat of July. The flat was very quiet. We slept well with no outside disturbance. Would thoroughly recommend. We had a wonderful few days. Nothing not to like!
