• Sheila (7/5): Overall a great stay - Lovely big apartment. Lovely linen and towels. Very helpful staff via phone. Was great having the washer and dryer, lovely views. Close to shops and restaurants. Water in kitchen didn’t work when shower being used.very low pressure even when nothing else used. A few of the drawer fronts are loose. Oven pans were dirty and greasy. Couldn’t have managed the hill without a car.
• Caroline (6/5): Wouldn’t return to this accommodation - Location excellent, really beautiful house. Comfortable beds and great views. Absolutely filthy dirty. I was shocked at how dirty this house was. Clean bedding and towels . But the whole apartment was disgustingly filthy. Whoever cleaned this place did a poor job.

• Anthony (6/5): Views spectacular - The view and spacious living room. The apartment bathroom ensuite shower was very dirty. Limited bathroom supplies provided. Limited kitchen supplies provided. Cutlery drawers, dirty. Informed we could check in a bit earlier but then not able due to ib the day due to cleaning.

• Emily (7/5): Good - Property is in a great location. Up a short hill from town but great views. Nice pools to use as well. A large deck and living space for a group. Easy walk to Woolworths and easy to cook in. Nice to have a secure garage as well. Although the downstairs bedrooms were nice, I wouldn’t call the upstairs room a bedroom. Seems like it was originally designed to be an office or second lounge as it only has 2 sliding doors. No power points in the room (except each side table had a lamp?) also the single beds are on wheels and slid all over the place.

• Eleanor (7/5): Good - Loved the swimming pools and view! The townhouse was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating for 6 adults. Would have just loved a BBQ on the balcony so we could cook out on the deck! Property just needs some maintenance! Ceiling fans weren't working and need a good clean. Balustrade on stairs was loose. Showers are touchy and taps need tightening.

• Toma (10/5): Specious apartment with stunning views - Comfortable beds, such a specious apartment! Three bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, laundry room with a rail to dry out clothes. Big and comfortable couches. Balcony downstairs and huge balcony upstairs with stunning views. Plenty of storage. Large table for family to sit together. Toiletries were a bit too small amounts A kitchen towel would be helpful. Otherwise all perfect.
• Richie (7/5): It was nice and spacious but ruined by the main bathroom being locked and not accessible. - Nice size The main bathroom was locked and we couldn’t access it and the whole family had to use the ensuite bathroom. It wasn’t ideal and when paying for a three bedroom apartment it should have been accessible.

• Jan (8/5): Was great to spend time back in Airlie and your location is great. You’d have to implement our feedback suggestions in o - Great location, short walk to beaches and town centre. Enjoyed use of full kitchen facilities. As we are all great chefs. Good value for money for 3 couples. After 48hrs experienced irritated sinuses due to filthy/dusty AC units whose filters are in dire need of a clean. My husband opened the front of the AC in the ensuite and hundreds of dead moths and dust came tumbling out. I can send pics if the cleaners dont mention it. We also took pics of the dust hanging from the fan in same room before we cleaned it off. We arrived to a broken dining chair and stained sofa, repair was promised but never happened. Some of wanted to use the gym, reception was unmanned any time we attended and they were unhelpful over the phone. The key dropped off was for front door only. We weren’t keen on the twin ‘room’ snd 3rd bedroom being part of the lounge area. May we suggest allotting double towels per person for a 7 night stay. We realised on day 2 that we’d have to wash dry and reuse so its not really cost effective as we’re using water and electricity daily. Offering a towel change on day 4-5 isn’t enough. The ad states private pool and shows pics of Azure Sea resort so our hopes of townhouse with private pool were dashed and found it a little misleading.

• Yvonne (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing The place was very dirty Dishwasher was full open the door absolutely stunk One of the toilets someone hadn’t flush the toilet that is disgusting One of the showers downstairs look like it hadn’t been cleaned still had someone’s soap in it And when we went to get the place they had a pool, so that was great for my green kids, but went there and the pool was empty. Every think there was nothing but a stuff up from day one I would not recommend this place at all rang them and they couldn’t even call me back

• Neil (9/5): Loved the area. And available activities. - Loved the location & the views.layout & large balcony. The infinity pool.overall cleanliness The cleanliness of the whole townhouse. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned and there was fat n grease around the base of it on the tiles.
• Els (7/5): Good - There were no check-in instructions until I asked. There is 2 sites, one with houses and one with apartments and it was not easy to find out where we were supposed to be. Some equipment (oven, BBQ, cooking pans) were dirty.
• Price (8/5): Very good - We loved the huge balcony with sun chairs and water views The bathrooms were quite dated, the room upstairs with the twin beds as the beds were on wheels they moved around, the fan in the first bedroom was very noisy.

• Amanda (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect - an amazing view and in easy reach of everything in Airlie. It was a very roomy and comfortable apartment and very private. Beds were comfortable. It was great having room for 2 cars as well. A few things were broken which didn't impact our stay but would make the place a little better ie drawers in the upstairs bedroom and front door lock.
