- Edward (8/5): Nice Apartment in Valencia - The kitchen was well equipped with many different utensils. Cleanliness was a point that excels here. Good amount of space. Wifi worked well. The washer is located in a common area and shared by numerous apartments. It was either in use or had a finished load unattended when I wanted to do a load. The entrance to the building is not on the street listed in the confirmation. Without the exact instructions from the host, this could be difficult.

A good mix of family and young people (politecnico is 3 tram stops far) In between city center and seaside, very well serviced by public transports, renting a bike is an alternative option. The flat is very new and clean. WiFi fast and stable connection. We have been here for a week not as tourists. The flat is very small, we were two persons and one of us was out the whole day, so it was manageable, otherwise not. Missing bed and table lights. All the lights are all on or off , that’s it. There is a bed and a sofa, two fridges, too much in such small flat.
- Sabbion (7/5): Carino per qualche giorno massimo due persone - La possibilità di entrare in autonomia grazie ai codice è molto comodo. La posizione è strategica e comoda a vari servizi. La pulizia della stanza non era delle migliori. Il materasso era molto usurato e non molto comodo. La temperatura della caldaia era troppo elevata e non si poteva regolare, ci siamo scottati un paio di volta toccando i rubinetti.

Nagyon közel volt pékség, zöldséges, söröző, gyógyszertár, szinte azonnal teljesen otthon éreztük magunkat a környéken. Maga a szállás felszerelt, igényes, tiszta. Fernando nagyon kedves, kérdés esetén azonnal válaszolt és segített. Csak ajánlani tudom a szállást. Nem volt ilyen.
- Gyula (10/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van. Jó környéken. Éttermek, boltok, parkok pár perc sétára. Tömegközlekedés megállók is a közelben vannak. Busz, villamos, metro, pár percre van, igy a napi úti céljainkat könnyen és gyorsan elértük. Autóval nem ajánlom, mert a négy nap alatt amíg ott voltunk nem láttam szabad parkolóhelyet és napközben is már egymás elé parkoltak a helyiek. Szállás tökéletes egy pár számára, ágy hűtő asztal, kávéfőző evőeszközök stb minden volt. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

The location was also good in a nice area close to a pedestrian street with lovely tapas bars. A bit noisy, you could hear everything from the other apartments.

Din păcate curățenia lasă de dorit, vesela avea un miros foarte neplăcut, așternuturile păreau a fi curate, dar probabil am fost eu alergică la detergent sau praf. Ar fi indicat să se poată deschide geamul, noi am încercat dar nu am reușit.

Bed not comfortable , pillows were so so thin that was the biggest problem of the room , u need at least two of these but only one available . Le informazioni ricevute per l'ingresso erano chiare e semplice con l'accesso attraverso codice molto intuitivo, l'interno nuovo e molto pulito. L'appartamento di dimensioni discrete in generale era molto carino, pulito e con tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo e non c'era troppo rumore. La cucina attrezzata e il bagno con diversi cambi di asciugamani. Consigliato Non una nota negativa ma da tenere in considerazione, la posizione non è super centrale. Ci sono moltissimi mezzi in zona (fermata metro e tram a 5 min e autobus vicino) però a piedi poche cose di interesse sono raggiungibili

- Diana Maria (9/5): Muy bien - La ubicación estaba muy bien porque tienes una parada de bus a 4 min andando, el problema es que solo es la línea 10 pero va al centro por lo que genial por esa parte. Con respecto a la limpieza y la habitación en sí también hemos estado muy contentas. Que se escucha todo de los vecinos de apartamento, si tienes como nosotras la mala suerte de tener a alguien escandaloso a las 7:00 estás despierta porque pegaban porrazos... pero si tienes suerte de que te toque al lado alguien normal creo que bien, porque del otro lado no escuchábamos golpes

- Antonio (8/5): - Muy limpio. Perfectamente funcional. La ubicación, una vez te aprendes las opciones de transporte, vas a cualquier punto de Valencia sin problemas. En las inmediaciones se aparca bastante fácil.
- Chema (8/5): Estancia buena, apartamento limpio y calidad precio correcta. - Lo que más nos gustó fue que estaba limpio y el mobiliario muy moderno. Teníamos todo lo indispensable para poder calentar cosas en el microondas, gran cantidad de menaje y el baño muy nuevo. La dueña estuvo atenta y nos facilitó las instrucciones para poder acceder al apartamento. Quizás la distancia al centro pero eso ya lo sabíamos y lo que tampoco me gustó es que al haber comprado una nevera tan grande, la televisión no se ve bien ya que la tapa la nevera.

- Carolina (9/5): Apartamento comodo - La mujer que me atendió por teléfono muy atenta. Ningún problema para encontrar el apartamento y las indicaciones estaban clarísimas. Muy cerca de mi falla, así que me vino comodísimo, además para mí año de Fallera Mayor. Muy bien. Quizá que todo vaya con códigos... Esta muy bien porque no tienes que estar pendiente de quien lleva la llave. Pero algo molesto que tengas que memorizarlo.
- Carlos Jesus (8/5): ¡Viva Benimaclet! - Su situación es lo más, ¡Viva Benimaclet!, no está céntrico, ni cerca, pero es el sitio más autentico en el que puedes estar en Valencia capital. El apartamento muy completo y bien equipado. Aparcar en los alrededores fue fácil. La cama es un poco incómoda, así como el sofá, pero tampoco el apartamento es para usarlos mucho, así que nos dió un poco igual,

- Carolina (10/5): Súper cómodo, limpio y seguro. - El apartamento estaba súper limpio y cómodo. Todo nuevo y de primera. Me encantó que proven jabón para lavar la ropa y suficientes toallas para la estadía. Natividad es súper amable y me ayudó con todo el proceso de check in y extender mi estadía un día, ya que mi viaje se tuvo que extender. Ella provee ayuda sin problema y con mucha amabilidad. Lo único que no me encantó fue la ubicación. A pesar que Benimaclet es cerca de casi todo lo que quise visitar en Valencia, es un lugar más residencial. Hay suficientes lugares a distancias cortas pero el centro de la ciudad está a 30 minutos caminando aproximadamente.

Este cam departe de centru si de mijloacele de transport, dar zona este foarte frumoasa si linistita. Mi-a lipsit o oglinda mare sa ma vad in picioare, dar am folosit oglinzile din lift.

- Rey (10/5): - El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, limpisimo y todo recién reformado. Lo recomiendo. No puedo decir nada negativo, quizás un calefactor portatil para el baño,pero hay aire acondicionado/calefacción en la habitación asi que tampoco me puedo quejar.

Estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento desde mucho antes de nuestra llegada, y contestaba al instante nuestras dudas. El apartamento era muy completo, limpísimo y muy cómodo. - Barbara (3/5): - Vicino al vivace quartiere di benimaclet Vengo spesso a valencia e quasi sempre da sola. La sera del mio arrivo ho bruciato del pane nel microonde che ha fatto partire l allarme antincendio. Ho subito chiamato la struttura e la signorina che non parla inglese mi ha solo detto di aspettare. Dopo 20 minuti l allarme è cessato e dopo altri 10 minuti un watsup mi avvisava che il centro assistenza aveva provveduto a risolvere il problema. Nessu messaggio per verificare se io avessi avuto problemi o domande per capire come sia successo, nessuno che si sia fatto vedere..... Probabilmente hanno solo disattivato l allarme !!! Il fuoco è un evento molto pericoloso e trovo che il modo di affrontare un simile allarme sia da incoscienti e dimostri l assoluto disinteresse nei confronti dei clienti. Sono rimasta 4 giorni e non ho visto nessuno alla reception.

- Silvia (8/5): Valencia in famiglia - Comunicare con il proprietario è molto semplice e il check-in e il check-out sono veloci. La zona non è centrale ma servita con tantissimi mezzi di trasporto che permettono di raggiungere le varie attrazioni velocemente. Nei dintorni ci sono diversi negozietti e supermercati per fare la spesa. La cucina era ben attrezzata e si poteva cucinare. Il nostro appartamento era a piano terreno ma la zona era tranquilla e silenziosa. Wifi ha funzionato bene. Nella zona ci sono pochi ristoranti per cui per mangiare devi spostarti. La zona è un po' decentrata per cui bisogna sempre spostarsi con i mezzi.

Z drobiazgów Super żelazko, deska do prasowania i ładna łazienka :) W obiekcie były troszkę chłodno (myślę, że to zaleta w ciepłe miesiące, ale w lutym troszkę mniej).

- Stefan (10/5): Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit bei bestem Wetter - Ruhig, komfortabel, zentrale Lage zum Strand und zur Stadtmitte,S und U Bahn Station in der Nähe, Café und kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte ebenfalls ganz nah.
