- Monika (5/5): - Dobrá poloha hotelu jako výchozí místo k turistice. Velmi milý personál v restauraci. Nově zrekonstruovaná koupelna. Rozbitá police ve skříni na uložení věcí. Hlučnost v pokoji, který byl umístěn vedle kuchyně. Prakticky jsem zde kvůli konstatnímu hluku (i během noci ) raději ukončila pobyt předčasně.

- Pavla (1/5): - The approach of the manager - I booked 3 bed room w/ only 1 person occupancy over Booking.com. My daughter, who spent the whole week in Spinleruv mlyn teaching skiing and stayed elsewhere during her stay, decided to stay with me the last night in this room in the last moment. So basicly, what changed was the occupancy of the room from 1 to 2 people. When booking the room, the difference between 1 or 2 person occupancy was approx. 400,- CZK / night. So I expected to pay similar amount at the reception. What a surprise when they told me they want me to pay double the amount which I already paid for the room! I of course I objected and did not want to pay such a crazy amount for another person in already booked/paid room. But the manager insisted that I do have to pay the double ... I do travel a lot, all over the world and this, this was a really a unic experience to me - this lady just proved the bad reputation of hospitality services in Spindleruv mlyn, it just reminded me how greedy the people can be and that for them to ripp the customer off is the main intererst. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place due to their approach.

- Kratochvilova (10/5): - Skvělá poloha hned u sjezdovky. Byli jsme s dvouletým synem, byl nadšený z herničky. Neuvěřitelně milý personál. Hernička je v oddělené části restaurace, děti nikoho neruší a rodiče si mohou dát jídlo, zatímco si hrají. Hotel nám zdarma půjčil sáňky, nic nebyl problém. Moc hezká rekonstruovaná koupelna. Pokoj je veliký, 4 postele, i když je to dvoulůžák. Některé vybavení už by potřebovalo vyměnit (hlavně dveře od pokoje, nešly zavřít na kliku). Sauna byla v rekonstrukci, nevím, jestli jsem tuto informaci přehlédla, ale mám pocit, že na Bookingu to nikde nebylo uvedeno, ale nebyl to problém, zajeli jsme si do blízkého hotelu Horal.

- Zak (9/5): Next to ski lift; super nice staff - The location cannot be better if you just want to walk to the ski lift from the hotel-a 3-minute walk. But a bit away from shops, restaurants and bars. Thankfully there is one restaurant within the hotel, if you are not picky about the choices. The staff members are super nice and helpful. They really made me feel at home or being a friend of theirs. The warm hospitality effectively compensated the overall amenities that seem to be build during the communist time or on a low budget. But if you want to stay at a place next to the lift and be welcomed by the super nice staff, this can be your choice.

It's not the fanciest hotel you've ever visited in your life, but it overexceeds your expectations with other parameters, such as very nice breakfast, super nice friendly people, comfy rooms, peace, location, dog friendliness.... not often we give 10 stars and Lenka is not a 5 star luxury hotel, but we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT here and will for sure come again! nothing, really... even if there is something that is not perfect (and for sure there is), you don't really care......

- Ayato (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect, and you can go to the night ski directly from the hotel, takes only 5 min, and when it's too cold, you can come back to your room and drink hot tea, and then you can go back to ski again! It was just a little bit cold at night, so I would be happy if I could get one more blanket. But considering the cold mountain weather and the current energy prices, it's totally understandable :)
