• Astrid (8/5): Old style with character - It was a real time capsule of an old fashioned beach house, quite basic but with character. It was well equipped and suited us. It had a good number of toys for kids, a boogie board, a ball, plenty of crockery etc and kitchen utensils. There was quite a bit of rubbish lying around in the garden, broken furniture etc. The outside concrete steps were partially broken and a trip hazard.
• RUTH (8/5): Leah was exceptionally helpful when needed. It is an old house a bit like a rabbit warren but functional and comfortable - Location amazing. Comfortable beds, well stocked with kitchen equipment, plenty of hot water for seven people, large living area and back yard.

Great communication from the host who also went out of their way to make sure I could collect items I left behind. It’s an older property but that is clearly communicated in the description.
• Tracey (7/5): A home for a family, not so suitable for elderly and dog owners. - Beds were comfortable, the lounge area lovely and the kitchen was fine. No fencing for our dog and the house was generally quite run down. Broken tiles & door in toilet, no privacy in bathroom.

• Terpstra (1/5): Bad - Kitchen very well equipped & heating worked well!! Toilet especially and overall state of the property was absolutely shocking & should not be allowed on the market. The whole house is falling apart. Couldn't close toilet window which was jammed & so was very cold going to the toilet in the middle of the night. Toilet door was also falling apart & step outside toilet very badly damaged & could cause an accident. Also steps outside front door all broken, verandah roof is clearly falling apart etc. How can such a place be rented out?? Not very impressed at all, since we paid good money to rent the place!!! Floor corners very dirty with evidence of insects & slugs in the house!!! 😔
