• Rachel (6/5): Nice size apartment for our family of five. Everything thing was clean and comfortable for our stay. It was about a 15 m - Clean Comfortable Walking distance to shops TV stations didn’t work 👎🏻 Had to go through the app. Shower needs a caddie where you can put soap, shower & conditioner. Doesn’t feel good leaving products on floor.

• Claire (9/5): Great stay on outskirts of town! - Great property, maximised use of space without feeling overcrowded! We were a group of a couple, & 2x single friends and there was plenty of room. Outdoor area & bbq were great to have, as well as a fully fitted kitchen (utensils, crockery, glassware). About 15 minute walk into town, along paths so it is safe. We rented bikes during our stay which I would definitely recommend! So very minor but a couple of additional bin bags would be great!

• Michael (8/5): Simple and comfortable. - It did the job. Simple and comfortable. Nice. Maybe just some small things. A dust pan to pick up beach sand. A shelf in the shower for shampoo bottle etc.
• Andrea (9/5): Lovely apartment in the heart of Byron Bay. Cozy, spacious, luxury-sea kind of vibe makes this place special. Every deta - Design, spacious, luxurious, cozy, comfortable, clean When you shower water goes in the bathroom,bathrooms without windows, stained bedsheets(clean but stained)

• Mariana (10/5): Good environment - Bed was comfortable Utensils was good Location was good The toilet paper wasn’t enough for 6 people Neighbour of unit 5 was parking in our bay all the time - I thought was just for our unit. Clothes hanger was broken No bin bag extra at all
• Allie (7/5): Fit for purpose, great location but a little bit tired! - The location was convenient. Although we were only a short walk away from the town centre, you wouldn’t have known it from the location. Some parts of the accommodation were a bit tired or perhaps not receiving the attention and maintenance needed to keep up with the high traffic nature of rental accommodation. For example, the carpets were stained and the walls were marked up, unfortunately taking away some of the appeal of the accommodation.
• Theresa (3/5): Nice walk into town about 10 minutes. I would not return not a very welcoming feeling place. I would suggest a welcome p - Beds were good quality.couch was comfortable. We arrived late after long trip. Two night stay and two coffee pods between 4 people no milk . No shower mats, floor in shower very slippery when wet a shower mat would make a difference. Our bed sheets were not fitted so moved and two small to be tucked in to keep smooth.Cobwebs hanging above stairwell

• Kiara (7/5): Overall it was a good stay. Would stay here again ( if they get a new aircon) - Great space for a family !!! In a good location we worked into town everyday. Was about a 10 minute walk. Very clean!! The aircon was shocking. It was extremely dirty and didn’t work. Definitely needs to be upgraded.
• Annaliese (10/5): A little gem in Byron - Great apartment! Well fitted out with everything you need. Loved the bathroom products. Good location, comfy beds, pillows etc. Thank you for a lovely stay! Internet was non-existent which also meant no TV. We only stayed 2 nights so took the opportunity to disconnect but had we stayed longer that would have been a frustration and we would of been in touch to get it sorted. Was a little confused about the location to park on arrival, didn't know if we were meant to use garage or parking spot next to it. Once we spotted key box in parking spot we figured it out...may have been the jetlag 🤣
• Emanouel (5/5): Okay. - The inside was renovated and comfortable. Wifi did not work. Outside of the place was old and unrenovated. Parking car was narrow.

• Karen (8/5): A great apartment that ticks all of the boxes for a wonderful stay in Byron. - The apartment was well equipped, spacious, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Location was great and despite the apartment being in a complex that some people might regard as 'daggy,' the interior was really lovely. Having off street parking was also a bonus. We would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately the wifi did not work at all during our stay. Two different options were provided on two differing information sources. The accomodation provider was responsive at first, however the problem was not resolved and email responses from the provider ceased on Saturday afternoon despite us informing them that we still had no wifi. This was frustrating as two family members had work commitments that required wifi. Also, we would only book accommodation with wifi as we consider it an important factor, particularly at this price point.
• Sally (4/5): Would not stay here again - Inside of apartment was nice Outside of apartment was not nice, tv and internet did not work which made it difficult having teenagers with me and phone signal was often only 3G so could not hotspot them. Animal hair in one of the beds also.
