I thought the bedrooms, were a lot nicer than they looked in the photos. The kitchen and bathroom had obviously been recently renovated. I found some of the light switches confusing.

She has thought of everything for her guests to be happy. The garage is soooo tight. We had only and inch to spare with a Lexus SUV. The luggage bench at the back needs to be made to fold down.

• macdonald (9/5): Excellent, apart from the check in/out - the accommodation was great, clean and comfortable, lovely walk over the park for coffee/breakfast in the morning We were arriving late after a flight so got my sone to check in, but the lock box code was wrong so he had to ring the host to get in, and again on check out the code was incorrect. I am so gla I got him to do that as would have been so frustrating arriving at 9pm in the dark!

Huge amounts of space: full living, kitchen and two well-separated bedrooms, plus a patio, sunroom and actual garage on top, all nicely renovated to boot. Ground floor with a garden, right across the road from a park and then the channel. Couldn't get better. Would come back in a heartbeat. Garage is tight and the powered swing door is a bit alarming when the car is only 10cm clear. Watch the handle! Also no portable remote that we could see, you have to send someone through the front door to open up. Still beats parking on the street!

It's equipped to make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Bribie Island is a fantastic place to visit and have a great time enjoying peace and quiet. Loved the sunsets right across the road, loved getting up early to see the sunrises but most of all the unit has everything at arms reach. Will definitely stay again.

The curtains and blinds were great too Main bed but thats due to our personal reasons, entrance to shower was slippery on the very first use, might need a rubber mat, we struggled with the TV getting channels and or apps, the lounge would be better facing the tv

This stay felt very comfortable with lots of extra touches like heaters outs side, , lovely bath room products, kitchen is fully stocked with quality utensils and great location. There is nothing that I didn't like .

When I head to Bribie next this place will be my first thought to stay again 😌 thank y - This property was very pretty and you can look out to the water from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning that helped with the cold. Unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there so it was really good that it’s a short walk to the pub. Also a short walk to the Beautiful cafe that I like going to right next to the water. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like just it was just inconvenient that the dry didn’t work and there was so much rain and we got soaked at one of the events.
• Joy (8/5): Enjoyed Friday but not the rest after getting acuused of being a drug addict as I don’t even smoke or drink I would like - Loved the property and location it was absolutely beautiful The neighbours being abused by them as I sent a test to customer support section yesterday explaining everything regarding that huge letter she placed on the garage wall was absolutely disgusting in front of my 5 year old granddaughter who was very upset and didn’t want to stay the Saturday night

• Maria (10/5): A great place to stay for peace and quiet and to enjoy the Island. The people are also friendly - The unit is exceptional. It’s comfortable private and quiet. Had some lovely walks along the beach just across the road. It has a few shops 5 minutes walk including a nice coffee and food place. Also had a meal at The Bribie Island Hotel Bistro 5 minutes walk away also with good meals. The unit has everything you need and more. Presented well. Very clean and was a lovely touch with providing environmental friendly body wash, liquid soap, washing and dish detergent and dishwasher tablets. The main bed is comfortable and I had good night sleeps. Well equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The bathroom has a big shower area with 2 shower heads. Loved it. Also washer and dryer on hand for use. Has an outside enclosed area to sit and enjoy peace and quiet. Much more to enjoy your stay but you have to stay there to experience it. None

The host is wonderful, it was cold the night we arrived and the host even put the heater on for us before we arrived. Very close to parks and beach, was just across the road, very easy to get to., road wasn't noisy. We we just unfortunate, that the water main busted out front of the place. But owner was very good about it, because we didn't have any water for 1 an a half days.

The property was very neat and clean with all that we could have required. The hosts were quick to respond to our messages. • David (10/5): Sylvan Seas. Home away from home. - A beautiful apartment with a full kitchen to make a family meal. Spacious lounge and dining area. Lockup garage with internal access. Spacious recently renovated Bathroom with new washing machine and dryer. 2 well laid out bedrooms tastefully decorated. 2 outdoor patio areas for that warm evening setting. The host is wonderful to communicate with and willing to listen to suggestions. We loved it and hope to stay there again in 2024. Nothing to dislike.
• Siu (9/5): Nice place to stay for relaxation - The location and also the cleanliness are very good. The apartment seems to be renovated recently so all facilities are new. The only issue I had is the sound insulation is not very good. The garage door is a little bit tricky. The remote control is within the garage. So you can't drive away and close the gate straight away. A reminder needs to alert driver, don't park too close to the gate when waiting for gate opening.

Our accomodation was very well appointed spacious very clean with all the necessities provided. A lovely mesh enclosed seating area came as a nice surprise. One tiny thing perhaps a small coffee pod machine would be 😊

Host Jennifer was so easy to communicate with even when I asked the silliest of questions. Total professional with a friendly attitude. Price was excellent for the quality. The little touches really made the difference & free wifi (although we were out discovering Bribie too much to use it) . Would love to stay for longer next time as it is self contained. Close to everything and the walk through the beachside was good for us after the fab food we ate at the local restaurants. It exceeded our expectations!
