- Mike (10/5): Thank you it was very comfortable and accommodating !!! - Easy to find and felt like home. NA
- Mike (9/5): Very nice and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone. - Very close to where I work, and the place is very comfortable, and accommodating. The property is good.
- Patrick Michael (8/5): - Very nice and cozy basement Be prepared to walk to catch the bus 50 minutes to get downtown center if don't have a car
- Mike (10/5): The place is very comfortable, and accommodating. Nice quiet place to stay. - How tidy and updated everything is. Very comfortable! I have no complaints.
- Kim V (10/5): Great place to stay! - Fantastic location, great host and very accommodating. Need something, just gotta ask! Not much. Was very good place
- Kim V (9/5): Great place for value. Cute and quiet. - Clean and tidy little place, good wifi, and nice location. Host was more than accommodating. Could use oven mitts (ouch) and a couple more pans and a smaller pot.
- Tracell (1/5): Bad -
- Nkafu (8/5): Very good - Everything was okay. The only thing I did not really enjoy was that the pillow was very hard.. I can’t sleep without a pillow so I really had a hard time. Every other thing was okay. Thanks.
- Deptuch (8/5): Very good -
- Tracy (9/5): Clean, quiet and well equipped for a couple of people to stay comfortably. - Although it’s in a development area for new houses, it was an easy drive to the Shaw centre for my daughter’s swim meet.
It was quiet and the full kitchen saved money from having to eat at restaurants.
I would stay there again. The host was quick to respond to my messages. (I accidentally tried to open the wrong door and I’d love to see the doorbell camera of my confusion when the door code wouldn’t work 😆) The pillows were hard. And that’s just a personal preference because I have neck problems. I should have known to bring my own pillow.
- Oleg (7/5): Basement apartment with no parking. - It’s fine if yoy just need a place for quick stay. That the owner lied about the parking. There is no parking. In fact, you have to park on the street at your own risk. With street covered in snow, we could only find a spot houses away.
- Rick (10/5): Exceptional - I like the tiny set up plus it's really clean and well kept There was nothing that I disliked about my stay at Olive Place
- Rick (10/5): Exceptional - The piece and quit was amazing, everything I needed was there, place was very clean. A beautiful quaint place, looking forward to many future stays at Olive Place My time at Olive place came to an end, that's what I didn't like.
- Zoe (9/5): Comfortable place to stay with everything you need. - It has everything you need; the bed was really comfortable, loved that there was laundry available, felt like a private space even tho it’s connected to a house. Loved staying here, felt super homey. Was great to have a kitchen but we would’ve loved a couple more things stocked in there - such as a cutting board and more pots/ pans. Some of the plates and bows were sticky but we just washed them before we used them.
- Amanpreet (7/5): It was comfortable and can be more comfortable by adding few more things. - It was clean. Easy accessible and comfortable place for 2 people stay. There were few things missing that should be available specially Iron for clothes as if it’s work trip then everyone needs to dress sharp. Another thing was need to have some more dishes and the comforter was very thin for the weather.
- Emily (8/5): I did enjoy staying here although I wish there was more in the kitchen (in terms of staples) - Very cozy and feels homely, love the location, it’s in a new neighbourhood. It was very easy to get into the place and the owners were very happy to help with anything Kitchen needs more things in it! Such as coffee filters (there was coffee, creamer and sugar but I had to buy filters) there’s no salt, pepper or oil, only one cup and not much cooking utensils and things to prepare food with.
- Charles (10/5): Definitely would stay here again. - Located in new housing development on NW side of town. Basement apartment with kitchen and laundry. Clean and comfortable. Very satisfied. A bit far from eating places, but not a big deal.
- Glenyi (10/5): Exceptional - I love how quiet it was. I was looking for a space to be quiet and be with myself for a few days and it was so peaceful. The Host responded to my messages quickly and everything was to perfection! If I have the opportunity or the need to book again, I would definitely come back here!
- Renita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracy (8/5): Definitely nicer than staying in a hotel for 5 nights - Was clean and well laid out Needed more than 1 towel, tea towels and wash cloth for the kitchen and a blow dryer would have been great
- Kay (10/5): Exceptional -
