Ty (8/5): good spot for transitioning to a new life in Madrid. the area is interesting and economical, with nearby parks and playg - relatively spacious for the price. skylights are nice. the terrace is excellent some maintenance issues like a broken oven. showers are incredibly tiny and the upstairs one needs a deep cleaning and drain declogging.
