Profesyonel yaklaşımları, samimi ilgileri ve her detaya gösterdikleri özen, konaklama deneyimimi ayrıcalıklı ve son derece konforlu hale getirdi. Özellikle oda servisi ayrı bir övgüyü hak ediyor; sunulan yemekler hem lezzet hem de kalite açısından oldukça başarılıydı. Her detayın titizlikle düşünüldüğü, misafir memnuniyetinin gerçekten hissedildiği seçkin bir deneyim yaşadım. Bu özel konaklamaya katkı sağlayan tüm ekibe teşekkür eder, oteli gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Duş kabininde cam/ayırıcı bulunmadığından duş sonrası banyoda ciddi şekilde su birikmesi oluyordu.

• Ramazan (8/5): - - Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend - Frau Songül hat das Zimmer sehr vorbildlich gereinigt und ging auf Wünsche des Gastes ein - Das System der Aufzüge schien zu letztem Oktober geändert, sodass man länger gewartet hat. Aber bin mir nicht sicher , ob es mein persönliches Empfinden war oder sich Tatsächlich was geändert hat.

The staff were exceptionally kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We were also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful welcome afternoon snack accompanied by a sweet message — a very nice touch. The room was warm and cozy, which added to the comfort. On the downside, the location was not ideal. The hotel is situated in what feels like an industrial area, and the surroundings were quite dirty. Although there are public transport stops nearby, they are not very convenient to use. Additionally, the breakfast was somewhat disappointing — it lacked variety and was almost the same every day, which became repetitive.

• Niloofar (9/5): “Clean hotel, great staff, good metro access — just not much of a view.” - The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the hotel itself was very clean. It had good access to the metro—about a 10-minute walk, maybe a little more. The only downside was that it didn’t have any special views, and the surrounding area is a bit industrial, but honestly, that wasn’t a big issue for me.

• Deniz (7/5): great hotel if you travel by car - - if you have a car, great location to move - breakfast - rooms big enough - the fitness facilities were unavailable. they told us that it is being renovated and would be unavailable next 4 months. - I’ve stayed in the hotel few years ago and it had changed since then. It wasn’t as clean as before and it had some issues with the toilet, not enough water pressure, the water would flow out of the cabin too

• Rohit (1/5): Horrible , Terrible , Hopeless, if you like to torture yourself please stay here - This property is located in industrial area, good for travellers who have customers in Bayrampaşa but still it is advised to stay in better neighbourhood as this location is really terrible. I stayed here for 4 nights and almost each day I reported to the hotel reception that bathroom taps aren’t able to give normal water, only hot boiling water kept coming for 4 days, till the Time I checked out they didn’t fixed it due to no staff and available resources, I reported thrice to them for looking into it but they attended well by saying we will take care next time. This is the most horrible property to stay, I have been travelling to istanbul since 10 years and never faced such problem.
• Aylin (7/5): Acceptable. - the breakfast, room the cleaning is done by foreign employees who do not speak Turkish, for local guest it is difficult to communicate. The first day the rooms were not clean at all. Staff at reception said that there is free water and coffee in room for each day, but it come out that you get nothing. I reserved two rooms through Booking.com - 2 rooms with breakfast for two days. When we went for breakfast the lady said that the second room does not have breakfast included and we paid extra for it.
